This study examined the effects of childcare teachers' empathy, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness. The subjects were 111 childcare teachers in U city. The frequency, reliability, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and regression analysis was performed on the causal relationship between the variables. First, the childcare teacher's cognitive empathy factor had a positive effect on the sense of happiness. On the other hand, the emotional empathy factor, a sub-factor of the empathy ability, did not affect the feeling of happiness. Second, the childcare teacher's teaching commitment had a significant positive effect on happiness. This means that a higher cognitive empathy factor, a sub-factor of the childcare teacher's empathy ability, resulted in a higher sense of happiness. Moreover, a higher instructional commitment factor indicated a higher sense of happiness. This study provides basic data for preparing measures to improve the sense of happiness of childcare teachers by grasping the relationship between childcare teachers' empathy ability, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness.

Results are as follows. First, correlation analysis showed significant correlations between organizational incivility, job stress, psychological commitment, and job satisfaction. Second, path analysis showed that organizational incivility had a positive effect on job stress and a negative effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on psychological commitment and job satisfaction, and psychological commitment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, the early childhood teacher's organizational loyalty was also average, and there were significant differences according to the teacher's age and academic background. Research is based on a survey conducted with 351 teachers(84 males and 267 females) from 10 middle schools located in different districts of the city of Daegu. In order for subjects to verify research questions, structural equation models in teachers' intervention efficacy for helping both victims and offenders were explored. In order to verify the difference between mediators' effect, along with total indirect effect and each individual mediator's effects, bias-corrected bootstrapping analysis by using Mplus were employed. The major findings of the study supported the significance on direct effect of social commitment, and indirect effect of both fairness of school regulations and teachers' perceptions toward offenders and victims, on teachers' intervention efficacy. However, the indirect effect of fairness of school regulations(.025) was far outweighed by teachers' perceptions(.224) toward offenders and victims. In conclusion, the above findings claim our attention in that they provide a range of practical implications for teachers and other related professionals including school workers who are engaged in helping out both victims and offenders in school violence situation.
