본 연구는 대학의 교수와 학생 이용자가 전통적인 형태의 물리적 도서관과 온라인 정보이용 중심의 디지털 도서관이 혼합된 하이브리드 형태의 도서관 환경에서 대학도서관을 이용하고자 하는 행동 의도 즉, 도서관 이용 의도를 결정하는 요인들과 그 요인들 사이의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 대학의 주요 구성원 그룹이 가지고 있는 대학도서관에 대한 전반적인 인식을 조사하기 위하여 구조화된 설문지를 개발하여 자료를 수집하였고, 도서관 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계 분석을 위해 사회심리학에서 빈번히 활용되는 행동-태도 이론을 바탕으로 본 연구의 목적에 적합하다고 판단되는 계획행동이론(TPB)과 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 한 통합모형을 제안하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 이용환경 변화에 따른 이용자의 도서관 이용에 대한 인식과 이용의도를 물리적 도서관과 디지털도서관으로 나누어 각각 확인하였고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 도서관의 미래 전략 및 운영 방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 하였다는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있으며, 본 연구의 결과는 대학도서관으로 하여금 변화하는 환경에서 생존하고 균형적인 성장을 이루기 위해서는 인지, 주목, 그리고 협력을 바탕으로 한 효과적이며 효율적인 운영전략을 수립하여야 한다는 점을 주지하고 있다.

Applying Information Technology (IT) in practical engineering has become one of the most important issues in the past few decades, especially on internal solitary wave, intelligent robot interaction, artificial intelligence, fuzzy Lyapunov, tension leg platform (TLP), consumer and service quality. Other than affecting the traditional teaching mode or increasing the inter-relation with users, IT can also be connected with the current society by collecting the latest information from the internet. It is apparently a fashion-catching-up technology. Therefore, the learning of how to use IT facilities is becoming one of engineers' skills nowadays. In addition to studying how well engineers learn to operate IT facilities and apply them into teaching, how engineers' general capacity of information effects the results of learning IT are also discussed. This research introduces the "Combined TAM and TPB mode," to understand the situation of engineers using IT facilities.

Technology acceptance is one of the most popular research areas. Rapid developments in technology are making human life more comfortable. However, still most of the rural area has been deprived of benefits of technological advancement. Seventy percent population of India resides in rural area. Leveraging the improved penetration of the internet; mobile friendly population in rural India has been increasingly shopping online in the last few years. e-Governance is one of the important vehicles to provide efficient services to the citizens by Governments. One major obstacle is acceptance of e-Governance platforms by the citizens. Considering the increasing trend of using e-Commerce in rural area, this paper attempts to investigate moderating effect of online shopping experience on intention to use e-Governance portals. We surveyed 365 villagers across Maharashtra: one of the leading states in India. The result confirmed online shopping experience moderates the relationship between: 'perceived security & privacy' and 'attitude'; 'perceived security & privacy' and 'intention to use'; 'Perceived usefulness' and 'attitude'; and, 'attitude' and 'intention to use'. In this study definition of moderating variable 'experience' is unique and different than most of the popular studies. We defined experience as: 'prior use of any application of technology similar to the target application of technology'. Whereas prior studies considered experience as prior experience with target application of the technology.
