정치적 소통 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 -정치적 성향과 미디어 이용을 중심으로- (Analysis of the Influential Factors of Satisfaction in Political Communication -Focus on the Political Inclination and Media Usage-)

  • 본 연구는 우리 사회에서 나타나는 정치적 소통 현상에 주목하여 소통 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 논의하였다. 정치적 소통의 주요 영향요인으로 개인의 정치적 성향과 미디어 이용을 살펴봄으로써 정치 커뮤니케이션 행위와 정치적 소통 만족도를 평가했다. 전국 16개 시도에 거주하는 만19세 이상 성인 1000명을 대상으로 면접원 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 진보적 정치성향은 온라인 미디어 이용이 많았으며, 개인의 의견을 적극 게재하는 '쓰기/대화'의 정치 커뮤니케이션 행위가 소통 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 보수, 중도적 정치성향은 오프라인 미디어를 주로 이용하였고, 타인의 의견을 살피는 '읽기/시청'의 소극적 정치 커뮤니케이션 행위가 중점적으로 나타났다. 따라서 우리 사회에서 정치적 소통을 원활히 하기 위해서는 시민의 정치적 특성에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 하며, 이에 따른 차별화된 미디어 활용 정치커뮤니케이션이 제고되어야 함을 논의할 수 있었다.

The Impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Communication Satisfaction

  • Purpose - Once individuals in an organization don't comprehend with each other's culture and their interaction context differ, there is a bigger danger of poor communication in the organizations. Therefore, people must have a sufficiently comparable interpretation of data, communicative acts and the office itself. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and employee communication. Research design, Data, and methodology - The present researcher used categorization matrix development to review data for content. Additionally, the present researcher coded the data to correspond with the identified categories. The role of the categorization matrix is to ensure that the categories hardly represent the concepts and thus validating the findings of the study. Result - The findings from prior resources shows that the role of organizational culture on employee communication satisfaction is a pertinent issue that must be addressed and analyzed to help organizations make the desired profits and productivity. This study provides five solutions between organizational culture and employee communication satisfaction. Conclusion - This study concludes that every employee performs well where they think they are being appreciated and their efforts are rewarded. On the other hand, different organizations have instilled different organizational cultures to ensure they promote the level of satisfaction of their employees in order to yield them an improved employee performance and overall organizational performance.

서비스 인카운터에서 화법유형이 서비스제공자와의 대화만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Providers' Conversation Types on Customers' Satisfaction in Conversation with Service Providers at Service Encounter)

  • The marketing literature suggests that personal relationships between customers and service providers influence consumers' evaluation of goods and services. In this paper, we investigate the effects of service providers' conversation types (non-physical communication) on customers' evaluation and satisfaction in conversation with service providers. The empirical results show that the non-physical communication affect consumers' satisfaction in communication with service providers. This implies that the non-physical communication could be considered as a strategic tool when corporations need to differentiate their services from competitors to gain an advantage in competition.

아버지의 양육행동과 의사소통, 중학생의 자아관이 중학생의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Fathers' Parenting Behavior, Communication with Fathers, and the Self-Concept of Middle School Students on their Life Satisfaction)

  • This study examined the variables that influence middle school students' level of life satisfaction and tested a hypothetical structural equation model relating the variables to middle school students' level of life satisfaction. The subjects were 2,829 (1,411 boys and 1,418 girls) pupils who participated in the Korean Survey on the Familial Consciousness of Youth and Parents (KSYC-Familial Consciousness) in 2010. Data were analyzed through frequency, percentages, Pearson's correlations using SPSS 18.0 and structural equation modeling with AMOS 7.0. The findings are as follows. The proposed model, as revised, demonstrated the effectiveness of an analysis of the structural equation model and illustrated that all three variables (fathers' parenting behavior, communication with fathers, self-concept) indicated a direct or indirect influence on middle school students' level of life satisfaction. Fathers' parenting behavior had the greatest total effect on middle school students' life satisfaction. Fathers' parenting behavior, communication with fathers and self-concept explained 59% of the total variance of middle school students' life satisfaction. The implications for future studies are also discussed.

자녀의 정서적 지원과 모-자녀간 의사소통 특성 지각에 따른 저소득층 여성가장의 생활만족도 및 우울감 (The Effect of children's Emotional Support and Mother-Child Communication on the Low-Income female Householders' Life Satisfaction and Depression)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of positive interactions between the low-income female householders and children on the mothers'psychological well-being and quality of life. The major findings are as following: First, there were high level of life satisfaction and low level of depression among the low-income female householders who perceived high level of children's emotional support. The difference from the existence of the low-income female householder\`s husband was not found in the life satisfaction and depression. After controling for the low-income female householder's health, the differences were maintained. Second, the low-income female householders who communicated with their children open-heartedly felt higher level of life satisfaction and lower level of depression than those who had less communication with their children. The difference from the existence of the low-income female householder's husband was not found in the life satisfaction and depression. After controlling for the low-income female householder\`s educational level and health, the differences were maintained. finally, the low-income female householders felt higher level of life satisfaction and lower level of depression when they listened to their children closely, and were satisfied with mother-child communication.

외래병동간호사와 병동간호사의 의사소통능력과 간호전문직관, 업무환경 및 직무만족도 비교 (A Comparative Study on Communicatioin Competence, Nursing Professionalism, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction between Outpatient Nurses and Ward Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare communication competence, nursing professionalism, work environment and job satisfaction between outpatient nurses and ward nurses, and to identify the correlation among variables. Methods: The participants were 90 outpatient nurses and 98 ward nurses at the two general hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2-test$, independent t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: There were statistically significant differences between two groups in nursing professionalism, possibilities for development, commitment to the workplace, social support from colleagues, social community at work and job satisfaction, outpatient nurses showed higher level than ward nurses except commitment to the workplace. The work environment variables and nurses' job satisfaction were mostly correlated. Job satisfaction showed significant negatively correlated with quantitative demands, emotional demands and role conflicts in both groups nurses. Conclusion: These findings showed that nursing work environments were the most important factor for job satisfaction of both group nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to put efforts in improving nursing work environment and to develop diverse strategies for human resource management.

가족기능, 부모-자녀 의사소통, 가족만족도와 청소년의 게임사용간의 상관성 (Family Function, Parent-Child Communication, and Family Satisfaction Influencing Game Use among Korean Adolescents)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the influential factors of family function, parent-child communication, and family satisfaction on Korean adolescents game use. Methods: The participants were 940 adolescents in Seoul. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data. The study variables were family function, parent-child communication, family satisfaction, and game use. Results: Game use was different by gender, age, time to spend in game during weekdays and weekend. Game use had significant negative correlations with family cohesion, family adaptability, communication with father, communication with mother, and family satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis showed that 20.3% of the game use was explained by gender, communication with mother, hours of playing games during weekdays, family adaptability, and hours of playing games during weekend. Conclusions: These results suggest that being male and lack of communication with mother, low family adaptability, game hours during weekdays and weekend can be potential risk factors for excessive game use in the adolescents, which should by considered in developing a prevention program for excessive game use focused on family factors.

의료기관 정규직과 비정규직의 직무만족 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Job Satisfaction between Regular and Non-Regular Workers in Hospitals)

  • Background: The purposes of this study is to analysis the differences of the job satisfaction between regular and non-regular workers in hospitals. Methods: The samples used for data analysis are 632 workers of 6 hospitals using a standardized questionnaires in B, C, D, and G provinces. In research methodology, all the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: In case of regular workers, communication, working conditions and employee benefit, and education were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In case of non-regular workers, empowerment, reward systems, communication, working conditions, and employee benefit had a significant positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Conclusion: These results showed that hospitals needed to reinforce communication, working conditions and employee benefit to regular and non-regular workers in order to improve job satisfaction. Especially, more empowerment, working conditions, and employee benefit should be given to non-regular workers.

  • A Study on the strategic methods for internal marketing of Family Restaurant. We know that customer satisfaction in measuring the effect of marketing performance on employees in service industry. There are four strategies of internal marketing for service-employee, which are participation-promotion and manner-management of employee, classification to employee, communication strategy, motivation environment for employee. First, communication, sales and service technology of employee can be developed and improved through the education and training. Second, company can make better achievement by classifying life-style and individual desire. Third, communication strategy can improve service quality by development of team-work through the confidence and joint-responsibility. Fourth. the company make environment which employee can compete by offering incentive fairly and properly. In the conclusion, when employees serve customers in a depressed attitude, they neglect service process and bring about customer non-satisfaction. This have negative effect on external customer satisfaction in the short term. And so that customer-satisfaction can't exist without employee-satisfaction. that is job-satisfaction is the goal of company. therefore study about internal marketing action should be go on.

입원환자가 인지하는 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에 영향을 미치는 간호사 의사소통 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Nurse's Communication on the Relationship between Nursing Needs and Nursing Satisfaction in hospital patients.)

  • 본 연구는 입원환자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 차이를 줄이고 간호만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 의사소통 유형을 파악하며, 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 의사소통에 대한 매개효과를 확인하여 간호서비스 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 IRB 승인 후 대학병원 입원환자 180명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 자료수집 기간은 대상으로 2017년 4월부터 6월까지 이었고, SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 자료분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 대상자가 인지하는 간호사 의사소통 유형은 $3.88{\pm}0.52$점이었고, 대상자가 인지하는 간호요구도 $3.93{\pm}0.55$점으로 간호만족도 $3.74{\pm}0.58$점에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 대상자의 간호요구도는 입원병실에 따라 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도의 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 간호사 의사소통와 간호요구도(r=.286, p<.001), 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도(r=.524, p<.001), 간호요구도와 간호만족도(r=.488, p<.001)에서 유의한 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 입원환자가 인지하는 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 간호사 의사소통은 부분매개효과가 있었다(Sobel test Z=2.450, p=.014). 이상의 결과를 토대로 간호사를 위한 지속적인 의사소통 강화교육 프로그램개발과 입원병실의 사생활보호를 강화하고 환자와 간호사가 의사소통을 충분히 할 수 있도록 간호인력을 충분히 확보하려는 노력이 필요하다.
