Jindo Ssitgimgut has been known as a funeral ritual for a long time in Korea. However, there is no study for music therapy on anxiety disorder. The aims of this study were to argue that Oral sound Daseureum of Jindo Ssitgimgut may have meaningful effect on anxiety disorder. Jindo Ssitgimgut is literally a cleansing soul. Jindo Ssitgimgut is designated as the Intangible Cultural Property No. 2 by the Korean government. Jindo Ssitgimgut is transmitted from generation to generation, not the descent of God. So, the accent is on art and one's sincere sympathy. So, with careful listening Youtube, this music Daseureum exhibits an exquisite balance between the human voice and the sounds do the instruments. The author think a good combination of his voice, Jing (Korean gong), and Ajaeng (Korean cello) can help with anxiety disorder.

A 77-year-old male patient was admitted to the hospital with acute appendicitis and underwent emergency appendectomy under inhalation anesthesia without any complications. After the operation, the patient was placed on epidural analgesia with the mixture of fentanyl-bupivacaine and scopolamine patch for nausea and vomiting. The patient experienced central anticholinergic syndrome (CAS) with hallucination, confusion, somnolence, dysarthria and delirium at 20 hours after patch placement and recovered from all symptoms of CAS in 24 hours after the removal of the patch. The CAS occurs when central cholinergic sites are occupied by specific drugs and also as a result of an insufficient release of acetylcholine. The diagnosis of CAS is often determined by a process of exclusion and not actually made until a positive therapeutic response to physostigmine, a centrally active anticholiesterase agent, has taken place. Treatment of CAS includes prompt removal of the patch, cleansing of the area, and physostigmine administration. The scopolamine patch should be used with extreme caution in elderly patient.

This study was carried out to investigate the phytosociological method for analyzing vegetation composition, which would be one of the major keys of land use in Sinchun stream side-bed. The obtained results were as follows As the result of survey, following flora were observed. Most of plants composed of Graminea,Compositae, Leguminosae and Poligonaceae, 23, 17, 13 arid 9 species, respectively. In upper stream side-bed, E crus-galli var. caudata and Phragmites communis were well growed,which were effective for cleansing water. Otherwise both Polygonum species and Rumex were profused in Mid-stream side-bed and Down-stream side-bed, these plants were well growed in polluted stream. Key words: Phytosociological, Polluted stream, Sinchun stream side-bed, Taegu city.

Glass fiber is widely used in architectural acoustics or building acoustics for sound absorption since it was introduced into China for about 50 years. But recent years, with people pay more attentions to the air cleansing and their health which may be affected by the tiny fiber of the glasswool, a voluntary tendency opposing glass fiber of room using is gradual appeared in China. This paper discusses both the main opinions towards the question whether there are harmful impacts on people health from glassfiber, and the application circumstance of it's applying in china. This paper focuses on another substitute sound absorbing material, melamine foam, to discuss the strong environmental friendly tendency opposing glass fiber of room using in China now.

데이터베이스는 인터넷 사이버 공간에서 사용자 개인 정보와 활용 정보 등을 저장, 관리 하고 있다. 저장된 불필요한 많은 양의 데이터를 삭제 하거나 혹은 올바른 정보로 수정하여 데이터베이스를 운영한다면 데이터베이스의 유지 보수에 필요한 비용을 감소 시킬 수 있으며, 데이터의 오류로 발생할 수 있는 우편 발송이나 기타 사용자 관리 등에서의 부차적인 손실 또한 막을 수 있는 이점이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스에서 사용자 주소를 올바른 주소로 정제해 줄 수 있도록 지식기반을 이용한 다단계 정제방안에 대해 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microtensile bond strength of sixth-generation adhesives according to various dentin surface treatments and to observe the interface between resin(Z-100TM) and dentin by SEM. This study employed forty-five non-caries extracted human molars and three adhesive systems were used; All-Bond 2(AB), One-Up Bond F(OU), AQ-Bond(AQ).; group 1, 2, 3 were used AB and were respectively treated by smearing(S), ultrasonic cleansing(US), etching(E).(omitted)

Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) are products of condensed ethylene oxide and water that can have various derivatives and functions. Since many PEG types are hydrophilic, they are favorably used as penetration enhancers, especially in topical dermatological preparations. PEGs, together with their typically nonionic derivatives, are broadly utilized in cosmetic products as surfactants, emulsifiers, cleansing agents, humectants, and skin conditioners. The compounds studied in this review include PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil. Overall, much of the data available in this review are on PEGylated oils (PEG-40 and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oils), which were recommended as safe for use in cosmetics up to 100% concentration. Currently, PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate and PEGylated oils are considered safe for cosmetic use according to the results of relevant studies. Additionally, PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer should be further studied to ensure its safety as a cosmetic ingredient.

Biogas produced from anaerobic digestion processes has about 60% of methane and about 40% of carbon dioxide. Raw biogas can be used in internal combustion engines either spark ignition or diesel engines. Since the gas has relatively low calorific values, engine power also is lower than rated power values. Modified engines or biogas-specific engines have been utilized in order to increase efficiency. Another option is gas cleansing for increasing its calorific values. A couple of European countries adopted this approach in using biogas for one of transportation fuels, such as $CO_2$ scrubbing with water or special solutions. This study reports the results of water scrubbing for reducing $CO_2$ concentration. In 2.5m-high PVC pipe accepting water, $CO_2$ reduction rates were investigated. When flow rate of $CO_2$ and air mixture was about 5 LPM, $CO_2$ concentration was decreased up to 70%. Higher calorific biogas through water scrubbing is expected to be applied to various commercial engines without costly modification.

The present study was conducted to estimate the effect on fouling reduction in tubes of the condenser. It shows in detail how to calculate the fouling factor from the experimental results of refrigeration systems with or without the automatic cleaning system using sponge balls and to predict the variation of the factor with time. It also represents how to calculate the temperature and pressure decrease of the refrigerant vapor in the condenser and the load decrease of the compressor in the refrigeration system by fouling reduction.

This study was conducted to compare the chip removal capability of root canal enlarging instruments. Fifty five buccal or mesial canals from upper and lower molar teeth were randomly selected and divided into three groups; Reamer, K-type file and K-flex file. Fifteen canals in each group were individually enlarged with one of three tested instruments and irrigated with 5cc of normal saline solution. After instrumentation, each canal was dried with paper point and the canal was splited longitudinally and the cleanness of root canal surface was evaluated under stereoscope by three observers. The results were as follows; 1. Most of the canals experimented showed varying degree of the presence of debris. 2. The canals prepared with reamers showed the most clean canal surface. 3. There was no significant difference in debridement effect between k-type file and k-flexfile.
