흡연집진기 내 스트레이너 및 카본필터 압력투과 해석 (Dust collector strainer and carbon filter pressure permeation analysis)

  • Dust collector is one of the most widely used equipment among the method of separating particles, it filters exhaust gas having various kinds of dusts through several filters installed on parallel. This research investigated the moving characteristic of Honeycomb-type carbon filter in pressure drop of smoking collector's ventilation system. It also compared pressure transmission coefficient through pressure drop according to flow velocity change.

강제순환 방식의 공기가열식 태양열 집열기의 성능분석에 관한 수치해석 연구 (A Numerical Study on the Performance Analysis of a Solar Air Heating System with Forced Circulation Method)

  • 태양열 에너지를 이용하여 단순한 형태의 공기가열식 집열기를 이용하여 공기를 가열하고 이를 활용하여 생활공간의 난방문제를 해결하기 위한 장치를 개발하는데 목적을 두고 진행되고 있다. 현 시점에서 연구는 모델로 개발한 공기가열식 태양열에너지 집열기의 크기 변화에 따른 가용한 에너지의 량을 이론적으로 산출해 보고 이를 통해 개발 시스템의 가능성을 판단하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 공기가열식 태양열 집열기의 공기가열성능을 판단하기 위하여, 특정 크기의 태양열 집열기에 일정한 일사량을 투하하였을 때, 모델 집열기 내부에서의 열전달 특성변화와 이를 통해 생산되는 공기의 온도($^{\circ}C$)와 생산량(kg/h)을, 유한체적법(Finite Volume Method)을 적용한 범용 열유동해석(CFD) 프로그램인 영국 CHAM사의 PHOENICS(1)를 이용하여, 분석한 결과를 구하였다. 분석한 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 집열기의 크기가 ($1.2m{\times}1.1m{\times}0.19m$)의 집열기에서 알루미늄으로 제작하는 내경 0.1m의 공기 가열관을 이용하여 가열할 수 있는 공기의 온도는 약 $40.5^{\circ}C$이며 이때 생산되는 공기의 생산량은 약 $161m^3/h$으로 산출되었다. 본 모델장치는 충분히 태양의 열에너지를 이용하여 실내공간의 온도를 인간이 활동하기에 적합한 활동의 환경을 유지하는데 활용할 수 있다고 판단된다.

An Eight-directional Airborne Chloride Collection Method for the Application of an Appropriate Anti-corrosive Material for Each Side of a Building

  • To secure the anticorrosive performance of structures in the oceanic environment it is necessary to select appropriate finishing materials and thickness of cover. However, airborne chloride deposition varies depending on the collector used, and it is difficult to select appropriate finishing materials. For this reason, an eight-directional collector is proposed in this study through reviewing the differences between existing airborne chloride collectors and the new one. To analyze airborne chloride deposition according to the direction from which it flows and verify the performance of the collector proposed in this study, airborne chlorides were deposited on the collector for one year at five different locations in an oceanic environment. From the experiment, it was verified that in terms of direction, there were differences in airborne chloride deposition of up to more than 1.5 times. Based on these research findings, the anti-corrosive method applied can be different for each side of a building's structure, and this is believed to serve as an effective and systemic chloride resistance design.

마이크로 데이터센터의 환경 모니터링 시스템 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development for Environment Monitoring System of Micro Data Center)

  • 본 연구에서는 마이크로 데이터 센터의 환경 모니터링 시스템(EMS)을 설계하고 개발하는 방법을 나타낸다. 설계하는 환경 모니터링 시스템은 IoT 센서 및 싱글보드 컴퓨터를 이용하여 데이터센터 운영환경을 실시간으로 감지하여 데이터를 해석하고 운영환경을 모니터한다. 먼저, EMS 하드웨어 플랫폼 및 IoT 센싱 패키지 설계 방법에 대하여 나타낸다. 또한 서로 다른 프로토콜을 갖는 IoT 센서에 대한 데이터 수집 SW을 설계하고 원격에서 모니터링이 가능한 EMS 모니터링 SW를 개발한다. 데이터 수집 SW는 센서 수집 모듈과 수집 메니저 모듈로 구성된다. EMS 소프트웨어는 마이크로 서비스 아키텍츠(MSA) 개념을 적용하여 설계하며 각각의 서비스는 독립적인 비즈니스 로직을 포함한다.

이중진공관형 태양열 집열기의 성능시험에 관한 연구 (Study on Performance Testing of Concentric Evacuated Tube Solar Energy Collector System)

  • Concentric evacuated tube solar energy collector has been interested recently since government has driven to install alternative energy systems in new large building. In this paper, testing of the evacuated tube collector is conducted in outdoor during daytime by transient method. The collector thermal efficiencies are plotted in term of $(T_{in}-T_a)/Ic$, where $T_{in}$ is inlet working fluid temperature, $T_a$ is atmospheric temperature and $I_c$ is solar irradiation on the collector surface. The evacuated tube collector efficiency is ranged from 50% to 63% in real outdoor condition. In addition, the total overall heat loss coefficient is found to have an inverse variation to $(T_{in}-T_a)/I_c$ so that the coefficient becomes very high when $(T_{in}-T_a)/I_c$ is small.

수직벽면형 무동력 태양열 시스템 작동성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An experimental study on the operating performance of facade installed natural circulation type solar thermal system)

  • The operation of the natural circulation type solar heating systems with facade integrated collector was analyzed by experiment. Two different types of flat plate solar collectors were used for these experiments. One was for the normal flat plate solar collector with the size of 1m*2m and the other was for the large size solar collector with $4m^2$(1m*4m). The experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of the series or parallel connection method on the performance of the collectors. As a result, the solar thermal system which is installed on the wall or facade would be applicable for the natural circulation type if the system design reflects various parameters, including collector connecting method(series or parallel), to provide enough vertical height between collector and storage tank, and to reduce pressure loss due to collector and piping network, etc. The natural circulation type of solar thermal system as proposed in this study can increase the system reliability by removing or minimizing the use of the components such as pump, controller, sensors which may cause serious troubles of the system for a long-time operation

Research of an On-Line Measurement Method for High-power IGBT Collector Current

  • The on-line measurement of high-power IGBT collector current is important for the hierarchical control and short-circuit and overcurrent protection of its driver and the sensorless control of the converter. The conventional on-line measurement methods for IGBT collector current are not suitable for engineering measurement due to their large-size, high-cost, low-efficiency sensors, current transformers or dividers, etc. Based on the gate driver, this paper has proposed a current measuring circuit for IGBT collector current. The circuit is used to conduct non-intervention on-line measurement of IGBT collector current by detecting the voltage drop of the IGBT power emitter and the auxiliary emitter terminals. A theoretical analysis verifies the feasibility of this circuit. The circuit adopts an operational amplifier for impedance isolation to prevent the measuring circuit from affecting the dynamic performance of the IGBT. Due to using the scheme for integration first and amplification afterwards, the difficult problem of achieving high accuracy in the transient-state and on-state measurement of the voltage between the terminals of IGBT power emitter and the auxiliary emitter (uEe) has been solved. This is impossible for a conventional detector. On this basis, the adoption of a two-stage operational amplifier can better meet the requirements of high bandwidth measurement under the conditions of a small signal with a large gain. Finally, various experiments have been carried out under the conditions of several typical loads (resistance-inductance load, resistance load and inductance load), different IGBT junction temperatures, soft short-circuits and hard short-circuits for the on-line measurement of IGBT collector current. This is aided by the capacitor voltage which is the integration result of the voltage uEe. The results show that the proposed method of measuring IGBT collector current is feasible and effective.

전력선 통신을 이용한 원격 집진기 bag 제어 시스템 개발 (Development of a Remote Dust Collector Bag Control System using Power Line Communication)

  • 통신과 제어 기술의 발전과 인터넷 기능 강화로 이들을 이용해 전통 제조업에서 위험과 생산 비용을 줄이면서 제품의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 동기 인식이 확산되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 첨단 IT 기술을 전통산업인 집진기에 융합한 지능형 원격 집진기 bag 제어 시스템을 이벤트 기반으로 개발하였다. 먼저 집진기의 센서인 차압 측정기의 아날로그 출력 데이터를 디지털로 변환시키는 A/D 변환기를 마이크로 프로세서를 사용하여 제작하였다. 또 이들을 RS-232 통신 방법으로 전력선 통신 모뎀과 연결하는 기술을 개발하였다. 다음은 전력선 통신을 이용하여 집진기 bag 상태 정보를 효율적으로 전송할 수 있도록 n-바이트 메시지 형식을 정의하였다. 그리고 집진기와 집진기 bag을 논리적으로 모델링하기 위해 자료형을 정의하였고, 이를 이용해 집진기와 집진기 bag을 XML과 객체지향 모델링 기법을 이용해 모델링하였다. 뿐만 아니라 집진기 bag의 교체시기를 정확하게 파악하여 집진기 bag의 교체시기를 관리자에게 실시간으로 다양한 시각적인 사용자 인터페이스를 이용해 제시하도록 개발하였다.

운량에 따른 태양열 시스템의 성능 분석에 관한 연구 (Study on the Performance Analysis of Solar Heating System with Cloud Cover)

  • In this study, the performance of solar assisted hybrid heat pump system with cloud cover were analyzed by using experimental method in spring season. It was consisted of concentric evacuated tube solar collector, heat medium tank, heat storage tank, heat pump, and so on. As a result, the solar radiation should be maintained over $4.1\;MJ/m^2$ in order to operate solar heating system for heating. Solar heat of collector wasn't affected by ambient temperature, but cloud cover has a big effect to collector efficiency. In addition, the collector efficiency is about 50-60%, and solar fraction is 40% for this system.

  • The water resource depending on mostly surface water has many problems, such as contaminated and unpredicted contamination event. For this reason, it has been employed highly technical treatment method for them, such as ground water dam and river bank filtration. it has been developed the radial collector wells in kind of bank filtration to increase efficiency for in-taking the water resource insead of the vertical well needed many wells to take more resource. But it has many problems with the incumbent method to bore the horizontal hole for radial collector wells, such as filling with the filter material outside of a strainer by watering, jamming as retrieving the casing tube with the filter material, eccentric boring etc. To reduce the problems of incumbent equipment, it has been developed the horizontal boring equipment and performed the field trial tests several times, which have bits and water jetting system with rotating the cone-shaped front to be excavated easily. In this paper, it was compared the brand-new with the incumbent non-rotating pressing insertion method. Also it was shown the problems of the incumbent method was reduced effectively.
