대한소아치과학회는 진정법 교육연구위원회를 설립하여 학회원들이 진정법을 시행함에 있어서 안전한 술식을 시행할 수 있도록 진정법 지침서를 개정하고 평생교육프로그램을 개발하게 하였다. 이에 2015년 종합학술대회 기간에 진정법 심포지움과 BLS교육을 시행하였으며, 이에 대한 학회원들의 만족도 평가를 시행하였다. 진정법연구교육위원회는 종합학술대회에 참가한 학회원들에게 배포할 설문지를 제작하여 심포지움에 참가한 학회원 중 설문에 응한 총 143명의 학회원들의 설문지를 분석하였으며, BLS코스에 참여한 23명의 학회원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 이를 분석하였다. 심포지움과 BLS코스에 참석한 학회원들은 전반적인 질문에 대하여 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 진정법 교육연구위원회는 이번 설문지를 통하여 학회원들이 원하는 교육내용과 향후 교육프로그램 개발에 관한 중요한 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 대한소아치과학회는 앞으로도 꾸준히 학회원들의 더 낳은 교육을 위하여 힘 쓸 것이며, 체계적인 교육프로그램 개발을 위하여 노력할 것이다.

To realize the spirit of South-North Joint Declaration of June 15, 2000, the authorities concerned of South and North Korea have reached agreements to settle commercial disputes as well as to set up a South-North arbitration rule which is becoming a problem of vital importance between South and North Korea. The purpose of this paper is to analyzed and review carefully the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-North Korea so The South-North Korea Commercial Rule is an institutional organization for resolution of commercial disputes arising form trade and investment between south and north Korea. Under the situation, it is becoming a problem of vital importance how to manage and control the Arbitration Rule for prompt and effective resolution of South-North Korea of commercial disputes It is probable that the drafting of Commercial Arbitration Rule of the Commercial Arbitration Committee in South Korea should be written by the Commercial Arbitration Committee of South Korean arbitral body after these organizations are established and appointed. it's not recommendable that we the South-North Korea write the only enc South Korean draft of the Commercial Arbitration Committee of the South-Nonh Korea. The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board(KCAB) should be designated as the arbitration institution of South Korea because the KCAB is the only authorized institution in South Korea, statutorily empowered to settle any kind of commercial disputes at home and abroad.

Objectives : This study was performed to develop a standard instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung. Methods : The advisor committee on this study was organized by 17 neuropsychiatry professors of oriental medical colleges. The items and structure of the instrument were quoted from the instrument of pattern identification for hwa-byung. We took consultation twice from the advisor committee and we also took additional advices by e-mail. Results : We discriminated between bian-zheng and su-zheng from the answers of the advisor committee. We got the mean weight of each symptom and sign from the answers of the advisor committee. We got the final weight from the combination of the ratio of bian-zheng to the number of all answers of the advisor committee and mean weight. Conclusions : The instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung was developed through experts' discussion. If the validity and reliability of this instrument is confirmed through additional clinical trial, the instrument of oriental medical evaluation for hwa-byung is expected to be applied to the subsequent research.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 163 national standards bodies (NSB). The ISO standards are developed and processed within the technical committees (TC) or their subcommittees (SC) dealing with the different subject matters. The first technical committee, ISO/TC1, deals with screw threads and was created back in 1947. While, more recently, TC 309 was created to standardize organizational governance. The ISO technical committee in the field of metallic coatings was created in 1962 with the title ISO/TC107- Metallic and other inorganic coatings. This ISO/TC107 technical committee is dealing with the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative metallic coatings applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means, mechanical deposition and ion plating. similarly, it also covers the standardization of the characteristics of protective and decorative non-metallic coatings (excluding paints and other organic coatings) on metal surface applied by electrolysis, fusion, vacuum or chemical means. Scope is further extended to the Standardization of the preparation of the substrates prior to the deposition of metallic and inorganic coatings. There are a total of 144 existing ISO standards published by this technical committee and has 19 participating countries (P-members) and 24 observing countries (O-members). Korean Agency for Technology and Standards (KATS), being the secretariat of ISO/TC107, is constantly supporting this technical committee for the development of standards and related activities.

최근 포유동물의 유전체에는 알려진 것보다 훨씬 많은 RNA 전사체가 발현되고 있음이 밝혀지고 있으며, 그 중에 많은 부분이 non-coding RNA로 알려지고 있다. 세포 내에서 non-coding RNA의 기능이 훨씬 다양해지고, 중요해지고 있는 상황에서 새로운 non-coding RNA를 정의하고, 탐색하는 것은 가장 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 이전 연구에서 RNA 공통 구조 학습을 위해 제안되었던, esRCSG (evolutionary search for RNA common-structural grammar) 알고리즘의 성능 향상을 위해, committee machine을 도입한다. Committee machine은 마지막 세대에서 최적화된 RNA 공통 구조 기술자 (RCSD)와 차상위로 최적화된 기술자들 중 양성데이터와 음성데이터의 치역을 합쳤을 때 특이도는 거의 변화가 없으면서 민감도의 증가가 가장 큰 기술자들의 집합이다. Committee machine은 특히 family type의 서열의 가진 특정 ncRNA에서 좋은 성능 향상을 보인다. microRNA를 이용한 성능평가에서 특이도의 변화가 거의 없이 민감도의 성능이 약 1.5배 향상되는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 특이도와 민감도가 높은 기술자를 이용함으로써 새로운 non-coding RNA를 예측하는 것을 약속할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulty of doing job among housing manager. It might be Provide the basic opinion which could be used for professionalizing of housing manager. The survey had been made 156 housing manager in managerial situation of multi-family housing for sale(so called condominium). The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, 1-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Scheffe test), correlation by the SPSS 10.1 for Windows program. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, it was revealed that many housing manager thought about Residents' Committee In the negative. Because housing manager considered that Residents' Committee interfered in housing manager's business, on the other hand they set a low value on Residents' Committee disposition and its knowledge about housing management. Second, it was founded that a lot of housing manager felt uneasy about his employment for the reason mentioned. Actually Residents' Committee exercised its influence over hiring as well as dismissing housing manager in any management alternatives. Third, it was necessary that synthetic plan might be prepared for housing manager to educate, to re-educate, to furnish information etc. about related in housing management for the specialization of housing management.
