Background: The elderly are likely to fall due to physical and mental atrophies, and experiencing falls may result in fear of falls and lack of self-confidence, which also leads to hesitation to physical activities and changes in walk and balance, the major variables in independent daily life. Methods: In three senior citizen centers located in D city, 22 elderly women aged 65 or older were chosen, and they filled in the questionnaire which included their agreement to voluntarily participate in the survey and medical histories. As to whether they had falls experience, the medical history items in the questionnaire asked them if they had falling down or falls once a year, twice for the three years. The objects were divided to NFE (non-falls experience) and FE (falls experience). Results: 1. As to walking abilities, significant difference was found between NFE and FE regarding walk width, stepping with two feet, and stride length while there was no significant different in terms of cadence. 2. As to balancing abilities, was significant difference between NFE and FE in terms of the physical body center area. As to the sit-to-stand, tandom gait test, no significant difference was found, and neither in the timed up and go test. Conclusions: The elderly with falls experience has inferior walking and balancing abilities to those without falls experience, and thus they are more exposed to the risks of falls.
We are easily supposed to think that outdoor EE can help make Eco-Sense, furthermore 'Eco' means nature and natural resource itself. Relatively we are likely to think indoor EE is something theoretical or knowledge-oriented. It comes from our strong beliefs going into nature would be best choice for feeling Eco-mind. But every place in our daily life could be space for finding Eco-feeling(mind), as far as the relation to life in there. No life without ecological relation, so firstly we need to be rethink Eco-feeling could be enough trained in daily life, our EE trends that have distinguished between indoor and outdoor should be rearranged, going there is just for when we unavoidably need to go for outdoor experience. So I focus on two special causes bringing out these biases, 1st Environmental management-thinking, which has been passed over this trend under the name of training environmentally responsible citizen through Awareness, Knowledge, Skill and Attitudes. 2nd important cause is cultural metaphors, which means our thinking is fixed into some patterns, losing cultural thinking diversity, although eco-culture in our daily life has been figured our daily life out as ecological phenomenon hermeneutically. To illustrate this problematic trends, this paper will introduce theories of Bateson G. and Bowers C.A. mainly, who insist fixed pattern-thinking bound for environmental management could be obstacles to make students see and have Ecological intelligence in their mind throughout daily life. This paper will focus on how to feel Eco-mind in our daily life through cultural experience. Representative way for this is to research on rice paddy eco-system and rice culture.

The study instruments included death anxiety, hospices knowledge, and attitude towards end-of-life care. Data were analyzed by t test, ANOVA, post hoc $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS v. 20.0. Results: According to a stepwise regression on the factors influencing attitudes towards end-of-life care, 80.4% of variance (F=161.360, p<.001) was explained by experience of death, hospices knowledge, disappearance of death anxiety, satisfaction with relationships (${\geq}2$) and student attitude toward end-of-life care. In addition, 44.1% of the variance (F=39.434, p<.001) was explained by experience of death, satisfaction with relationship(${\leq}4$), warning of others about death anxiety, and family attitude towards end-of-life care. Conclusion: The attitude towards end-of-life care was influenced by hospices knowledge and death anxiety in paramedic students. It is necessary to provide training in understanding attitudes towards death anxiety and end-of-life care. An effective educational program should be developed and implemented among paramedic students to improve their awareness of death and anxiety hospices knowledge.

Rhabdomyolysis is a rare but potentially life-threatening disorder caused by the release of injured skeletal muscle components into the circulation. The authors report a case of severe head injury, in which a hyperosmolar state and continuous seizure complicated by severe rhabdomyolysis and acute renal failure evolved during the course of treatment resulted in a fatal outcome despite intensive supportive treatment. Our bitter experience suggests that rhabdomyolysis should be born in mind in patients with severe head injury who may develop hyperosmolar state and continuous seizure.
