In mobile communication, air conduction(AC) speech signal had been commonly used, but it was easily affected by ambient noise environment such as emergency, military action and rescue. To overcome the weakness of the AC speech signal, bone conduction(BC) speech signal have been used. The BC speech signal is transmitted through bone vibration, so it is affected less by the background noise. In this paper, we proposed noise cancellation algorithm of the BC speech signal using noise feature of decomposed bands. The proposed algorithm consist of three steps. First, the BC speech signal is divided into 17 bands using perceptual wavelet packet decomposition. Second, threshold is calculated by noise feature during short time of separated-band and compared to absolute average of the signal frame. Therefore, the speech and noise parts are detected. Last, the detected noise parts are removed and then, noise eliminated bands are re-synthesised. In order to confirm the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, we compared the proposed algorithm with conventional algorithm. And the proposed algorithm has better performance than the conventional algorithm.

It is one of the representation technique very common to be used, such as visual communication, a variety of cultural content, anthropomorphic, is dependent on the anthropomorphic approach most content for children in particular. In addition, personification can see a variety of cases in the field of culture and art of many other operations, including literature and poetry. By analyzing the case of reverse personification and anthropomorphic when transmitting content and image of the language that was meant, of anthropomorphic elements, which can be reverse action and an equal effect between those non-human and human it is possible to confirm that. Therefore, in this paper, we redefine the concept and elements of anthropomorphic, it defines the concept of anthropomorphic station on the basis of this, and were analyzed for the case. In addition, among the cases of good quality that communicate with anthropomorphic approach the station, the character analysis short animation of "The Employment employment", be used as academic materials of anthropomorphic approach the station of visual culture content areas of future possible.

Recently, smart card system which is known as easy to portable and also safe from physical, electrical, and software attack is observed to manage information that becomes the target of security in safety. And java card graft upon java technology to smart card platform is having very good advantage with object-oriented techniques and also, java card have the open type OS that can show the same action in different hardware characteristic which allows various application programs. In this paper, we introduced independent execution characteristic of java platform because being set to each smart card was uncomfortable till now and we designed access control member card that allows several administrators in different access privilege by single card using java card. Several administrators can approach to various information of file type that is included on issued card to user by using different PIN. In the proposed method, confirmation of personal information, administration contents update, demand by contents, is possible by single card. At this moment, wish to do safer user certification that improve security limitation which is from PIN, used for user certification, and signature data. In the proposed method, as design and implementation of utilization technology of java card, biometrics, user certification which uses multi PIN, provide that more safety and conveniently.

On-line fault detection and diagnosis has an increasing interest in a chemical process industry, especially for a process control and automation. The chemical process needs an intelligent operation-aided workstation which can do such tasks as process monitoring, fault detection, fault diagnosis and action guidance in semiautomatic mode. These tasks can increase the performance of a process operation and give merits in economics, safety and reliability. Aiming these tasks, series of researches have been done in our lab. Main results from these researches are building appropriate knowledge representation models and a diagnosis mechanism for fault detection and diagnosis in a chemical process. The knowledge representation schemes developed in our previous research, the symptom tree model and the fault-consequence digraph, showed the effectiveness and the usefulness in a real-time application, of the process diagnosis, especially in large and complex plants. However in our previous approach, the diagnosis speed is its demerit in spite of its merits of high resolution, mainly due to using two knowledge models complementarily. In our current study, new knowledge representation scheme is developed which integrates the previous two knowledge models, the symptom tree and the fault-consequence digraph, into one. This new model is constructed using a material balance, energy balance, momentum balance and equipment constraints. Controller related constraints are included in this new model, which possesses merits of the two previous models. This new integrated model will be tested and verified by the real-time application in a BTX process or a crude unit process. The reliability and flexibility will be greatly enhanced compared to the previous model in spite of the low diagnosis speed. Nexpert Object for the expert system shell and SUN4 workstation for the hardware platform are used. TCP/IP for a communication protocol and interfacing to a dynamic simulator, SPEEDUP, for a dynamic data generation are being studied.

In according as the social action of women is active, the average life span is longer than male, not only woman's social position is higher, but also the construction of the more professional woman special hospital Is increased. In occasion to the recent woman special hospital, give medical treatment about pediatrics and the breast surgery as well, and the sphere is increasing as compose the variety network, from the health medical center to check the woman's physical to the postpartum care center. The trend of the lobby is arranged the more service area as the concept of the woman hospital is changed, the sphere is increasing. Accordingly, this study research and analyze the service zone and design elements on the focus the lobby of the internal woman special hospital, have an intention of guideline about the interior design of the after woman hospital. As the subject of study, selected the hospital that lobby serves to show the identity of total space, and the woman special hospital that is introduced to the relation journal with architecture or interior design, is opened after 2000 years, below the 100 bed. As the study method, understand the composition of lobby space through floor analysis, examination by the visit, analyzed the arrangement constituent, the design trend. The direction of lobby space mentioned in the study result is that secure the publicness, guarantee the privacy zone, and is important that the adequate arrangement of commercial space contribute to client's mental stability, desire that inflected as the more positive communication place.

Emotional interest in the 1970s, Japan started from the technical and engineering beyond the scope, period late structuralist entering the world has been the subject of interest, as well as in academic research is becoming the main theory. In addition, communication between various disciplines such as humanities through the study of consilience and fusion, the human life to continue as a subject, its importance has risen. So this study are to design for the study of emotion through the human heart in space and how the expression of emotions and can be validated in a study. GSD to evaluate the action (verb) and emotional words (adjective) related to two variables to measure the degree of correlation coefficient was an experiment to find out. Picasso painting, it is 'difficult to understand', 'special', 'interesting', 'not interested', 'confused', 'fun', 'anxious', 'dark', 'cool', 'hard' to have relevance, such as the distribution of emotional words, and as a result of the move was a lot of work. This result can be obtained through the arcane resistance of the cubist paintings that make a lot of body movements. In Renoir painting 'stable', 'warm', 'soft', 'easy to understand', 'bright', 'boring', 'curious', such as emotional words ranged to have a relationship with this behavior is less motion in space. This result can be obtained through the understanding of the Impressionist paintings that are less body movements. As a result, space design, emotional design in the evaluation (GSD) for the empirical analysis that evaluated the feasibility and future of the emotional space of the design could be based in the area is considered.

The purpose of this study was to develop ICT(Information and Communication Technology) teaching-learning materials for motorcycle safety education. Physical subjects which are relevant with motorcycle dynamics were introduced to increase the safety awareness through integrated learning such as the combination of technology and science. The results of this study were as follows : (1) Utilizing the physics basic theories which are relevant to motorcycle dynamics, the lesson plan of motorcycle ICT teaching-learning materials, which were included to plan and instruction action plan, was developed. (2) Flash animation or movie was developed to apply physics knowledge to technology in driving motorcycle. This is able to improve the attitude of driving motorcycle of students. (3) Through the contents of appendix of motorcycle safety driving section in this web-site developed here, junior and senior high school students would be able to strengthen their cognitive domain of motorcycle by themselves. (4) Using the web-site of this study, both teachers and students would be able to freely interact through an online bulletin board.

We build the web document recommending agent system which offers a certain amount of web documents to each user by monitoring and learning the user's action of web browsing. We also propose a method of query expansion using the Korean thesaurus. The queries to search for new web documents generate a candidate set using the Korean thesaurus. We extract the words which are mostly correlated with the queries, among the words in the candidate set, by using TF-IDF and mutual information. Then, we expand the query. If we adopt the system of query expansion, we can recommend a lot of web documents which have potential interests to users. We thus conclude that the system of query expansion is more effective than a base system of recommending web-documents to users.

The purpose of this study was to examine the designs of the menu books as an important tool of marketing and then present its improvement strategies. For this, the investigator comparatively examined the current status of menu book designs of the restaurants in Incheon area with 295 managers and then analyzed menu book designs by its designers. Menu book designers were printing houses (42.0%), specialized business (31.9%) and managers/employees (26.1%). 51.5% of menu books were impossible to substitute partially. Even there were seasonal menus or event menus, 27.5% of them were impossible to replace menu books partially; therefore, it was impossible to take a prompt action for seasonal or event menus. The easiness of understanding the terminology in menu books was average $2.74{\pm}0.45$(3-point scale). The harmony of menu book design with restaurants was average $2.46{\pm}0.51$ (3-point scale). Comparing to the menu books designed in specialized business, the menu books designed in printing houses or by managers/employees were uniform in type sizes (p < 0.001), had no menu photos (p < 0.001) and explanations (p < 0.001), and did not classify menus by groups (p < 0.001) in general. In addition, profit-making menus were not properly emphasized (p < 0.001), thus making the design of menu books a little improper. Therefore, it is necessary to educate managers in the restaurants to understand the importance of menu books and thus improve it. In addition, by maintaining close communication with designers of menu books, managers in the restaurants must ensure for their menu books to be designed appropriately, thus making their menu books play the role of an important marketing tool.
