Since the Start of WTO in 1995, world trade volume was substantially increased as much as over $250 billion by lifting the trade barriors This effect brought new problem of increasing disputes. Significantly an ever increasing atention is paid to the Question of means and procedures of settling such disputes by arbtration. The problem of arbitration has indeed become most popular with all those who take interest in legal aspects of international cooperation in various spheres. In practice arbitration seems to renovate its function to take over new disputes arising from electronic transaction such as internet trade. Looking at the actual use of arbitration, its merits than litigation should cover new aspect concerning new kind of claims caused by new type of transaction. The efficient procedure for dispute will help every country save loss of profit by the delay of settlment. This thesis aims to facilitate the appearence of more efficient arbitration procedure for dispute settlment system.

Under the present law, a medical corporation has the legalistic character of a noncommercial corporation and its commerciality is restricted by public service. In a recent precedent, however, a judgment has considered the service part in medical practice. The tendency of a precedent is that both commerciality of a medical institution and medical corporation are allowed to be pursued under fundamental order-observance. This change is found in china and india, which consider a medical service as national industry. In the case of ours, the now government demonstrate the industrialization or the market of medical service through promotion of commerciality of a medical corporation. This paper deal with the meaning of a medical corporation and the present condition of medical market under the present law and recommends a tendency of law policy through study of foreign's and our precedent for commerciality of medical advertisement and medical corporation.

Many Korean banks and companies have adopted EDI to replace traditioanal paper documents by electronic ones, which can move much faster with greater accuracy, Also, it is expected to reduce overall costs and maintain good relationships with customers. However, in practice, the performance of EDI seems to be less than expected. The purpose of this paper is to identify the impact of environment and adoption factors on the performance of financial EDI. We proposed a model for the relationships based on the existing literature and peformed a survey of Korean commercial banks and companies using KTNET. The results of this study are as follows: First, the business environment represented by the size of companies and the frequency of transactions showed a negative impact on the performance in terms of efficiency, which is quite converse to the common belief. Second, the technical environment, including computing skills of users and operators, showed a positive impact on the performance in terms of effectiveness. Third, the clearer the adoption purpose, the higher is the performace as intended, while the initiative for the adoption process showed no significant impact.

The importance of Security measures by means of Physical Security, Network Security and Online/Internet Security. Lack of security is one of the primary obstacles in fielding many technologies in both commercial and DoD networks. Moreover, Internet censorship may be growing and is becoming increasingly sophisticated. In this paper, we will evaluate the Practice to Policy to Theory Approach for survivability by means of software rejuvenation models. These models would be assessed the effectiveness of proactive fault management in operational software systems and determined optimal times to perform rejuvenation.

Esterification is an important class of reactions in the preparation of perfumery and flavor chemicals, wherein homogeneous, solid acidic, and superacidic catalysts are normally used. Now, an efficient and selective protocol for protection of various functionalized alcohols employing carboxylic acids as protecting agents is realized through the catalytic mediation of simple heteropolyoxometallates. In this methodology, water is the only by-product and notably the aspect of effluent treatments does not arise. The advantages include the operational simplicity, recycle ability of the catalyst and mild reaction conditions. The present catalytic system may be a potential candidate not only for laboratory practice but also for commercial applications and offers an environmentally safer alternative to the existing processes.

Though a fully thermally coupled distillation column consumes less energy than an original column, it is not widely implemented in practice due to its operational difficulty. A new fully thermally coupled distillation column is proposed for the operability improvement, and its performance is investigated. The main improvement is the separation of a main column to give an upper and lower columns and the installation of an intermediate heat exchanger between them to regulate the fluctuation of product compositions. A proper manipulation of column pressure in the separated main columns made easy vapor flow without a compressor. The operability improvement is examined in a hexane process from the dynamic simulation using a commercial design software HYSYS. The simulation results indicate that the coupling among inputs and outputs is loosened to make easy manipulation of product compositions in the proposed distillation system.

With the rapid development of urban suburbanization, a plenty of commercial operation of suburban environmental resource, the environment in suburb is more and more deteriorated. It also leads some passive effect on ecology, human, society and nature etc. At the same time, a serial of emergency rescue action has been implemented to decrease the deteriorating of suburban environment. For example, some important ecology nature reserves were built up; some compulsive protections have been put in practice for some key resource development region and gotten some good achievements. However, we still face the problem is that how to balance the contradiction between suburban environment resource development and conservation. It's necessary to introduce some western advantage management ideas, combined our actual situation, to find a way which is the most benefited to combine our country's suburb environment development and use.

In this study, we developed for processing complex features using CAM software that satisfies precision for example practice and related qualification tests suiTable for CNC training purposes. In addition, functions such as location control, speed control, and processing path generation, which are the main functions of CNC machining machines, were constructed using small equipment parts, servo motors, inverters, general purpose PCs, and commercial NC software and researched with the goal of developing low-cost education equipment. In the static accuracy inspection, the degree of machine when measuring the parallelism of the X, Y and Z axes and the vibration of the main shaft did not reach the allowable value. However, we have obtained a finished product that satisfies the CNC machine book sample shape machining, detailed functions of the position control function of the CNC machine tool, linear interpolation function, circular interpolation function, and tool offset function. In the qualification test shape processing, a shape with a degree of 1/100 mm was processed to obtain position accuracy that satisfied the tolerance.

Quantitative accuracy assessment of a SPOT DEM (Digital Elevation Model) generated by a fully automatic software is performed along the 90km long coast around Donghae city. The theoretical requirement on the layout of the CPS (Global Positioning System) check points is derived: the Nyquist sampling. Since in practice the Nyquist frequency of a terrain is difficult to determine, the relaxed requirements are introduced and 31 check points are collected accordingly. Accuracy of the SPOT DEM is calculated to be 8.9, 11.5 and 12.0m r.m.s. in latitudinal, longitudinal and elevation directions. The bias is distinguishable from zero only for elevation and is 2.2m. The simple comparison with the world's leading commercial softwares reveals the similar accuracy level.

For the purpose of improving microbiolgical quality of carrot powder, which is being used as minor ingredients of convenience foods, comparative influence of Υ-irradiation and ethylene oxide(E.O) fumigation was investigated with emphasis on sterilizating effect and physicochemical propertied Carrot powder sample was contaminated with thermophiles 4.0$\times$103/g, acid tolerant bacteria 3.7$\times$103/g and coliforms 1.6$\times$102/g, respectively. And thus sanitation process was required. E.O fumigation in commercial practice was not enough to destroy thermophilic bacteria, while Υ-irradiation at below 5 kGy could reduce all microorganisms up to undectected levels. Radiosensitivity(D10) of thermophiles was shown to be 2.25 kGy. The applicable dose of irradiation to the improvement of microbiological quality showed insignificant influences on the physicochemical quality of the sample.
