C/S 기반의 UI/UX를 개선한 골프장 스코어카드 App 개발 (Developed a golf course scorecard App that improved UI/UX based on C/S)

  • 본 연구는 기존 골프장에서 사용하던 필기식 스코어(score) 작성 방법을 스마트 폰과 패드를 활용한 스코어카드(scorecard) 응용 프로그램 앱(App) EZ Touch App을 개발하여 개선하고, 고객 관리 시스템 (C/S)과 연동하여 성능 평가를 실시하였다. 연구는 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 스코어카드에서 EZ Touch 입력 방법은 어떻게 처리할 것인가? 둘째, 고객(회원)관리 시스템(C/S)과 데이터 서버시스템의 플랫폼(platform)은 어떻게 구성할 것인가? 셋째, EZ Touch App은 고객관리시스템(C/S)과 유기적으로 동작하는가? 에 두고 실시되었다. 개발된 EZ Touch는 본 연구 결과 손가락의 동작(gesture)을 사용한 입력방법으로 스코어카드에 입력되고, 이를 C/S시스템과 유기적으로 연동하여 리뷰 기능, 홀 정보기능, 스코어를 통한 필드코치 기능, 회원정보관리 기능 등 차별화 통계를 통한 된 앱 (App)등에 활용 가능함으로써, 차후 다양한 콘텐츠로 활용범위가 확대 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

인간 중심 대안적 과학 활동 지도가 초등학생 및 지도 교사에게 끼치는 영향 (The Effects of Human-oriented Alternative Science Activities on Elementary School Students and Their Teacher)

  • This study analyzed the effect of Human-oriented Alternative Science Activities(HASA) on a coaching teacher and the students who participated in this activity. Human-oriented alternative science activities were used in the experimental group and traditional teaching methods were used in the control group. In pretest and posttest sessions, both groups were evaluated using an academic achievement test, and an affective characteristics related science test. After the activity, questionaries regarding attitudes to science lessons were administered as well. The process of change (if any) which occurred in the science lessons of the experimental group teacher was also analyzed through the teacher's diaries. The results showed that application of HASA had a positive effect upon affective characteristics and attitudes to science classes held by the experimental group and teacher. However, the result of this study also showed that the variation between academic achievement of each group was statistically insignificant.

  • 헬스장을 이용하고는 싶지만 과한 업무량과 지리적 위치, 시간 등 여러 가지 이유로 이용에 제한이 있다. 그래서 집에서 간단히 할 수 있는 유/무산소 운동을 즐기되, 혼자 하는 지루함을 잊게 하고 옆에서 누군가 코치(케어)해 줄 수 있는가에 대한 발상에 힘입어 헬스케어 어플리케이션 개발에 착수하게 되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷/매장에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 MicroSoft Kinect 하드웨어를 사용하였고 키넥트를 이용 사용자를 인식하고, 3D 모델을 모델링하여 인식된 사용자와 맵핑시켜 동작을 컨트롤하고 몸무게, 칼로리를 케어하는 프로그램을 구현하였다.

성공적인 Flipped Learning을 위한 수업컨설팅 요소 및 절차 연구 (A Study on Elements and Procedure of Instruction Consulting for Successful Flipped Learning)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify core elements required of instruction consulting and to develop a systematic consulting procedure for successful Flipped Learning. The main contents of this study to achieve its purpose are as follows. First, core elements required of consulting are deduced by analyzing cases of instruction implemented with Flipped Learning. Second, consulting procedure is constructed based on core consulting elements of Flipped Learning. Based on the study results, the 3P process is suggested as the elements and procedure of instruction consulting for Flipped Learning. The 3P process has the following characteristics. The first stage Preparation involves guiding students to have an objective viewpoint about the lesson beginning with building a relationship with the instructor. Also, a lesson plan and source materials for lesson are selected and developed. The second stage Performance involves implementing lesson coaching oriented towards cooperative problem-solving to find better direction. The last stage Post-review involves introspection necessary for continuous quality improvement of lessons. The validity of the instruction consulting elements for Flipped Learning applied to deduce the aforementioned results has been verified after specialist review and field application.

농촌지역 고혈압노인을 위한 동기강화 자가관리프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Motivation-enhancing Self-management Program for Rural Aged with Hypertension)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a motivation-enhancing self-management program and apply to rural aged with hypertension to evaluate the applicability of the Program. Methods: The motivation-enhancing self-management program was on the evidence of Orem's self-care theory and Ford's Motivational system theory which consists of group education and tele-coaching conducted 12-week. The program evaluation was done by structured questionnaires of motivation (self-efficacy, perceived benefit, perceived barrier and emotional salience), self-care and blood pressure. There were totally 31 aged with hypertension in 2 rural areas enrolled in the program. Results: There was only perceived benefit statistically significant between the intervention and control group (t=2.05, p=.04) and self-care level was no difference between the two groups (t=0.21, p=.84) after program. But there are statistically significant differences of systolic blood pressure between the intervention and control group(t=-2.62, p=.01). Conclusion: The motivation-enhancing self-management program is necessary for the rural aged with hypertension, but it's needed modify and revise in the future study.

Effects of 8-week resistance exercise on gait-related isokinetic muscle function in males by age

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of 8 weeks of resistance exercise on gait-related abilities and the differences in age groups to provide reference materials for application of training by age group. Subjects in their 30s, 40s, and 50s were recruited and subjected to a lower extremity exercise, in which the intensity gradually increased three times a week for eight weeks. The gait-related variables, torque at 0.18 sec, acceleration time, and torque at 30°, were assessed through isokinetic tests before and after the 8-week training. The torque at 0.18 sec showed a significant increase in the 50s group. There was no significant difference in acceleration time according to time and group. The torque at 30° showed a significant increase in the 30s group. In conclusion, 8 weeks resistance training can increase neuromuscular activity in adults in their 50s group, and changes in training variables are needed to increase torque at 30° that affects knee stabilization in adults over 40s group.

This transformative role is central in today's technologically advanced landscape, addressing the needs of individuals with contemporary lifestyles. The development of intelligent sports gadgets is geared towards elevating overall quality of life by facilitating sports activities, workouts, and promoting health preservation. This categorization yields two primary types of devices: smart sports devices for exercise and smart health control devices, which encompass functionalities such as blood pressure monitoring and muscle volume measurement. Illustrative examples include smart headbands, smart socks, smart wristbands, and smart shoe soles. Significantly, the global market for smart sports devices has garnered substantial popularity among enthusiasts. Moreover, the integration of sensors within these devices has instigated a revolution in group and professional sports, facilitating the calculation of impact intensity and ball speed. The utilization of various types of smart sports equipment has proliferated, encompassing applications in both sports' performance and health monitoring across diverse demographics. This article conducts an assessment of the application of nanotechnology in the continuous modeling of the magnetic electromechanical sensor integrated within smart shoe soles, with a specific emphasis on its implementation in soccer training. The exploration delves into the nuanced intersection of nanotechnology and sports equipment, elucidating the intricate mechanisms that underlie the transformative impact of these advancements.

환경단원 수업을 위한 문제중심학습 설계 및 적용 (Design and Application of the Problem Based Learning Model for Environment Teaching Unit)

  • 본 연구에서는 문제중심학습(Problem Based Learning)을 과학 수업에 적용하기 위한 지도전략과 '문제상황'을 설계하고 이를 적용한 후 학습자의 학습과정과 문제중심학습에 대한 인식을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 문제중심학습의 단계는 문제상황 제시-문제 만나기-알고 있는 것과 알아야 할 것에 대한 확인(Know/Need to Know)-문제의 진술-정보의 수집과 공유-가능한 문제해결책 형성-최적 문제해결책 결정-문제해결책 발표이고, 소집단 토론 전략과 학습자 주도적 문제해결 전략 등의 단계별 지도전략을 설계하였다. '온실효과를 줄이기 위한 미래의 에너지로 무엇이 좋을까?'라는 문제상황으로, 과학고등학교 2학년 지구과학 수업시간에 문제중심학습을 실시하였고, 학습과정과 문제중심학습에 대한 인식을 밝혔다. 연구결과, 문제의 진술 단계에서는 초기에는 광범위한 문제 진술이 많았으나, 토론을 거듭할수록 문제해결책을 찾기 용이한 좁은 범위의 문제 진술로 정교화되었다. 그리고 K/NK단계에서 알고 있는 것과 알아야할 것에 대하여 명료하게 진술하는 활동이 해결책을 찾는 과정에서 학습자에게 가장 도움이 되는 활동으로 분석되었다. 소감문 분석결과 학습자들은 문제상황에서 문제를 찾아내는 과정을 가장 어려워하면서도 또한 흥미있는 활동으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로부터, 내실있는 문제중심학습의 적용을 위하여, 다각도의 문제인식이 가능한 간학문적이고 현실적인 문제 상황의 개발이 우선되어야함을 알 수 있다.

Motivational Interviewing Training Using Role Play in Dental Hygiene Students

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a motivational interviewing (MI) training program to improve competency in communication and to effect the evaluated changes that would occur in dental students' counseling techniques as result of the training in the program. The study proceeded through the program via role-play practice, which was explained effectively during the MI program training process. A convenience sample of 43 fourth-year dental hygiene students was recruited. Twenty-two students were randomly assigned to the intervention group and 21 to the control group in the order of recruitment. The theoretical lecture was delivered over 3 hours and the practice was done in parallel by applying cases occurring in clinic settings. The practice was technical training, partner practice, and small group practice. The intervention group received three hour MI lecture while the control group received no lecture. Evaluation through role-play practice was separated according to "researcher's viewpoint," "counselor's role viewpoint," and "patient's role viewpoint." The results of the analysis showed that the intervention group had higher MI skills and ability than the control group. Furthermore, program participants showed positive impressions to the MI training program. The use of coaching sessions improved the MI techniques and counseling skills of dental hygiene students learning MI. The effect of the application of the MI training program was that the MI training improved counseling skills and interviewing abilities. Moreover, continuous training and feedback enhanced MI techniques and core skills. Training using lectures in parallel with practice rather than education through theory alone improved students' techniques. Application of role play through the combined method of the MI program was confirmed by an effective training method.

무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작의 슬링과 진동기 적용이 정상인의 체간 근육 근활성도 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sling and Vibrator Application of Knee Push-Up Plus Motion on Trunk Muscle Activities in Healthy Subjects)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작 시 슬링과 진동기 적용이 체간 근육의 근활성도 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는 것이었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 신체 건강한 20대 남성 10명을 대상으로 실시하였고(연령, 23.00±0.45 세; 신장, 176.60±1.64 cm; 체중, 67.50±1.22 kg; 신체질량지수, 21.65±0.34 kg/㎡), 3가지의 기본 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작, 슬링을 적용한 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작, 및 진동기를 적용한 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작을 수행하였으며, 표면전극 부착 부위는 체간 근육의 오른쪽 상부 승모근, 대흉근, 전거근, 복직근, 및 외복사근으로 설정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 승모근, 대흉근, 전거근, 복직근, 및 외복사근의 근활성도는 진동기를 적용한 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작 시 통계적으로 가장 높게 나타났다(p<.001). 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 향후 무릎 푸시업 플러스 동작 적용 시 효과적인 체간 근육을 강화시키기 위한 트레이닝 프로그램의 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.
