건설공사 발주자의 안전보건관리 책임 부여에 대한 공사 참여자 인식 조사 (Investigation of Construction Work Participants' Recognition for Assigning Safety and Health Management Responsibility to Client)

  • This study investigated the recognition difference among construction work participants for the assignment of the safety and health management responsibility to a client by survey. Recently, there were some studies for the client's responsibility and duty and they suggested the client-initiative safety and health management system in order to prevent construction accidents. To supplement the existed studies, this study surveyed various construction participants such as clients, safety managers, construction managers, supervisors, others. The clients and construction managers considered the contractor as most important person to prevent construction accidents, but the safety managers and supervisors considered the client. For the opinion that the assignment of the safety and health management duty to a client is helpful, safety managers were agreed with the most. However, the clients showed the lowest agreement. The reasons that the negative opinion for the assignment of client's the safety and health management were different between clients and other construction parties. Since, clients showed large difference to other construction participants for the recognition of works' safety and health, the education about the works' safety and health management should be continuously performed for clients to have correct recognition for works' safety and health.

클라이언트 중심 수공예 활동이 뇌졸중 환자의 우울과 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Client-Centered Art and Craft Activities on Depression and Quality of Life in Stroke Clients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of client-centered art and craft activities on depression and quality of life in stroke clients. Through this, we aim to find a way to reduce depression and improve the quality of life in stroke clients. Methods: Clients diagnosed with stroke were selected as participants for the study. Participants in the experimental group (n=13) and control group (n=14) received general occupational therapy. Clients in the experimental group participated in client-centered art and craft activities, whereas clients in the control group participated in general art and craft activities for 8 weeks. Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL) were used to evaluate the depression and quality of life of the clients before and after the intervention. Results: The experimental group and control group presented significant statistical difference in depression before and after intervention (p<.01; p<.05). The experimental group showed a greater decrease in depression (p<.05) than the control group. Additionally, the experimental and control group displayed significant statistical difference in quality of life (p<.01) before and after intervention. The experimental group showed a more statistically significant improvement in quality of life (p<.01) than the control group. Conclusion: These results demonstrate the significance of client-centered art and craft activities in reducing depression and improving quality of life in clients with stroke. Therefore, it is expected to be useful in clinical settings. Occupational therapy should be provided based on the decision of the clients.

정서적 자활 성과 지표 도입 연구 : 한국형 고용 희망 척도(Korean Employment Hope Scale: K-EHS) 개발과 타당도 검증 (Development and validation of Korean employment hope scale(K-EHS) as a evaluation tool for self-sufficiency programs)

  • 본 연구는 미국 자활 영역에서 아래로부터 위로의 '이용자중심(client-centered)' 접근을 통해 개발되어 사용 중인 '정서적 자활 성과 지표(Psychological Self-Sufficiency: PSS)'의 한국에의 적용 가능성을 탐색하기 위해, 한국 자활 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 척도 타당성 검증을 실시한다. 자활사업은 전통적으로 '경제적 자활'에 초점을 두고 자활사업의 궁극적 목표인 경제적 성과에\만 집중함으로써, 자활사업 참여자의 정서적, 사회적 변화를 간과해왔다. 본 연구는 자활사업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 측면에서의 접근 뿐 아니라 정서적 측면에서의 접근 또한 필요함을 제안하며, 자활사업 참여자들의 정서적 변화에 초점을 둔 고용희망 척도(employment hope scale: EHS)의 타당도를 검증한다. 그 결과, 4차원 17문항으로 구성된 한국형 고용희망 척도의 타당성이 검증되었다. 본 연구는 정서적 자활 정도를 측정할 수 있는 성과지표로서 한국형 고용희망 척도의 활용가능성을 검증함으로써, 경제적 자활 성과 지표를 보완할 수 있는 보완적 과정 평가 도구로서의 적용 가능성을 제안한다.

독서치료 효과 측정을 위한 질적 심리평가도구 개발에 관한 연구 (The Development of a Qualitative Psychological Assessment of Bibliotherapy and the Examination of it Efficacy)

  • 공공도서관과 대학도서관을 비롯한 우리나라 문헌정보학계에서는 독서치료에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있고 다양한 독서치료 방법도 적용되고 있다. 하지만 그동안 독서치료 영역에서는 단순하고 획일적인 질문을 사용하여 내담자를 이해하고 진단하는 방법이 주로 사용되어 왔다. 그러므로 독서치료에 적합한 심리평가도구에 대한 개발이 필요한 상황이다. 왜냐하면 독서치료에서 심리평가도구는 프로그램에 대한 효과 검증에 앞서 독서치료사가 치료 대상자를 이해할 수 있는 기본적인 정보원으로서의 역할을 한다. 또한 자료 선정 및 관련 활동을 설계하는 기초가 되는 중요한 도구가 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 독서치료 효과 측정을 위한 질적 심리평가도구로 활용할 수 있는 면담과 행동평가, 종합평가 보고서 양식을 개발하고, 실제 독서치료 프로그램 장면에 적용한 사례들을 제시하였다.

의료급여대상자의 의료이용형태와 건강행위에 관한 연구 - 선택병의원제 적용여부를 중심으로 - (A Study of Health Care Service Utilization and Health Behavior among Medical Aid Beneficiaries In Terms of Whether to Apply a Designated Doctor System)

  • Purpose: This research was a survey to ascertain whether there are differences in opinion about designated doctors and hospitals, type of health care service utilized and health behavior between people who have applied to be Medical Aid Beneficiaries, but not using the Designated Doctor System. Method: The participants were from three groups, application for two years, one year and non-appliers. Data collection was done by Medical Care Client Managers through in-depth interviews using a structured questionnaire. Results: The participants expressed no negative effect of the designated doctor system in relation to designated doctor, hospital or health behavior but there was a significant effect in type of health care service utilized. Conclusion: In the future, the commitment of Medical Care Client Managers is important, but the role of health care providers will be emphasized in order to sustain the effectiveness of the health care system under the Designated Doctor System.

  • This paper describes our design of a contents distribution framework that supports transparent distribution of digital contents on the Internet as well as copyright protection of participants in the contents distribution value chain. Copyright protection must ensure that participants in the distribution channel get the royalties due to them and that purchasers use the contents according to usage rules. It must also prevent illegal draining of digital contents. To design a contents distribution framework satisfying the above requirements, we first present four digital contents distribution models. On the basis of the suggested distribution models, we designed a contract system for distribution of royalties among participants in the contents distribution channel, a license mechanism for enforcement of contents usage to purchasers, and both a packaging mechanism and a secure client system for prevention of illegal draining of digital contents.

경기도 정신보건센터 서비스에 대한 가족 만족도 조사 - 경기도 31개 정신보건센터를 중심으로 - (A Study on Family Satisfaction with Community Mental Health Center Services in Gyeonggi Province by Families of People with Mental Illness)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the service satisfaction for families who have someone with mental illness, and are using community mental health centers in Gyeonggi Province. Methods: The participants in this study were 796 family members. Data were collected using Family satisfaction survey questionnaire developed by the author (23 items on family service and 15 items on client service). Results: The total satisfaction level for the service with family and client resulted in above average scores. Of the 23 service items, data showed the highest level of satisfaction was with professional skills and attitude, and day rehabilitation programs, and the lowest for professional activities for advocacy and social welfare benefits, emergency & crisis intervention, medical expense subsidies. Of the 15 service items, job and housing related service had the lowest level of satisfaction. Conclusion: It is recommended that psychiatric emergency & crisis intervention programs and system development be accelerated. Also, there is a need to develop medical expense subsidy programs for older family caregivers, job and housing focused rehabilitation programs and community facilities for the client, as well as more active and powerful professional advocate activities for persons who have mental disabilities and their families.

건설현장에서 안전재해예방을 위한 발주자의 안전관리 역할 (A Study of Client's Role for Safety Management at Construction Sites)

  • Larger and more sophisticated building construction requires more input resources such as worker, materials and devices. Growing resource volume brings risks at a construction site. The industry makes an effort to protect probable incidents at the site by organizing a safety management team. conducting a safety instruction and etc, but losses especially in the construction are higher than other industries. Major reason is that the safety management program is conducted only at the step of construction work and a root cause is not eliminated. Conventionally a concerned party shifts the blame to other parties such as constructor and site workers who are direct participants in the construction site. However, the whole causes of incidents go to the all subject of the construction not only the constructor but the client, designer and others related in the construction, and especially the clients are heavily involved in general concerns of the project. Therefore, this study is defined the role of the clients in nations and domestic condition of construction safety management is investigated. And it is analyzed surveys to prevent incidents at construction sites, and suggested the role of the clients which is classified pre and post construction, and in the middle of construction, and also categorized planning and design & construction schedule especially for the pre-construction level.

BIM을 활용한 리모델링계획 사례연구 (A Case study on the Remodeling Design through BIM(Building Information Modeling))

  • In this study based on BIM(Building Information Modeling) apply for performing efficient remodeling project and utilized. And this study will examine a real project where a BIM based process was used in the remodeling of an single-family homes. In the remodeling design phase of the planning process was conducted for the BIM process modeling, BIM in the remodeling stage while performing the required range and level of the remodeling process were studied. Based on this, communication between client and remodeling designer, participants more expect that smooth and speeds up in remodeling. For client decision support, troubleshooting of remodeling of the design process to be effective in the BIM have been identified. The BIM model and deliverables data used for the remodeling design process of building remodeling is the most effective way, due to the increased efficiency gained in many areas.

치료적 매체를 이용한 게슈탈트 심리치료에 나타난 중요사건 및 매체와의 상호작용과정 (Client-identified Significant Events and Interactional Process in Gestalt Therapy Using the Therapeutic Media)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치료적 매체를 이용한 게슈탈트 심리치료에서 내담자가 지각한 중요사건과 이 중요사건 내에서 매체와의 상호작용과정을 살펴보는 데에 있다. 연구의 목적을 위해 4명의 연구 참가자를 목적표집 하였다. 이들로부터 치료적 매체를 이용한 게슈탈트 심리치료의 회기 중에 가장 중요했던 장면을 선정하도록 한 뒤에 이 장면에서 매체와의 상호작용에 대해 회기녹음 전사본과 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집했다. 자료 분석과 분석적 절차는 종합적 과정분석(comprehensive process analysis)에 따랐다. 그 결과 내담자가 경험한 중요사건은 총 74개의 대화쌍으로 구성되었다. 이들이 경험한 중요사건은 매체를 통해 미해결 감정과 접촉하고 이를 표현하면서 자기 이해가 깊어진 것이었다. 내담자가 지목한 중요사건 내에서 매체와의 상호작용과정은 매체의 이용 양상, 내담자의 경험, 매체와의 상호작용에 따라 분석했다. 분석한 결과 매체와의 상호작용은 총 5개의 주요주제가 드러났다. 5개의 주요주제는 허용, 발견, 인정, 수용, 조망이다. 끝으로 연구 결과에 대해 논의하고, 의의와 한계를 밝히고 추후 연구를 위해 제언하였다.
