According to the rapid change in the era of Korea, there have been significant changes in the buildings and facilities in the rural area of the country, and thus in the landscape of the agricultural and fishing villages due to the painting of colors that are not in harmony with the surrounding natural environment. Recently, the value recognition on the rural landscape has greatly changed and studies are actively performed on rural colors. To keep up with this trend this study is intended to propose coloring plan of Byutgari and Eumpo area for their entire landscape including the facilities to harmonize with their natural and cultural characteristics and surrounding environments. This plan was related to the establishment of the landscape planning of the region in Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, based on the already prepared rural environmental coloring guideline. This study has its significance in that it provided a coloring process that can be applied to the targeted are as well as other area, continuing the context of the precedent studies. It is greatly expected that the regional characteristics will be strengthened owing to the establishment of coloring guidelines.

This study has analyzed the main works of Hayao Miyazaki, a great master of Japanese animation, and inquired into the internal and external feature of characters depicted in his works. The creation of animation character starts from non-being in the planning step and becomes an important medium which will contain the story and the subject of drama. Therefore it's possible to analogize what he intends to represent through the identity, role and external feature of characters appeared in Hayao Miyazaki's animation. As a result of analyzing these external features, the message pursued by Hayao Miyazaki shows diversified girl character unlike the existing one of Japanimation, the girl characters in his works are sometimes sexless, sometimes androgynous, but they take the role to show the intention of director and to settle matters through new femininity free from any frame. In addition, the story of drama and other components show that the Japanese-typed is being sublimated worldwide with fantasy world through oriental appearance of girl character and various color symbols.

A general hospitals change continuously and rapidly, the way of growth and change becomes an important factor in the interior design. For this purpose, it compares and analyzes the image between different general hospital's ultrasonography with content level in the interior design to aspect investigating the preferences of the patient. Also the field survey on the real users was carried out, asking what kind of interior design you like in the general hospital ultrasonography. These research materials can be utilized for the practice application in the interior design of general hospital ultrasonography with the analyzing each available space. In the survey result, the point on the users needs things which are considered as the most important aspect for the fundamental data for the reasonable design planning and the basic principles of the modeling plan in the hospital's ultrasonography. So this study is to investigate and analyze the characteristics of the waiting area, way finding, color, lighting, counter design. This study would apply to interior design for the modeling of general hospital's ultrasonography.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the perceived motivations of the corporate social marketing to fashion brand and the process of consumer-brand relationship building. In this study, we proposed the hypotheses on the relationships among six focal variables. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and covariance structure analysis with SPSS 12.0 program and AMOS 7.0. 519 complete responses were obtained from core female adults consumers in fashion market. The results were as follows. First, philanthropic motivation significantly affected both benevolence and expert-based trust, but economic motivation significantly affected expert-based trust only. Second, there were significant effects in consumer trust and brand emotion. Third, the brand emotion had a strong influence on brand commitment. The results of this study will help fashion corporations to understand the relative importance of the two different motivations of CSR activities in building consumer-brand relationships.

Surrealism's method of expression and inspiration has been a continuous influence on fashion. What is important is how to identify and research a source of inspiration, and how to use this inspiration to guide the designs that can be worn on a real human body. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to show how to develop ideas and designs from Surrealist objects and how to contribute to the development of designs to the diversity in visual and functional effects along with the changes in consumer's interest. Documentary studies about Surrealism and Surrealist-inflected fashion applying the works of Surrealist and fashion images as a tool of historical research were proceeded. And the ideas for theme, the motifs for print patterns, and the concept of designs were borrowed from Surrealist objects touching on the imagery between the real and reflected, optical and artificial, and the designs were developed with several different visual and functional effects changing color, pattern, size, and length with the function of zippers in each item. It also gives the person wearing it amusement because it includes the concept of play and D.I.Y. With effective planning, it is possible to attract consumer's interest in the market.

The purpose of this study is to present a design proposal of the senior housing in the city of Kimje and design guidelines for making outdoor spaces for Korean elderly. To do this, this study examined previous research papers and scholastic writings, related to elderly housing, and analyzed study cases of elderly housing. As a result, design guidelines of outdoor spaces for elderly were classified 5 types. Entrance area of housing complex is subdivided into the condition of location, the entrance of housing complex, an access road, and a direction mark. Building entrance area is subdivided into an access and waiting area, a canopy facility, and the pattern and color of boundary. In & outdoor neutral area is subdivided into a spatial standard, a patio, and a terrace. Parking lots is subdivided into a spatial standard and an entrance access. Outdoor living area is subdivided into a spatial and social standard, the usage of movable chairs, a garden, a pocket park, a lawn area, a sports area, an active and passive sports area, a promenade, a lookout area and so on. In these study cases, outdoor living area is commonly located into a community space, a nature friendly space, a health & sports space, and an outlook space and it plays positive role to the elderly. However, versatile outdoor spaces such as horticultural therapy garden is needed, which can be able to stimulate the physical senses of the elderly. This proposal is meant to create new outdoor spaces of a senior housing and to enhance the way of life of elderly.

Adolescence is differentiated from other development stages for the significant physical and emotional changes a person goes through that stage. This study has surveyed communal residencies in the Seoul area and the community facilities within them and has analyzed their correlation with the adolescents' emotional reactions according to their school age. This study is concerned with evaluating the perceptions of teenagers towards learning, cultural, and exercise facilities. These adjectives were positioned on the IRI adjective images to obtain representative words such as "noble", "gentle", and "cheerful" for the purpose of analysis. Furthermore, each representative word was assigned a color and then made into a simulation for the EEG experiment. The EEG signals of the teenagers in different educational levels indicated that EEG signals of high school students were more activated compared to that of middle school students and both groups responded to the "cheerful" images with high EEG signals. Therefore, in order for community facilities within communal residencies to actively support and activate leisure and academic activities for adolescents, they have to be connected to their emotional characteristics. It is also important to minutely plan according to their school age.

Since public rental housings (social housings) in Korea are extremely standardized and uniformed, a variety of needs of residents for their housing are hardly satisfied. Public rental housing conditions, its low quality and size limitations regardless of residents type and needs resulted into negative images of social housing and social discriminations. Therefore there is a growing demand for alternative housing options in terms of diversification of social housing design with consideration for changing households and housing requirements. The purpose of this study to investigate some housing design guidelines, to analyze layout of building complex, community designs, household units and characteristics, overall design characteristics (sustainable design features, facade design, window and balcony composition, color and materials) and to provide some design suggestions for social housing. Design guidelines are classified into site planning and building layouts, residential building and household units, and performance of housing. Community facilities and their design features provide uniqueness of the public residence. Overall housing size of foreign cases is bigger than the domestic cases. Narrow shape of household units are more dominant in Korean public rental housing. More various shape and forms are found in facade and window design in foreign cases. Some design suggestion are provided for more diverse housing units and design for public rental housing in Korea.

Purpose： The purposes of our study are (1) to develop a brain phantom which can be used for multimodal image registration, (2) to evaluate the accuracy of image registration with the home-made phantom. Method： A brain phantom which could be used for image registration technique of CT-MR and CT-SPECT images using chamfer matching was developed. The brain phantom was specially designed to obtain imaging dataset of CT, MR, and SPECT. The phantom had an external frame with 4 N-shaped pipes filled with acryl rods for CT, MR imaging and Pb rods for SPECT imaging. 8 acrylic pipes were inserted into the empty space of the brain phantom to be imaged for geometric evaluation of the matching. Accuracy of image fusion was assessed by the comparison between the center points of the section of N-shaped bars in the external frame and the inserted pipes of the phantom. Technique with partially transparent, mixed images using color on gray was used for visual assessment of the image registration process.

This research is to understand luxury consumption values for luxury consumers. The aims of this study is to identify their luxury consumption values and the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value. This study also divided data into two groups according to the difference between reservation price and actual price; positive reservation price group, negative reservation price group, and analyzed the effects of the values on the perceived acquisition value between two groups. In this study, we used structural models equation and results presented that the conceptual model was a good fit to the data. The empirical results suggested four dimensions of luxury consumption values; symbolic value, innovative design value, quality value and origin value. There were positively significant effects of symbolic value and quality value on the perceived acquisition value. The effects of innovative design value on the acquisition value was significantly negative. Two groups categorized by reservation price depicted the differences on effect levels of symbolic value, innovative design value, and quality value on the acquisition value perception.
