아동 영재교육시설 교육공간의 실내디자인 특성에 관한 사례조사 및 비교 (A Case Study on the Spatial Characteristics of Classroom in Educational Institution for the Gifted Children)

  • In Korea, special education for the gifted is being activated in school systems, and many researches regarding this special education are being conducted. However, despite its rich research on the programs of this special education, there are almost no research on the institutions layout and spatial design that can utilize them. Considering the heat for education of the present and the researches on education for the gifted so far, this tendency is likely to continue. To study space composition and interior architectural design of children's institution for the gifted, we studied the cases of 5 institutions located in Seoul and the following are the results. The research results are as followed. Most institutions for the gifted used most common and technical paint, wallpaper, and PVC for finishing materials. The colors should be carefully selected, too, so that it will increase inquisitiveness and interest of the children, which will develop into creative ability. In the cases studied, color of most walls and furnitures were not very distinctive: they were in light pastel and bright tone. And there were set of desks in many shapes so it can be put in different ways for different purposes. However, there were also desks that are commonly used at schools, which were limited in arranging in various ways. Most cases studied were located in general building and therefore, natural light source was limited. On the part of appliances, supplements should be made so that classes can be carried out using multimedia materials.

  • Polyurethane foam was utilized to collect protists from the 2 ponds in Seoul National University and another pond in vicinity of Paldang Dam. The identified protists were 4 species in Cyanophyta, 2 species in Euglenophyta, 19 species in Chrysophyta, 9 species in Chlorophyta, 2 species in Ciliophora, and 3 species in Sarcodian. To test the adoptability of the sampling method for classes in junior and senior high school, frequency of the 25 protists in each observation and in each preparation were calculated. The families which were present at high frequencies were Naviculaceae. Fragilariaceae, Cymbellaceae and Coelastraceae. In an experimental application of the 40 pictures taken from the samples, students in junior classes recognized the protists by their outer morphology, internal structure. color, and colonial types, in decreasing order. Use of the collecting method and the applicability of protists for teaching biology were discussed.

  • An ($n_1,\;n_2,\;{\ldots},\;n_k$)-colored permutation is a permutation of $n_1+n_2+{\cdots}+n_k$ in which $1,\;2,\;{\ldots},\;n_1$ have color 1, and $n_1+1,\;n_1+2,\;{\ldots},\;n_1+n_2$ have color 2, and so on. We give a bijective proof of Steinhardt's result: the number of colored permutations with no monochromatic cycles is equal to the number of permutations with no fixed points after reordering the first $n_1$ elements, the next $n_2$ element, and so on, in ascending order. We then find the generating function for colored permutations with no monochromatic cycles. As an application we give a new proof of the well known generating function for colored permutations with no fixed colors, also known as multi-derangements.

  • 본 논문은 기존의 디지털 설진 시스템이 아닌 임베디드 환경에서의 실시간 설진 진단 방법을 제안한다. 임의의 환경에서 얻어낸 이미지에서 혀 영역의 추출과 추출된 영역에서의 혀의 상태를 진단하는데는 많은 어려움이 있다. 다양한 조명환경에서의 영상으로부터 혀 영역을 추출해 내는 방법으로는 ASM을 이용하는 방법이 있는데 이는 검출률이 낮아 정확도가 떨어진다. 이를 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 ASM과 물체 외곽 정보 복원에 기반을 둔 컬러 분산 스테이크 기법을 사용하여 정확도를 개선하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • Flux calibration for narrow band photometric data gives us an opportunity to get a line flux of extended targets. We developed flux calibration processes for narrow band photometry using broad band filters as a continuum indicator. We derived parameters for color correction and zero point correction including color terms. Applying our method, we successfully subtracted continuum emissions and calibrated the emission lines from an FU Ori type object, V960 Mon.

USB 카메라 영상에서 DP 매칭을 이용한 사용자의 손 동작 인식 (Hand Gesture Recognition using DP Matching from USB Camera Video)

  • In this paper, we proposed hand detection and hand gesture recognition from USB camera video. Firstly, we extract hand region extraction using skin color information from a difference images. Background image is initially stored and extracted from the input images in order to reduce problems from complex backgrounds. After that, 16-directional chain code sequence is computed from the tracking of hand motion. These chain code sequences are compared with pre-trained models using DP matching. Our hand gesture recognition system can be used to control PowerPoint slides or applied to multimedia education systems. We got 92% hand region extraction accuracy and 82.5% gesture recognition accuracy, respectively.

  • The purpose of this study were to understand the types of preferences to housewives' employment of husbands and wives, and to explore the differences in the personal, the family, and the job-related variables regarding such types of preferences. For this study, the employed housewives with children aged under 10 year were surveyed. The results of this study were as follow; 1) Types of perferences to housewives' employment of husbands were smaller compared to wives'. This may mean that husbands' traditional values related to child rearing and education, and housework influenced on their preferences to wives' employment. 2) There were significant differences in the types of preferences to housewives' employment regarding the types of wives' occupation. Wives working in the white color jobs were prefered themselves' employment more than wives working in the blue color jobs. 3) The group that both wives and husbands prefere housewives' employment was more positively perceived the effects of women's employment on both wives themselves and their children. Also such couples were satisfied more than and felt family-job strain less than other groups.

  • In this research, the WEF AX and APT(Automatic Picture Transmission) data receiving and image processing software using PC/AT called WADIPS(WEFAX and APT Data Integrated Processing System) Software has been developed. The main functions of WADIPS software are follow : 1) Real time receiving and saving to hard disk of WEFAX and APT data 2) B/W(Black and White) and false color display 3) Image enhancement using histogram stretch and color control 4) 2-4 times zooming 5) Hard copy of data using dithering and patterning 6) Animation 7) File management 8) On line help. WADIPS can be used in the offices or persons need real time meteorological information and education offices to teach the image processing technique and general characteristics of meteorological satellites.

  • The urine test used as a basic test method of in vitro diagnosis for health care has been used for a long time to be simple and convenient. The urine test method is using a color that appears depending on the change in the ion concentration that reacts over time buried in the standard color test paper(Strips) with a urine sample applied to some reaction reagents. In this paper, it was proposed a neural network algorithm to obtain a suitable and reproducibility and accuracy classifier suitable for the urine analysis system. The experimental results were compared with the visual colorimetric analysis, and the neural network algorithm showed better results.

  • 본 연구는 결혼 예식장 종류에 따른 서비스스케이프 배색 이미지를 호텔 예식 연회, 일반 예식장, 종교 결혼식장 간에 비교하여 분석하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역 20~39세 400명을 대상으로 직접 방문 및 우편조사를 실시하였고 315부를 분석에 사용하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 사용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, t-test, 분산 분석 등을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과 결혼식장 배색 이미지는 경쾌함, 고상함, 은은함의 3개 요인으로 분석되었다. 크론바하 알파값이 조사 도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 0.7 이상을 나타내어 적합하게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지 분석 결과, '깨끗한'이 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '온화한' 3.50, '은은한' 3.38 순으로 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 결혼식장 유형별 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 배색 이미지 중 '경쾌함' 요인은 일반 예식장이 3.00, '고상함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장 3.64, '은은함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장에서 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 인구통계학적 차이 분석 결과, 성별, 결혼 유무, 한달 총수입에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타난 반면, 연령, 학력, 직업에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼식장 색채 마케팅 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
