디지털 전략이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 관계적 행동차원, 인지차원 및 지속적인 디지털 전환을 중심으로 (The Impact of Digital Strategies on Corporate Performance: Focusing on Relational Behavior Dimensions, Cognitive Dimensions and Sustaining Digital Transformation)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 자본 이론을 기반으로 디지털 전략이 기업의 관계적 행동, 인지 차원, 지속적인 디지털 전환을 통해 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구모형은 1년 이상 근무한 국내 기업 종사자 300명을 대상으로 2024년 2월 20일부터 2월 23일 설문으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 테스트하였으며, Smart PLS 4.0을 사용하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 디지털 전략이 조직 내 협력과 상호작용을 촉진하고 구성원들의 디지털 기술 이해와 인식을 향상시키며, 지속적인 변화와 혁신을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다. 둘째, 지속적인 디지털 전환과 인지 차원이 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 관계적 행동 차원의 영향은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 디지털 전략이 단순한 기술 도입을 넘어 조직 내 상호작용과 인식 변화를 촉진함으로써 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사하며, 한국 기업들이 디지털 전환을 효과적으로 추진할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

부모의 방임행동, 아동의 비합리적 신념이 아동의 분노표현방식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Parents' Neglect Behavior and Children's Irrational Belief on Children's Anger Expression Style)

  • This study examined the effect of parents' neglect behavior and children's irrational beliefs on children's anger expression style. The participants were 379 5th and 6th grade elementary school children. The major findings were as follows. Children tended to perceive higher levels of their parents' cognitive and emotional neglect than physical and home environmental neglect. Boys perceived higher levels of their parents' physical, supervisory and home environmental neglect than girls, and girls showed higher level of excessively self-expecting belief than boys. There were statistically significant correlations between the parents' neglect behavior, their child's irrational beliefs and anger expression style. A regression analysis showed that parents' physical and cognitive neglect were predictors of children's anger control. Children's excessive apprehension and avoidance beliefs were the best predictors of children's anger-in, while children's deterministic belief was the best predictor of children's anger-out. Parents' physical neglect behavior appeared to be powerful predictor.

  • 본 연구는 인지적, 정서적, 환경적 측면을 포함한 통합적 관점에서 방송콘텐츠 창작자들이 방송기획과정에서 정보를 이용하는 과정을 분석하여 정보활동모형을 개발하였다. 방송콘텐츠 창작자들은 공통된 인지적 프로세스 단계를 통해 정보의 교환과 통합을 이루며, 대중과의 정서적 공감을 위하여 최근의 뉴스와 인간 및 일상생활전반에 대한 정보를 끊임없이 탐색한다. 또한 정보의 시대성과 시의성, 방송사회내의 규범과 문화적 맥락도 중요한 정보원이며 정보에 대한 판단은 주관적이며 경험적으로 이루어지고 있음을 밝혀내었다.

인지폐합수요(认知闭合需要), 심리건강화사회인소대충동구매적영향(心理健康和社会因素对冲动购买的影响) (The Impacts of Need for Cognitive Closure, Psychological Wellbeing, and Social Factors on Impulse Purchasing)

Development and Analysis of the Effects of Caregiver Training Program on Aggressive Behavior m Elders with Cognitive Impairment

  • Purpose. The purposes of this study were to 1) describe the type and frequency of aggressive behavior of cognitively impaired nursing home resident, 2) develop a caregiver training program on prevention and management of aggressive behavior, 3) examine the effects of caregiver training program on the incidence of aggressive behavior of cognitively impaired nursing home resident, and 4) examine the effects of caregiver training program on nursing staff's aggressive behavior management skills. Methods. One-group, time series, quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and two post- tests was used. Data were collected from cognitively impaired home residents (N = 32) and nursing staff (N = 36) in a proprietary nursing home using Ryden Aggression Scale I, II, and Aggressive Behavior Management Scale. Data were entered and analyzed by descriptive statistics and repeated measures ANOVA. Results. Incidence of aggressive behavior was high with a mean score of 3.09 (SD = 3.11) at baseline. Caregiver training program was developed based on Progressively Lowered Stress Threshold (PLST) model and gerontological and psychiatric literature. The mean scores of aggressive behavior at baseline, Post I, and II did not differ significantly although the difference approached to the significant level (F = 2.925, p = .066). Nursing staff's aggressive behavior management skills increased at Post I, and at Post II when compared to baseline, and the difference was significant (F=12.736, p=<.00l). Conclusion. Caregiver training program showed potential impact on reduction of aggressive behavior in elders with cognitive impairment and was effective in increasing nursing staff's aggressive behavior management skills.

  • This study investigated the relationship of children's self-perceived competence and problem behavior by age and gentler. The subjects were 301 third and sixth grade children and their parents. Two-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation revealed significant correlations between children's self-perceived competence and their problem behavior. In particular, withdrawal behavior was related to all aspects of self-perceived competence, i.e. cognitive, social, and Physical competence, and global self-worth.

진로 스트레스 대처를 위한 인지 ${\cdot}$ 행동적 집단 상담의 효과 (The Effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Group Counseling for the Coping of Career Stress)

  • This study examines how the cognitive-behavioral group counseling influence on the career stress, the self-efficacy and the optimism for the coping of the career stress of students in department of aeronautical science and flight operation of H Aerospace University. The subjects of this research were 27 freshmen in the department of aeronautical science and flight operations of H Aerospace University. They were divided into 2 groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group got the group counseling program 7 times for 3 weeks. The results show that the cognitive-behavioral group counseling program can be a very useful tool to reduce career stress and to enhance self-efficacy and optimism of students.

Cognitive Biases in Perceiving Feedback LooP Dominance

  • Feedback loop dominance is a key concept to understand structural driving forces of system behavior. In this paper, we propose two kinds of shifts in dominant feedback loops: continuous shifts (CS) and discrete shifts (DS). With the help of questionnaires, we verified three hypotheses regarding cognitive biases in perceiving the shifts in dominant feedback loops: 1) failure in perceiving continuous shifts, 2) tendency of decision making based on discrete shifts, and 3) different perception on the dominant feedback loops between level variables and rate variables. We discussed the implication of these cognitive biases on time delay and timing strategy in decision-making processes.
