This study classified the different types of service attributes being provided through cable VOD services and looked at how the key service attribute types affect the willingness to use paid VOD for each group of paid and non-experienced users. Studies have shown that for a group of non-experienced people, 'content information-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact, and for a group of experienced people, 'convenience-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact. Thus, expanding users of paid VOD services requires setting up step-by-step strategies that match their respective collective characteristics. For a group of non-experienced people, it is necessary to take a direct persuasion strategy through the provision of relevant information and an indirect approach strategy through the expansion of promotion opportunities, and for an experienced group, a strategy to expand functional convenience.

Our students are shocked by the results that there is an inverse proportion between academic achievement and life satisfaction. Recently, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) published the PISA 2015 Student Well-Being Report. According to the report, Korean students' education is the highest among OECD countries, but their life satisfaction is the 47th ranked among the 48 OECD and non-OECD countries.[1] This is the cause of the unilateral education using collective achievement in evaluation methods. Therefore, I propose a personalized integrated model utilizing block chain technology. I suggest a personalized education and evaluation system model using selective education and personal approval rather than from teachers' unilateral education. This will no longer open the student's achievement grade system to the public. This change will be accomplished utilizing block chain technology. This technology is characterized by security, transparency and dispersion. The result of this work can be used to improve students' quality of living through a management system of personalized education and evaluation, based on the nature of education.

US Army Found Five Lessons For the Urban Operations After Implemented Offensive Operations in Mosul, Iraq for the First time in the 21st Century. The subject of this study is whether the relevant ordinances of Chungcheongnam-do's five local governments, operating intermediary support organizations for contracted-out community building, comply with the regional innovation and cooperative governance-based perspective. The examination results are summarized as follows. About the normative system: first, village building does not present that it is a participation- and cooperation-based collective activity of various related actors; second, the cooperative governance-based implementation system was not presented as a key term; third, "numerous relevant subjects' participation" and "democratic decision-making and cooperative promotion" are not presented as basic principles; fourth, the subjects are limited to residents and the administration, and only their responsibilities are presented. About the effectiveness system: first, the establishment of a master plan, a primary means, and the establishment of an in-charge department and collaboration system in the administration are presented as optional provisions; second, the nature of the relevant committees and intermediary support organizations is not presented as "public-private cooperation-based system"; third, the area of the function and authority of the relevant committees is limited to review and consultation. Fourth, the related information about the intermediary support organization structure and system, the establishment and operation of the secretariat, and the practical operation of the center is not presented. In sum, to make related ordinances become institutional grounds with stronger effectiveness, reconstructing them by strictly applying the perspectives of regional innovation and cooperative governance is necessary.

Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

North Korea has already been using underground space for military purposes for decades, and is currently developing it as a key base for operating asymmetric forces. Accordingly, the special operations teams need fighting methods, weapon systems, and organizational structures to carry out subterranean operations. This paper presents an unmanned system platform for subterranean operations that combines tilt-rotor type drones, high-tech sensors, communication repeaters, and small robots, and a system that can be operated by special operation teams. Based on this, the survivability of the special operations teams can be strengthened and operational utility can be maximized. Afterwards, if Special Warfare Command collects collective intelligence based on the ideas related to subterranean operations presented in this paper and further develops these, it will be possible to drive subterranean operations doctrines, weapon systems, and organizational structures optimized for the battlefield on the Korean Theater of Operations in the near future.

In the current situation where systematic and active disaster management is becoming more important, domestic libraries do not have their own disaster management plans or support systems. In order to improve these problems, this study looked at overseas cases. Among them, we looked at Japan, where related cases and research are actively underway due to its exposure to various geopolitical disasters. In particular, we focused on cases of public-private cooperation established after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Association's Library Disaster Response Committee and saveMALK, a voluntary network of experts. The Library Disaster Response Committee played a central role in organizing donations and volunteer activities, and saveMALK played a role in collecting and sharing information by forming a collective intelligence among relevant experts. This analysis of the Japanese case has positive implications for building collaborative disaster management system.

Happiness index is a measurement system for understanding collective happiness. As values change, studies have been proposed to add the value of behavior to the happiness index. However, there is a lack of studies analyze the relationship using individual emotions. Using a deep learning model, we predicted happiness index using social variables and individual emotional index. First, we collected social and emotional variables from January 2005 to December 2020. Second, we preprocessed the data and identified significant variables. Finally, we trained deep learning-based regression model. Our proposed model was evaluated using 5-fold cross validation. The proposed model showed 90.86% accuracy on test sets. Our model will be expected to analyze the significant factors of country-specific happiness index.

In modern capitalist society, where the influence of electronic and mechanical technology on the human memory construction process is gradually expanding, academic interest in the cultural construction and reification of memory is also spreading. This study attempted to explore the way cultural memory and the reification of memory are constructed and their implications by analyzing Andrei Tarkovsky's <Solaris>, which delved into the way human memory is constructed based on scientific thinking. On 'Solaris', which is both a planet and an ocean, memories were materialized by taxidermy or fossilization of love and even the truth of life and death. This can be said to be the result of director Andrei Tarkovsky's reflection on the fact that human memory can be anchored to something due to a specific event, and that reificated memory is not the actual memory, but remains only as a trace or trace of the memory.
