기호공학(Semiotic Engineering)을 바탕으로 만들어진 커뮤니커빌리티 평가방법(Communicability Evaluation Method: CEM)은 사용자가 디자이너의 의도와 구현된 상호작용원리를 얼마나 잘 이해하고 있는가를 평가하기 위한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 사용성 평가 방법인 커뮤니커빌리티 평가방법(CEM)을 국내에서 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, DMB 폰의 사용성 테스트를 수행하여 로컬화를 추구하였으며 그 과정에서 기존 언어만을 이용하여 태그(Communicability Tag)를 추출하였던 방법이 아닌 행위를 바탕으로 태그(Communicability Tag)를 추출하고 결과에 새롭게 적용해 볼 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 이에 행위를 바탕으로 하는 커뮤니커빌리티 평가방법(CEM)을 사용성 평가에 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 커뮤니커빌리티 평가방법(CEM)을 이용하면, 디자이너의 의도에 초점을 맞추어 문제점들을 발견하게 되고, 사용자는 향후 인지적 결점들이 개선된 디자인을 이용하게 되며, 그 과정에서 사용자는 긍정적인 경험을 하게 될 것이다. 따라서 커뮤니커빌리티 평가방법(CEM)을 발전시켜 새로운 종합적 평가 틀을 구축하는 것은 매우 의미 있을 것이다.

시사일러스트레이션은 80년대 이후 인쇄매체의 다양화로 인하여 매우 활발하게 적용되어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 시사일러스트레이션의 경우 시각적 커뮤니케이션 매체로서의 기능을 독립적으로 발휘하지 못하고, 아직도 과거의 일러스트레이션과 같이 텍스트의 복조역활을 하고 있거나 또는 지면을 장식해주는 단순한 그래픽 적 요소로서의 역할만 하는 경우가 많이 있다. 현재 시사 매거진의 주당 발행 부수가 70여만에 이른다는 점을 감안할 때 그 역할이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 그 동안 일러스트레이션의 평가가“잘 그렸다”,“못 그렸다”는 식의 평가방식을 벗어나 가능한 한 학술적인 근거를 갖는 평가 기준을 세워 보고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 평가의 기준으로서는 우선 일러스트레이션을 시각적 정보전달 매체로서의 기능적 측면이 될 수 있는“소통 성(Communicability)”과 모든 시각적 조형예술작품의 경우와 마찬가지로 그의“조형성(Shape-Quality)”측면에서 검토가 가능하도록 하여“유사성 문제”,“가시적 특징 파악의 문제”그리고“객관성 문제”등 8가지의 기준을 세워보고자 하는 데에 그 의의를 두고 있다.

본 연구는 독서공간으로서의 학교도서관에 주목하고 독서를 위한 학교도서관 이용 시 공간특성 요소에 대한 중학생 이용자의 인식을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구와 예비 연구를 통해 공간특성 요소를 선정하고 각 공간특성 요소에 대해 학생들이 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 충족하는 정도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 이용자의 인식이 이용현황 및 학교도서관 독서활동 경험에 따라 차이가 있는지 살펴보았으며, 학교도서관 이용자 만족도와 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 파악하였다. 더불어 공간특성 요소의 인식이 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는데 있어 학교도서관 이용자 만족도가 매개 역할을 하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중학교 4곳에 재학 중인 342명의 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 공간특성 요소 중 소통성, 다양성, 안전성, 편의성에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용현황에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 소통성, 쾌적성, 분위기가 이용자 만족도에, 심미성과 소통성이 지속이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 중 소통성, 쾌적성, 분위기는 학교도서관 이용자 만족도를 매개하여 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 독서를 위한 공간으로서 학교도서관을 조사함으로써 학생들의 독서 지원을 위한 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

城市化, 一方面具有特殊性, 如同中國; 另一坊面具有普遍性, 如同地球上的大部分社會已經都經歷過或者正在經歷著 。所謂的全球規模的城市化就是從圍繞城市化的中國之特殊性及全球規模的普遍性中, 或者是從中國的城市化所呈現出來的具體性中抽象出來的, 這說明城市化, 中國, 中國的城市化之間具有密不可分的關系。由此, 本文試圖運用嶄新的方法論-"城市文化研究"來探討這種相互關系和漢字的溝通(不)可能性又是具有何等關系, 如何預測由此產生的前景等問題。爲此, 本文第一步基於"行星城市化(planetary urbanization: urbanisation planétaire)"的理論性, 實踐性背景闡明了全球規模的城市化和中國的關系。第二步在貫穿整個農村社會和城市社會的"城市革命"框架下對中國的城市化進行了細緻分析。第三步首先論證在國家不斷建造城市空間的背景下由於國家及政黨深入幹預中國的現實空間, 虛擬空間, 及與此具有緊密關系的精神空間, 因此不可能建立現實空間和虛擬空間之間辯證關系, 然後進而診斷漢字的溝通(不)可能性, 最後通過分析"城市革命"的另一個側面來提出其替代方案。

This study aimed to identify the effects of service quality of internet shopping malls on consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 345 people aged between 20 and 39 living in Busan. The SPSS package was used for data analysis whose methods included factor analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the service quality factors were determined to be reliability, diversity, convenience, accuracy & communicability. Differences among the groups divided by service quality factors were found to be meaningful in consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention. Second, reliability, diversity, convenience & accuracy significantly affected consumer satisfaction, however all the service quality factors significantly effected word of mouth intention. Finally, consumer satisfaction, reliability, diversity, accuracy & communicability had an significant effect on word of mouth intention. It would be helpful for the managers of internet shopping malls that consumers can be satisfied with right fashion products and efficient inter-communication based on trustfulness in the long-term relationship.

본 연구의 목적은 혁명력 2년 메시도르 7일(1794년 6월 25일)의 법령을 통해 초기 문서보관소의 체계와 문서분류 방법 및 그 조직만이 아니라 역사적 자료의 관리주체에 관한 초기의 논쟁을 살펴보고자 했다. 이 법안에는 오늘날의 문서 관리자들 혹은 역사가에게 경탄을 자아낼만한 두 가지 주제가 존재한다. 첫째로, 이 법령은 역사에 관련된 사료 문서들과 그것에 속하지 않는 다른 문서들 사이에 차이가 존재한다는 점을 분명히 한 점이다. 둘째로 역사적인 문서를 소장하는 장소와 관리 주체는 국립문서보관소가 아니라 국립도서관이라는 점이다. 결론적으로 프랑스 혁명 이후 기록 보존에 관한 국가의 책임, 국민의 자유로운 접근권 보장 등의 전통이 혁명력 2년 메시도르 7일의 법령을 통해 확립되었다. 그리고 동법을 통해 입법부와 문서보관소 위원회를 중심으로 국가 차원의 통일적인 관리 체계가 확립되었으며, 기록보존 장소는 지방분권적으로 이루어지는 전통이 확립되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

There has been a big need of Safety Education for the power plants with a high risk due to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster and the tragic accident of Sewol Ferry. The object of this research is for studying ways of developing contents for customized Power Plants Safety Education applied with 'Story Viewing' technology in order to improve the present format of Power Plant Safety Education based on hard copied documents so as to prevent human mistakes because of lack of system and ability of initial response which come from safety frigidity shown in the case of Sewol Accident. 'Story-viewing' applied to Power Plant Safety Education is the methodology to enhance information communicability utilizing IT/Visualization technology combined with Story Telling that is an effective propagation way.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate current usages and situations of kitchen with regard to universal design concept in order to provide useful data to plan universally designed kitchen space for all family members. Previous studies for universal design and kitchen planning were reviewed and a checklist was developed to evaluate kitchen space based on universal design concept by researchers of this study. Also, all items in the checklist were reclassified by 5 universal design criteria(Supportiveness, Adaptability, Communicability, Pleasantness, and Accessibility) and analyzed sample kichens by the criteria. The 7 households with different characteristics*age, sex, degree of disability or aging, and number of family) were selected for case studies. The results of this study suggested several critical design points to establish directions or provide guidelines for further kitchen planning.

Ultimately, this research will focus on the activity traits of future customers in the convergence age. To accomplish that, firstly, researcher develop measures for assessing the convergence level of digital devices and digital services. Next, this will investigate the behavioral traits of people who use specific devices or services on the internet or mobile networks. This study proposed five convergence measures each for devices and services. For digital devices, measures such as converged functions, accessibility to network, portability, immediate communicability, and expandibility of functions were utilized. For digital measures such as scope of users, newness, social network level, ease-of use on mobile networks, and expandibility of information were used. We believe that the research results can provide insights for those wishing to explore the convergence level of devices and services and those developing high-level converged devices and digital services.
