The purpose of this study is to derive and type utilization indexes by comparing public design indicators with preceding studies related to closed school facilities, and to derive preliminary classification systems through a correlation review between indicators. Pre-research was conducted in the scope of academic papers, academic journals, research reports, and special act for promoting the utilization of closed school assets. Public design indicators were set in the scope of domestic design guidelines, the Seoul city public design assessment system, the 'Good Building' designation system, and the UK Design Quality Index (DQI). and the design review of the British architects. First of all, the research method looked at laws, procedures and utilization of closed schools, and reviewed the preceding study and domestic and international public design indicators sequentially. Next, the association was reviewed through a comparison between the preceding study and the public design indicators, and a preliminary classification system for the use of closed schools was derived from this.

This study is processing to analyze the causes and to suggest the solution about extension of closed schools which comes from urban decay in the city. The meaning of this report is based on the purpose to help the substantial application of the equipments of closed schools. This is used by groping the composite application scheme for improving the values of recycling facilities of closed schools which is according to abolition and amalgamation. To complete the purpose of this report, many documents, records and corroborative evidences were used to process this study. We suggest the program that is available to invest space. That is analyzed the environment and the social application that the building has is proper or not.

This study aims to provide implications for Korea's efficient application policies for closed schools by identifying the current status of how closed schools are revitalized in Japan and their supportive measures. In Japan, a total of 2,215 schools have closed from 1992 to 2001, and 8,580 schools from 2002 to 2020, with 10,709 closures occurring from 1992 to 2020. The average number is about 369 per year. In terms of the overall trend, the number of closed schools have been put into use and the numbers have increased from 70% in 2013 to 74% in 2020. To summarize the characteristics of the use, first, there is a complex phenomenon in which the use of closed schools are becoming more diverse. Second, closed schools are most often revitalized as educational facilities for residents, followed by social sports facilities, social education facilities and cultural facilities. Third, the use of closed schools in the industries are increasing as they are used as "corporal facilities and start-up support facilities". In order to promote the use of closed schools, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan promoted the simplification and elasticity of property disposal procedures in 2008. Since 2010, the disclosure of information on closed facilities and matching service between providers and users have been unified through the "Let's Connect to the Future ~ Closed School for All" project. The Cabinet Office including the four offices, and five central governments are advocating the use of closed schools by promoting subsidy support projects.

According to the increase of rural experience, that is important in satisfying needs of green tourism and vitalizing rural economy to use closed school in rural area as experience facility. For using closed school as experience facility, political and institutional assistants are needed in effective equipments and stable operation based on multi-perspective approach and analysis. In this study, we try to evaluate green-tourism accessibility of rural experience facility remodeled from closed school considering regional population and spatial characteristics. In evaluating process, gravity potential model are adapted with considering group size of customer and distance-friction coefficient. Distance-friction coefficient is a function of user restriction which depend on possible activity in each experience facility. Green tourism accessibility of experience facility is calculated with summation of accessibility to each region, and we analyzed it as a group by closed school type and location with application in Chungcheongnam-do. We found a correlation between green tourism accessibility of rural closed school and their income.

The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

Background: Compared with conventional closed therapy, acupotomy has the advantages of lower cost, convenient application, and better single and long-term effects. The aim of this study was to explore the clinical effect of acupotomy in the treatment of Tarsal Tunnel syndrome. Methods: There were 80 patients enrolled into the study who were randomly assigned to either the acupotomy or closed therapy group, with 40 patients in each group. The acupotomy group was treated once every 6 days, on 3 occasions for the duration of treatment, and the closed therapy group was treated twice a week, for 3 weeks as the course of treatment. The effects of treatment were analyzed and evaluated according to the standard of curative effect. Results: The "cure rate" of the number of patients in the acupotomy group whose symptoms had completely disappeared (13 patient out of 39) was higher than the closed therapy group (1 patient out of 39), and this difference was significant (p < 0.01). The number of patients in the acupotomy group who did not benefit from the therapy (5 patients) was significantly lower than the closed therapy group (15 patients; p < 0.05). The total number of patients in the acupotomy group who benefitted from the therapy (34 patients) resulted in an effective rate of 87.18%, which was higher than the closed therapy group (24 patients; 61.53%). The difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupotomy is effective in the treatment of Tarsal Tunnel syndrome, was superior to traditional closed therapy, and is worthy of clinical application.

본 연구는 지속적으로 증가가 예상되는 폐교시설의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 활용지표의 개발을 통해 폐교 활용 시 객관적인 의사결정을 위한 목적을 가진다. 연구 단계는 크게 폐교 활용 예비지표 도출, 빅데이터를 활용한 최종지표 도출, 지표의 정량화 단계로 구분하여 진행하였으며, 최종적으로 지표를 정량화함으로써 객관화하였다. 향후 지표를 기준으로 시설에 적용 및 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구는 지금까지 폐교시설의 활용을 위한 계획 및 연구에 있어서 시도되지 않았던 빅데이터 분석기법을 적용한 것에 그 의의가 있다.

As many sensors and actuators are used in various automated systems, the application of network to real-time distributed control system is gaining acceptance in many industries. In order to take advantages of networking, however, the network should be carefully designed to satisfy real-time distributed control. This paper presents an implementation method of closed-loop control using Profibus-FMS. In order to implement a closed-loop control system, we used industrial computers with Profibus-FMS network cards and a DC servo motor. Through various experiments, the step response of the control system with network was compared with the reference response without network.

In recent years, the interaction force between a permanent magnet and a closed superconductor coil has been gradually investigated in depth. The principle and application potential of an energy storage/convertor composed of a magnet and a closed superconducting coil have been proved. However, the study on the force between a magnet and a non-closed superconducting coil (superconducting roll stack) has hardly been reported in previous literature. The behavior of this kind of interaction and its influence to the interaction force between a permanent and a closed superconducting coil are also still unclear. In this paper, first we investigated the interaction force between a magnet and a superconducting roll stack. Then, a series of experiments were designed and conducted to clarify the factors affected the interaction force, including the geometrical parameters of the superconducting roll stack and the magnetic field density at the roll stack. Moreover, the comparison of the interaction forces between the magnet and roll stack or a closed coil was also introduced.

Many primary schools that have been an important role in the community at the same time local important facility not only local area but also all area in Korea have shown a situation for closing and into grating a school because of a social and political measure. The education policy for man power training and closing policy for small scale school not more than 100 students can't role in the rural development policy, coming farming and fishing villages. The reasons for thinking some application paradigm and closing schools have been important role in the point of education and culture parts. Of course, the application paradigm for closing school facility will get accomplished for a mood of local residents and a point of cultural deference, not keeping up unconditionally for closing a school. For accomplishing versatile purposes, initiative role of the organs of local education is very important. The organs of local education have an application paradigm that closing schools are the facilities for local organs of education will plan some specific facility to be matched for local special quality and connection quality of surrounding facility and environment. Before an application paradigm of closing school, it is very important that a fundamental factor for negligence the facility will be solved. Eventually, the organs of education have a plan for technical study of this paradigm and consider keeping and mending of closing facility, rent the facility for payment or not they want, and confer money problem not an unconditional scale.
