  • Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in the intelligent development of China's power system. It is also an important part of the digital development of the power grid. The development of AI determines whether the digital transformation of China's power system can be successfully implemented. Therefore, this paper discusses the digital transformation of the power grid based on AI technologies. The author has established a digital evaluation index system to reflect the development of the power grid in one province. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been adopted in the analysis, which delves into the economic effectiveness, quality, and coordination of power grid development in the province in a comprehensive way. Results show that, to meet the needs of the power grid's digital transformation, the correlation coefficient between the power grid's development and the province's overall coordination has been increasing in recent years.

  • This paper employs entitymetrics analysis on the research works of Dong-ju Yun. He was a Korean poet who was studied by many researchers on his works, religion and life. We collected 1,076 papers about Dong-ju Yun and conducted various approaches including co-author citation analysis, topic modeling analysis to identify the topic trend in the study of Dong-ju Yun. Also we extracted entities like person's name and literature's title from abstract to examine the relationship among them. The result of this paper enables us to objectively identify the topic trend and infer implicit relationships between key concept associated with Dong-ju Yun based on text data. Moreover, we observed sub-research topics such as life, poem, aesthetic existence, comparative literature, literary translation, and religious beliefs. This paper shows how entitymetrics can be utilized to study intellectual structures in the humanities.

  • With the recent development of the ICT (information and communication technology), the revolution of the industry has moved on from the third industry to the fourth. There is no doubt that the companies would not survive in the future without adopting these technologies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the intellectual structure of the internet of things(IoT) literature for the Industry 4.0 to suggest a better insight for the field. The data for this research is extracted from the Web of Science database. Total of 1,631 documents and 72,754 references are used for the research with the analysis program CiteSpace. Author co-citation analysis is used to analyze the intellectual structure and performed clustering, timeline and burst detection analysis. We identified 12 sub-areas of IoT for the Industry 4.0 which are 'Supply Chain', 'Digital Twin', 'Smart Manufacturing System' and etc. Through the timeline analysis we can find out which clusters will increase or decrease its reputation. As concluding remarks, limitations and further research suggestions are discussed.

  • This research was conducted by applying a bibliometric analysis to determine the dynamics of research topics from ten percent of research output (international publications) generated by Indonesian scientists from the period of 1945-2021. This study utilizes VOSviewers version 1.6.18 for analysis and visualization of bibliometric networks. The research results indicate that 50.24% of Indonesian international publications are published in the form of articles, with subjects such as: Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Medicine, and Earth and Planetary Sciences as the most dominating subject areas. Regarding the author, Tjia, MO from Bandung Institute of Technology was acknowledged as the top author in terms of the number of publications produced for two periods. The article entitled "Global, regional, and national prevalence of overweight and obesity in children and adults during 1980-2013: A systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2013" (Ng et al., 2014) became the most cited one.

  • There exists a many-to-many mapping relationship between persons and their names. A person may have multiple names, and different persons may share the same name. These synonymous and homonymous names may severely deteriorate the recall and precision of the person search, respectively. This study addresses the characteristics of features for resolving homonymous author names appearing in citation data. As disambiguation features, previous works have employed citation-internal features such as co-authorship, titles of articles, titles of publications as well as citation-external features such as emails, affiliations, Web evidences. To the best of our knowledge, however, there has been no literature to deal with the influences of features on author disambiguation. This study analyzes the effect of individual features on author resolution using a large-scale test set for Korean.

  • Altmetrics is the measurement index and quantitative data to complement the traditional indicators based on the citation. Altmetrics research has acquired greater importance in the past few years, partly due to the complement to the traditional bibliometrics. This paper aims to reveal the research status and trends in altmetrics research. A total of 187 articles from 2005 to 2017 are obtained and analyzed, illustrating a steady rise (S-mode) in altmetrics research since 2005. Using social network analysis and co-word analysis, the author cooperation network and keyword co-occurrence network are developed. The core scientists and eight international research groups are discovered, reflecting that researchers in this field have a low degree of cooperation. Four topics of altmetrics research are discovered by hierarchical clustering. The results can be useful for the advanced research of altmetrics.

  • Objectives : This study seeks to grasp the current status of Koryo medical research in North Korea, by focusing on researchers and research topics. Methods : A network analysis of co-authors and keyword which were extracted from Koryo Medicine - a North Korean traditional medicine journal, was conducted. Results : The results of author network analysis was a sparse network due to the low correlation between authors. The domain-wide network density of co-authors was 0.001, with a diameter of 14, average distance between nodes 4.029, and average binding coefficient 0.029. The results of the keyword network analysis showed the keyword "traditional medicine" had the strongest correlation weight of 228. Other keywords with high correlation weight was common acupuncture (84) and intradermal acupuncture(80). Conclusions : Although the co-authors of the Koryo Medicine did not have a high correlation with each other, they were able to identify key researchers considered important for each major sub-network. In addition, the keywords of the Koryo Medicine journals had a very high linkage to herbal medicines.

  • After reading a document, people construct a concept about the information they consumed and merge multiple words to set up keywords that represent the material. With that in mind, this study suggests a smarter and more efficient keyword extraction method wherein scholarly journals are used as the basis for the establishment of production rules based on a concept information of words appearing in a document in a way in which author-provided keywords are functional although they do not appear in the body of the document. This study presents a new way to determine the importance of each keyword, excluding non-relevant keywords. To identify the validity of extracted keywords, titles and abstracts of journals about natural language and auditory language were collected for analysis. The comparison of author-provided keywords with the keyword results of the developed system showed that the developed system was highly useful, with an accuracy rate as good as up to 96%.
