This paper is concerned with the mathematical concept displayed in Buddhism, which is reasonable enough to consider as a philosophy and encompasses the concept of infinity as scientific as that of mathematics. The purpose of this paper is to examine the changing process of the Buddhism concept of infinity on the basis of time sequence and to combine this with that of mathematics.

To this is the concept and changes of physical treatment that intervenes the understanding and restoring cerebral infantile paralysis in the medical welfare of the social well-being areas: Cerebral palsy, originated by Littel in 1862 and reported as "The cerebral palsies" by William and Osler, come to have its name and meaning. The early stage of intervention generally accepted by the circle of physical treatment in the medical profession was introduced by Sax in 1964. In Sax' theory, cerebral palsy is defined as "the stumbling block in the bodily exercises and postures, causing by the intercurrent disease or physical, mental defect." As we have seen it is desirable that the abovementioned limited steps be removed and allow physical therapists to examine and to treat cerebral palsies. For this, first educational system should make its way to a substantial improvement and congenital abnormal Test should be rapidly expanding to great proportions the whole nation, not part of the low-income group. Physical therapists, cerebral palsies and their parents must combine to make cerebral palsies' welfare the crowning well being state. Physical therapists, cerebral palsies and their parents, forming of trinity, should combine to make cerebral palsies' welfare the Super-Welfare State existence.

A research group consisting of some mathematics education scholars and school teachers has been formed to build a website which intended to combine both theories and practices of mathematical teaching since 2002. There were three working stages: video-tapping realistic math teaching, developing video discs of different themes, and designing e-Learning. The group members learned knowledge of teaching by actual participating. On the other hand, the products enabled the audience to get professional development in knowledge of both mathematics and teaching. Management process of this group and effects upon the participants and users will be presented and discussed in this paper. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the trunk stabilization exercise in the musical tempo on lumbar lordosis angle, muscle activity and pain. Methods : For the 30 people with lumbar lordosis angle legion and back pain, a random selection was made with MLSE (15) and LSE (15) to measure VAS, lumbar lordosis angle and Muscle Activity. Result : There were significant decreases in intra group comparisons to lumbar lordosis angle were seen in MLSE and LSE groups, and significant decreases in inter group comparisons in MLSE groups. significant decreases in intra group comparisons to VAS were seen in MLSE and LSE groups, and significant decreases in inter group comparisons in MLSE groups. Significant intra-group comparison of muscle activity, MLSE groups increases were rectus obdominis(right/left) and erector spinae muscle(right/left), LSE groups increases were erector spinae muscle(right/left), and significant increases in inter group comparisons rectus obdominis(right) and erector spinae muscle(left) in MLSE groups Conclusion : Based on the above findings, a program to restore the lumbar lordosis angle, and increase muscle strength should be developed at by applying the combine existing trunk stabilization physical therapy technique and musical tempo.

China National People's Congress has passed the bill to combine the Marine Law Enforcement into "State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China". This bill was intended to resolve the overlapping jurisdiction and disputes caused in ocean territory in nearby countries. The purpose of reorganizing the administration was to combine the dispersed organization into one group. This new big administration was basically organized to increase the power of China marine state on the long-term. The reorganization plan is to group General Administration of Customs, China Marine Surveillance, Fisheries Law Enforcement Command, and Border Control Department into one State Oceanic Administration. The new state Oceanic Administration carries the authority to protect rights and enforce the marine law supported by Public Security Bureau. Korea Coast Guard has been cooperating with China Marine Surveillance since 1998 when the first pact was made. The next step expanded to General Administration of Customs. Currently working with Regional Maritime Law Enforcement organizations dealing mostly with illegal Chinese fishing boats and IEODO conflict. In order to solve the problems we face today is to observe the process of the New China Coast Guard administration, analysing the effects that could be caused by the change and to keep close cooperation between the new administrations.
