협력적 거버넌스와 영남권 지역 발전: 개념적 재고찰 (Collaborative Governance and Development of the Yeongnam Region : a Conceptual Reconsideration)

  • 네트워크 거버넌스란 시민사회를 중심으로 정부와 시장과의 네트워크를 통해 새로운 사회정치적 질서를 구축하고자 하는 참여와 협력의 과정이며, 이러한 점에서 협력적 거버넌스라는 용어가 사용될 수 있다. 특히 지방(정부) 간 협력적 거버넌스는 이중적 협력관계, 즉 지방정부들 간 협력과 각 지방 내 정부기관과 시민사회 간 협력을 전제로 한다. 그러나 협력적 거버넌스의 핵심 요소인 협력은 신뢰와 호혜성을 전제로 한 규범성이 아니라 경쟁과 대립에 바탕을 둔 전략으로 이해된다. 또한 협력적 거버넌스의 모형은 이러한 협력의 구조적 배경에 대한 분석과 절차적 과정 및 실재적 과정에 관한 고려도 포함시켜야 한다. 협력적 거버넌스에 내재된 규범성은 실제 거버넌스의 구축에는 제대로 반영되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 신자유주의적 전략을 위한 명분으로 동원되는 경향이 있다. 이러한 점을 해소하기 위하여, 협력적 거버넌스의 개념을 재구성할 필요가 있다. 즉 그람시적 관점에서 협력적 거버넌스는 '정부+시민사회'에서 동의와 저항이 동시에 작동하는 헤게모니적 거버넌스로 이해될 수 있다. 또한 오스트롬의 이론의 급진화에 바탕을 두고, 협력적 거버넌스는 자율적 의사결정 주체들의 다중심성을 만들어나가는 다중심적 거버넌스로 이해될 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 지방들 간 협력적 거버넌스는 단지 담론적 과정이라기보다 물질적 토대를 전제로 한다는 점에서 지역들 간 연계성을 강화시킬 수 있는 경제적 상호보완성과 물적 인프라의 구축을 요구한다.

  • 본 연구는 정보시스템의 효율적인 협력적 상호작용을 가능하게 하는 정보자원의 관리 방안을 마련하기 위한 연구프로젝트의 선행 작업으로 진행되었다. 우선 본 연구는 협력적인 문제해결과정에서 발생되는 도움제공자와 도움수여자 간에 유의한 행위적${\cdot}$인지적 패턴이 존재하는지를 파악하고, 더 나아가 문제해결 상황에 대한 평가와 행위적${\cdot}$인지적 패턴 간에 유의한 관계가 존재하는지를 살펴보았다. 상황을 인지이동이 발생한 특정 시공간의 집합으로 보는 Dervin의 의미형성이론에 근거하였으며, IT관련 문제해결을 위해 정보전문가의 도움을 받았던 36명의 이용자와 이용자에게 도움을 제공한 경험이 있는 22명의 정보전문가를 대상으로 심층적인 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 협력적 문제해결 행위 모형을 제시하였고 정보시스템의 상호작용성을 향상시키기 위해 시스템 설계시 고려할 점을 제안하였다.

인플루언서를 위한 딥러닝 기반의 제품 추천모델 개발 (Deep Learning-based Product Recommendation Model for Influencer Marketing)

  • In this study, with the goal of developing a deep learning-based product recommendation model for effective matching of influencers and products, a deep learning model with a collaborative filtering model combined with generalized matrix decomposition(GMF), a collaborative filtering model based on multi-layer perceptron (MLP), and neural collaborative filtering and generalized matrix Factorization (NeuMF), a hybrid model combining GMP and MLP was developed and tested. In particular, we utilize one-class problem free boosting (OCF-B) method to solve the one-class problem that occurs when training is performed only on positive cases using implicit feedback in the deep learning-based collaborative filtering recommendation model. In relation to model selection based on overall experimental results, the MLP model showed highest performance with weighted average precision, weighted average recall, and f1 score were 0.85 in the model (n=3,000, term=15). This study is meaningful in practice as it attempted to commercialize a deep learning-based recommendation system where influencer's promotion data is being accumulated, pactical personalized recommendation service is not yet commercially applied yet.

  • 본 연구는 협력능력에 대한 사전훈련과 협력 스크립트의 상호작용이 협력능력과 공유정신모형 형성에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. K대 '교육방법 및 교육공학'을 수강하는 96명에게 사전훈련과 서로 다른 협력스크립트를 제공하고, 각 집단 별로 협력학습과정에서 이루어지는 메시지와 협력학습 후 개념도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 사전훈련과 협력 스크립트의 상호작용에 따른 협력 능력에는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 협력 스크립트 유형은 협력능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 협력에 대한 사전 훈련과 협력 스크립트의 상호작용에 따른 공유정신모형 형성에는 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 협력 스크립트 유형은 공유정신모형에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 CSCL 환경에서 효과적인 협력학습활동을 위한 전략 제시라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Multimodal Interaction Framework for Collaborative Augmented Reality in Education

  • One of the most important technologies today is augmented reality technology, it allows users to experience the real world using virtual objects that are combined with the real world. This technology is interesting and has become applied in many sectors such as the shopping and medicine, also it has been included in the sector of education. In the field of education, AR technology has become widely used due to its effectiveness. It has many benefits, such as arousing students' interest in learning imaginative concepts that are difficult to understand. On the other hand, studies have proven that collaborative between students increases learning opportunities by exchanging information, and this is known as Collaborative Learning. The use of multimodal creates a distinctive and interesting experience, especially for students, as it increases the interaction of users with the technologies. The research aims at developing collaborative framework for developing achievement of 6th graders through designing a framework that integrated a collaborative framework with a multimodal input "hand-gesture and touch", considering the development of an effective, fun and easy to use framework with a multimodal interaction in AR technology that was applied to reformulate the genetics and traits lesson from the science textbook for the 6th grade, the first semester, the second lesson, in an interactive manner by creating a video based on the science teachers' consultations and a puzzle game in which the game images were inserted. As well, the framework adopted the cooperative between students to solve the questions. The finding showed a significant difference between post-test and pre-test of the experimental group on the mean scores of the science course at the level of remembering, understanding, and applying. Which indicates the success of the framework, in addition to the fact that 43 students preferred to use the framework over traditional education.

한양방협진 이용에 따른 일부 공무원들의 인식도 조사 (Study on Attitudes of Officials Depending on System of Collaborative Practice between Traditional Korean Medicine and Western Medicine)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate different attitudes of officers depending on system of collaborative practice between traditional Korean medicine and western medicine. A total of 103 officials were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ test with the SPSS program. Use of oriental medicine clinic was significantly higher and use of general hospitals was significantly lower in a group of users (p=.021). Higher rates of disease status were found in a group of users (p=.024). 'Overcome limits of Traditional Korean Medicine and Western Medicine' and 'collaborative practice would bring benefits' as the reasons of using collaborative practice between Traditional Korean Medicine and Western Medicine showed higher rates (p<.001). It showed high interests in collaborative practice between Traditional Korean Medicine and Western Medicine in two groups, but higher rates of prospect of collaborative practice between Traditional Korean Medicine and Western Medicine revitalization were found in the group of users. Also, more than 60% of the officers showed positive attitudes in the system of the collaborative practice. Therefore, correct researches on actual conditions about collaborative practice between Korean and Western Medicine and positive and negative aspects of this collaborative practice pointed by candidates need to be considered in order to improve candidates' health condition.

농촌마을종합개발사업의 협력적 계획과정과 계획효과의 영향구조 분석 (A Study on Affecting Factor-Construction of Collaborative Planning Process and Effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project)

  • This study aims to analyze the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning process and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. To this end, targeting the 36 districts which were selected for 2004 Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project and completed their 2010 5-year projects, components of collaborative planning process and planning effect will be drawn and the affecting factors-construction of collaborative planning and effect on Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project will be analyzed below. According to the results of this study, the affecting factors of collaborative planning process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project on planning effect, The level of effect of individual component on endogenous variable appeared greatest mostly in the upper groups. In terms of the level of individual component effect, social learning process and interaction among participants affected greatest. The process of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project is evaluated that it reflected collaborative planning theory of Healey enough. Therefore, in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project progress, collaborative planning model must pass social learning process and interaction among participants which are the most important components out of collaborative planning process as we saw in the upper groups. And in order to maximize the performance and results of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project, the following sequential affecting factors model as Figure 7 must be suggested as optimal collaborative planning models of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project. Based on the results of the study, the policy implication was drawn as follows. First, systematic supplementations in the form of a consultative body are required to perform Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project efficiently. Second, network needs to be built among different participants in Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process. Third, systematic mechanism is required to improve social learning among different participants. Fourth, systematic rearrangement is required to guarantee the residents' realistic participation in the course of Comprehensive Rural Village Development Project process.

협업프로세스 모델링 방법 개발 및 검증 (Development of a Modeling Methodology to Capture Collaborative Processes and Its Verification)

  • As long as the information systems are spread out, various efforts are being attempted to get the effective results by the system. As a result, a new management strategy has been appeared, referred to as "collaboration", and it is necessary to use a right methodology for modeling collaborative processes accordingly. Even though many modeling methodologies such as IDEF3, Petri-Nets, UML, and ARIS have been widely used for modeling processes, they are inadequate for clearly representing collaborative processes. Some researchers, therefore, have suggested new modeling methodologies for describing collaborative processes including CPM (collaborative process modeling). In this paper, we introduce an extended version of CPM method (i.e., exCPM) as a tool for modeling collaborative works after analyzing advantages and disadvantages of aforementioned methodologies. One of distinct characteristics of exCPM is that model verification is possible by transforming the exCPM models into Petri-Nets models. We also demonstrate transformation of an exCPM model in this paper with case studies for model verification.

SVD을 이용한 저차원 공간에서 협력적 여과 (A Collaborative Filtering using SVD on Low-Dimensional Space)

  • 추천 시스템은 구매할 상품을 사용자가 찾는 것을 도와주는 시스템이다. 추천 시스템에서 사용되고 있는 여러 가지 방법 중에 대표적인 방법인 협력적 여과는 유사한 사용자들에 기초하여 그 사용자들이 선호하는 상품을 교차 추천해주는 방법이다. 사용자들에 대한 정보는 상품을 평가한 등급에 기초하고, 유사한 사용자는 평가 패턴의 유사성으로 판단된다. 순수한 협력적 여과는 사용자가 증가함에 따라서 평가 자료의 차원이 증가한다. 평가 자료의 고차원성은 자료의 희소성을 증가시켜 협력적 여과의 성능이 저하되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 SVD를 이용하여 평가 자료의 차원을 감소시켜 희소성을 최소화하는 방법을 고찰하며, 협력적 여과에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 제시한다. 결과적으로 SVD를 이용한 협력적 방법은 순수한 협력적 여과 방법과 비교하여 충분히 정확한 성능을 보였다.

또래쌍구성에 따른 유아의 상호작용과 문제해결력 (Preschoolers' peer interaction type and joint problem-solving performance depending on a partner's age)

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to investigate how children's peer interaction type and joint problem-solving performance differ, depending on a partner's age, in such a situation as they are asked to solve problems with their peer and (2) to investigate relationship between children's peer interaction type and joint problem-solving performance. Results reveal that children's problem-solving performance receives more benefit in the interactions with older peers, rather than those with younger ones. It can also be improved by higher level of collaborative interactions such as abstract collaborative explanations in joint activities. It is influenced positively by collaborative interactions, expecially when the children are in the same age groups. Results here were discussed in terns Piagetian and Vygotskian theories.
