The Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of new generation adolescents' clothing consumption values on their evaluation of clothing products. In the positive analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Particularly, based on Sheth's (1991) theory, a focus group Interview was performed to develop the questionnaire on adolescents' clothing consumption values. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, young consumers have different values and clothing purchasing behavior from adults. To be specific, adolescents tended to appreciate fashionable and sensual values among clothing consumption values. Second, it was found that adolescents'personal values and their group-wise clothing consumption values affected their evaluation of clothing products. Such a finding may explain the relationship between value system and purchasing decisions. Namely, adolescents' evaluation of clothing products is affected by their value system. This finding supports the consumer value system suggested by the "expectation-value" theory. Thus, values and clothing products evaluation are neither separated from each other nor unrelated, but they affect each other in an abstract hierarchial structure. After all, through the route model, personal values affect clothing consumption values, which in turn affect clothing products evaluation. Besides, the clothing consumption values are affected by gender directly or indirectly. All in all, some specific indices regarding the abstract and hierarchial consumption values could be offered by analyzing the effects of adolescents' consumption values on their evaluation of clothing products in reference to the external clues of price and trademark manipulated, and thereby, the effects of consumption values on the positive clothing products evaluation could be determined in general.n general.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the actual conditions of consumer damage occuring in the use of clothing products. The data used for analysis included 470 cases, which were deliberated by requesting consumer disputes deliberation at the consumer consultation room of Masan YWCA at the Kyeongsangnamdo Consumer Life Center belonging to the Kyeongnam provincial office. The disputes regarding the clothing products insisted that consumers suffered damage for the period from March, 2011 to June, 2013. The data processing was carried out by SPSS 14 and the statistics techniques used went through a cross tabulation analysis and ${\chi}^2$-test. The results are as follows. The difference in the analysis result of purchase path and material as to kinds of clothing products showed a significant difference. The damage types of clothing products were classified into five types: change of color, change of style, change of surface and touch, breakage of subsidiary materials, and others. The damaged clothing products showed a difference for damage frequency according to the items of clothing products; in particular, damage frequency for change of color appeared high. The damage contents of change of color were identified as metachromatism, discoloration and yellowing, stain occurrence, and decolorization. The damage responsibility for these clothing products appeared to be various as to clothing items, but was higher at dry cleaners and manufacturers.
The purpose of this research is to examine the images and interest degree and purchase intension of consumer and images according to demographic characteristics for Hanji clothing products. 207 subjects evaluated images for Hanji clothing and attitudes and behaviors of consumer were analysed. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, mean, pearson correlation coefficients, regression, crosstabs and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: Image factors of Hanji clothing products were 'luxurious', 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional'. differences of according to the age and occupation were showed at 'practical', 'wellbeing', and 'traditional' image. Hanji clothing products having highest consumer interest degree and purchase intention were shirts, scarf and handkerchief and Hanji clothing products having highest experience of use was socks. interest degree, experience of use, and purchase intention for Hanji clothing products were increased at high age, office worker. For consideration of Hanji clothing products according to demographics variables, age of 20's-30's and students considered design and functionality and age over 40's and office workers regarded price and quality as important consideration.
The object of this study is to predict the import demands for korean textile, textile products and clothing products. The analyzing method performs through demand prediction method is by using Exponential Smoothing Model and STATGRAPHICS. The result from the practice of study is as follows ; Textile import ratio is expected to be increased constantly and the portion of textile import in our national total import is precited to reach to 3.92% in 2003. The import of the textile product to textile will be increased to 33.12% in 2003. The import ratio of clothing product ratio is also estimated to increase annually, Import ratio of clothing-product in textile-product import reaching to total 6.42% (83.89% in 2000, 90.31% in 2003), the growth rate of clothing import will be much higher than that of clothing export. From 2000 to 2003 , textile import is precited to be 5.23%. The import of the textile product will be increased by 8.04%. The import of clothing product will reaches 11.21%, which would be the highest rate among the products under review. Also , it predicts the constant increase as a result of prediction in the nation's total amount of import including the import amount of textile, textile-product, and clothing product.
The postpurchase process is the phase that consumers evaluate products or services while using them. And then, they may experience satisfaction/dissatisfaction and emotions elicited products or services. The satisfaction and emotions may be important concepts in consumer behavior such as brand attitude, purchase intentions and using. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotions elicited clothing products on product satisfaction and using in postpurchase. The subjects in this study were selected 500 females. The data were collected by using questionnaires, and 431 data were analysed. The results were as follows: The emotions in postpurchase process were consisted of three dimensions; unpleasure, pleasure, security/activity. These three emotions had the causal effects on product satisfaction significantly, and the unpleasure influenced stronger than others on satisfaction. In addition, the emotions were related to using and the ownership of clothing products. The emotions of pleasure and the security/activity influenced on the ownership, and the security/activity and unpleasure influenced on using clothing products. Therefore, the results in this study imply that consumption emotions elicited clothing products would be multidimensional, and the emotional factors would be important indicators for explaining the satisfaction. The positive affects were related to using clothes, which is, the consumer would have fulfilled their hedonic desires by wearing clothes. Also, the positive affects would be the basis for marketing strategies of sales promotions in clothing products.
This research has examined the relationship among film interest, clothing involvement, attitude towards ppl, preference for fashion products, and purchasing intention. In april 2014, 210 university students in Seoul and Incheon filled out a survey. Frequency analysis, k-cluster analysis, t-test, anova, duncan's multiple range test, regression, and mediation regression analysis were used to analyze. Students who were more interested in film were higher in clothing involvement. Clothing involvement had larger influence on preference for fashion products and purchasing intention than film interest. Students highly involved in clothing had more positive attitude towards ppl, preference for fashion products and purchasing intentions. Clothing involvement, attitude towards ppl and preference for fashion products directly influenced purchasing intention. The preference for fashion products had the largest influence on purchasing intention. The preference for fashion products and attitude towards ppl had mediation influences between clothing involvement and purchasing intention.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumer's complaints for clothing products in quality, uses and care. The consumer's complaints that were lodged to in consumer's claim center, Taejon Housewives Classes, from 1997 Jan. to 1999 Mar. were analyzed. The major results were as follows. 1. Complainers are generally females in their thirties and forties. Out of the clothing items, jackets and jumpers are the most part. Periods of uses and prices of accused clothing are less than one year and one hundred thousands won respectively. For claims about purchasing places, department store ranked first. 2. The complaints are mostly claims related to quality of clothing products, for example damage, color change, deformation, pilling and shrinkage. 3. Concerning the results of claim consideration, responsibility's whereabouts is that consumers, manufacturers, launderer rank in order.

The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the dimensions of consumers motive of variety seeking and variety seeking behavior toward clothing products, 2) to examine the relationship between above variables, and 3) to classify consumer group according to their motive and behavior of variety seeking, and to compare the groups characteristics in terms of the fashion interests and clothing purchase behavior. The data were obtained from 913 female university students, career women, and housewives using questionnaire. Consumers appeared to have the motive of variety seeking in clothing products, and the motive was composed of four factors. Consumers would show variety seeking behavior in clothing products. And the behavior was composed of three factors. Positive relationship existed between the motive and the behavior of variety seeking, while, the 4 factors of variety motive influenced differently on the different factors of variety seeking behavior. Subjects were classified into four groups according to their motive of variety seeking and variety seeking behavior. A significant differences were found among the 4 groups in fashion interests as well as quantity of purchase, frequency of purchase to clothing products.

The purpose of this study is to improve ubiquitous fashion design which adolescents can be satisfied with. The methods of this study are documentary research of previous studies, survey research and deep interviews. For this study 371 students are selected as samples of survey. As a result of this study, we could know that the adolescents of the 21st century are enjoying actively the culture of consumers and the culture of information era. Domestic adolescents have much knowledge and interest in information and in UFC fashion products. So we can predict that domestic adolescents' interest and desire of UFC fashion products will increase gradually. As for using occasions, adolescents will use UFC fashion products for 'mobile', 'exercise', 'social followship', and as for using purposes, they will use UFC fashion products for 'listening to music', 'playing games', 'communication', 'search for information', etc. So when we develop UFC fashion products for adolescents, we'd rather develop the products for entertainment than for studying. To satisfy the various tastes of adolescents, UFC fashion products must also consider the design factors like styles, colors, materials, etc. In conclusion all UFC fashion products for adolescents must have not only the basic qualities like functions and conveniences, but also the qualities of designs.
This research was aimed to present a model of clothing products evaluation nd to classify the effect of extrinsic cues on clothing products evaluation. In order to accomplish following subjects were established. First it is to find the effect of extrinsic cues -price brand store - on perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention of clothing products. Second it is to formulate a model of clothing products evaluation and find the relation among the variables such as extrinsic cues perceived quality perceived risk perceived value and purchase intention. This research was mainly divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part previous theories and studies on clothing products cues clothing products evaluation perceived quality perceived risk and perceived value were examined to establish a research model and to present a theoretical frame for clothing products evaluation. In the empirical research a questionnaire was developed and statistical data were collected from during July 1997. The subjects were 862 women in the age of 20-35 living in Seoul and kyungki region. SAS and LISREL were used to analyze the collected data. frequency percentage factor analysis ANOVA duncan test correlation analysis regression analysis and LISREL were applied. The results of this research are as follows: First perceived quality consists of performance quality external quality and utility quality in a form of multi dimensional structural. Perceived risk is structured by social/resultant risk financial/fashionable risk and performance/management risk. Second this research proved that extrinsic cues are influenced by each individual variable and extrinsic cues interact with each other through the variable. The perceived quality is influenced most by price Among the perceived risk social/resultant risk by brand financial/fashionable risk by price and performance/management risk by store. respectively. Perceived value is inflenced by price and brand. Third in evaluating process consumer use extrinsic cues to first formulate perceived quality and perceived risk of clothing products and then formulate perceived value ot decide on purchase intention.
