Purpose - This study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and aims to explore the decision-making mechanisms of consumers participating in value co-creation activities within virtual brand communities. Methodology - The research involved a comprehensive survey of 405 participants from various virtual brand communities. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis, applying SPSS and AMOS to test the hypotheses. The study focused on community rules and regulations, community experience and community trust. Results - The research found that community rules and regulations significantly impact subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, but not directly influence consumer attitudes. Community experience positively affected consumer attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control. Community trust was found to positively influence these aspects of consumer decision-making. However, a gap was identified in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior. Implications - The findings of this study contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of factors affecting consumer behavior in virtual brand communities. It underscores the necessity for community managers to develop strategies that consider these internal decision-making mechanisms, facilitating more effective community engagement. The study also identifies a potential area for future research in the direct influence of perceived behavioral control on actual consumer behavior.

We have developed the external-type PD sensors for detecting of the electromagnetic waves up to ultra high frequency (UHF) bands, propagating in various type of GIS. Sufficiently high sensitivity and accuracy for practical use were achieved for the external PD sensor. The experience at the fields and the criteria for the judgment are also discussed in detail.

This paper describes the prediction of location of PD signals in GIS using the difference in the measured time between first and second wave arrival by the external-type PD sensors. It is well accepted that the electromagnetic wave in GIS propagates at the velocity of $3{\times}10^8$m/s. Consequently, we could identify the location of PD with high accuracy. The experience at the fields and the problems for the judgment are also discussed in detail.

This paper presents recent studies on the on-line insulation monitoring and diagnostic systems for transformers developed by HHI. Sufficiently high sensitivity and accuracy for practical use were achieved for the system, combined with communication networks to provide an on-line remote monitoring system. Several alarm criteria are formulated to enable a superimposed monitoring system to perform decisive action. The reasons for monitoring the condition and maintaining the health of electrical apparatus were discussed. The experience at the fields and the criteria for the judgment are also discussed in detail.

Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dental hygienists' job satisfaction on turnover intention and intention to stay. Methods: A survey was conducted targeting 273 dental hygienists in dental clinics. The study data were u analyzed using PASW Statistics 20.0 Results: The level of job satisfaction of dental hygienists was 3.30±0.50, and the highest ranked item in the survey was 'I am satisfied with my relationships with patients' 3.72±0.73. Job satisfaction according to general characteristics showed significant differences in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, position, and schedule for future turnover. The turnover intention according to general characteristics showed significant difference in age and schedule for future turnover. The intention to stay according to general characteristics showed significant differences in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, number of dentists, number of dental hygienists, and schedule for future turnover. The factors affecting turnover intention were schedule for future turnover, income, co-worker relation and professional time, while those affecting intention to stay were overall professional satisfaction, co-worker relation, schedule for future turnover, professional time, income, number of dental hygienists, patient relations and current work experience. Conclusions: Job satisfaction factors that had a common effect on turnover intention and intention to stay were schedule for future turnover, income, co-worker relation and professional time. To reduce turnover and encourage longevity, adequate pay and positive interpersonal relationships are necessary.

본 연구는 청소년들의 스마트폰 사용이 증가됨에 따라 사이버폭력을 예방하기 위한 대안을 모색하기 위하여 청소년의 학교폭력 경험과 사이버폭력의 관계에서 인권감수성과 또래동조성의 다중매개효과를 검증하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 부산 시내에 소재한 교육청 별로 중학교 4곳을 선정하여 중학생 908명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교폭력 경험은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교폭력 중 가해경험과 방관경험은 인권 감수성에 영향을 미쳤으나 피해경험은 인권감수성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 학교폭력경험 중 피해경험과 가해경험은 또래동조성에 영향을 미쳤으나 방관경험은 또래동조성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 넷째, 인권감수성은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 또래동조성은 사이버폭력에 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 인권감수성은 또래동조성에 영향을 미쳤다. 일곱째, 인권감수성 중 방관경험은 방관경험과 사이버폭력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나, 피해경험과 가해경험은 인권감수성과 사이버폭력에서 매개효과가 발생하지 않았다. 여덟째, 또래동조성은 피해경험, 가해경험 모두 사이버폭력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나 방관경험과 사이버폭력 사이에서는 매개효과 없는 것으로 나타났다. 아홉째, 인권감수성과 또래조성은 방관경험과 사이버폭력 관계를 순차적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 인권감수성과 또래조성은 피해경험과 가해경험 사이에서 사이버폭력을 순차적으로 매개하지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점은 청소년의 학교폭력 피해경험, 가해경험, 방관경험이 사이버폭력에 미치는 효과와 인권감수성과 또래동조성의 다중매개효과를 검증하여 청소년의 학교폭력 경험이 사이버폭력에 미치는 영향에서 피해경험, 가해경험, 방관경험을 가진 청소년이 사이버폭력의 중복경험을 하지 않기 위한 사회복지 역할을 모색하고, 사이버폭력 예방을 위한 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The role of customers has changed from that of passive users to value co-creators. Therefore, it is important to understand how customer learning takes place and how it affects customer experiences with services and products. However, while past studies insist on the importance of the issues in designing customer experiences, they do not empirically address these issues. This study investigates the support processes for customer learning, and their impact on customer learning, which in turn influences customer experience. To test the hypotheses, we employed the survey method. Target informants were the actual users of Apple iPods. A total of 200 survey questionnaires were distributed and 146 were collected. Among these, seven erroneous responses were excluded, leaving 139 usable ones. The proposed model was empirically analyzed using the Covariance-based SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) technique. The findings of this study suggest that, among the three support processes in customer learning, learning-by-doing support and learning-by-investment support positively affect customer learning, which influences customer experience. This study contributes to the literature by identifying different types of support for different kinds of customer learning processes and by empirically testing the impact of the support for the process on customer learning, and in turn, its impact on customer experience.
