현재 3차원 지상 레이저 스캐너를 통해서 짧은 시간에 대상물의 수많은 위치에 대한 고정도의 3차원 좌표를 얻을 수 있다. 그래서 최근에 지상 레이저 스캐닝은 측지분야를 포함하여 토목공학, 고고학 및 건축, 그리고 응급서비스 및 국방, 기타 등 다양한 분야에서 널리 응용되고 있다. 본 연구는 지상 라이다를 이용한 현황측량을 다루었으며, 실험측량 결과 대상물의 선형 특징추출이 가능하였으며 토탈스테이션 측량성과에 필적하는 위치결정 정확도를 얻었다. 이를 통해 향후 항공 라이다와 항공사진측량기술과의 결합에 의해 지상 레이저 스캐닝의 잠재응용분야는 더욱 증대될 것으로 기대된다.

This thesis analyzes the latest operating concept and status for Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) researching overseas ADIZ CONOPS, international legal basis for ADIZ, the intention & background of proclamation for China Air Defense Identification Zone(CADIZ). Firstly, ADIZ is lawful concerning international connivance for ADIZ where around 20 countries have operated, Article 56 "Rights, jurisdiction & duties of the coastal State" and Article 301 "Peaceful uses of the seas" on the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea(UNCLS). Secondly, ADIZ has been regarded as a support means for national interest & policy as well as military air defense one. Thirdly, Based on legal re-interpretation for UNCLS relating to ADIZ, China proclaimed CADIZ where can ensure national maritime policy and strategy including A2/AD(Anti-Access & Area Defence), inroad into the ocean, claim for Senkaku Islands possession, etc..

This article is devoted to the consideration of the image strategies of higher education on the example of a comparison of Ukrainian and foreign experience. The relevance of the chosen topic is as follows. Today, educational institutions need to position, shape and elevate their image. PR helps to solve all these tasks, performing a function that is so necessary for establishing mutual understanding as communication management. The following tasks are solved in the article: originality of definitions was investigated; revealed PR and related concepts; analyzed the role of PR in the information promotion of universities; determined the specifics of information promotion, due to temporary conditions and regional development; considered image materials of Ukrainian and foreign universities; disclosed the specifics of the information promotion of the objects under study; analyzed.

The main purpose of the article is to study the legal aspects of the transformation of the content and forms of education under the pressure of the pandemic. The global COVID-19 pandemic that began in 2020 exacerbated the global economic and social crisis and revealed new social problems that need to be addressed urgently. First of all, these are problems in the field of human health, problems of medicine and its financing, psychological problems caused by the total restriction of social contacts of people, problems of suicides, aggressive behavior, intolerance, violence and many other social problems. It would seem that the problems of education are not relevant today. But we cannot agree with this. A number of theoretical methods of analysis were applied during the study. Based on the results of the study, key legal aspects of the transformation of the content and forms of education under the pressure of the pandemic were identified.

The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of military personnels dispatched to Iraq with foodservices in a bid to help establish an efficient overseas military foodservice system. A total of 300 soldiers who served in an army division dispatched to Iraq was surveyed for this study. Regarding connections between the type of management and satisfaction level with foodservices, the contracted cafeterias were more satisfactory in terms of service than the military selfoperated ones, which indicated that it’s urgently needed to improve the service of the military-run cafeterias. The present work force of the Ministry of Defence makes it hard to provide military personnels with specialized foodservices. The military foodservice should provide meals to soldiers with quality. More branded concepts should be improved in the view of cost and effect. Or it’s advisable to take advantage of private resources as part of efforts for civil-military collaboration.

Since 2006, heated debates have taken place on both sides of the Pacific over the historical accuracy of Yoko Kawashima Watkins's So Far from the Bamboo Grove, the "historical novel" that depicts the author's painful escape from the just-liberated Korean peninsula to Japan. This study re-visits the controversies that fired up not only the whole Korean society but also not a few Americans and the American press. However, unlike most previous Korean studies on this novel, this study mostly focuses on both the responses of Korean feminists and those of Americans and the American press to the issue. This paper argues that the Korean feminists, who criticized their male compatriots for their feverish reaction, have the same problem as their compatriots, that is, the problem of seeing through a binary perspective that drowns or blurs individual differences. A similar framework is found operating in the Boston Globe's articles on the same issue. This study proceeds to discuss the pitfalls of liberalism underlying the American parents' and the American civil organizations' defence of Watkins and analyzes their poor historical awareness. The conclusion of this study is that So Far from the Bamboo Grove, dictated by an ideological prolepsis, erroneously inscribes the Cold War in the geographical space of the pre-Cold-War Korean peninsula and, as a result, symptomatically participates in the United States' anti-Communist world view.

This work is the first to apply nonlocal theory and a variety of deformation plate theories to study the issue of forced vibration and buckling in organic nanoplates, where the effect of the drag parameter inside the structure has been taken into consideration. Whereas previous research on nanostructures has treated the nonlocal parameter as a fixed value, this study accounts for its effect, and finds that its value fluctuates with the thickness of each layer. This is also a new point that no works have mentioned for organic plates. On the foundation of the notion of potential movement, the equilibrium equation is derived, the buckling issue is handled using Navier's solution, and the forced oscillation problem is solved using the finite element approach. Additionally, a set of numerical examples exhibiting the forced vibration and buckling response of organic nanoplates are shown. These findings indicate that the nonlocal parameter and the drag parameter of the structure have a substantial effect on the mechanical responses of organic nanoplates.

The paper aims at improving the understanding and mitigating the effects of tunnel fires that may breakout due to the burning fuel and/or explosion within the tunnel. This study particularly focuses on the behavior of the commonly used horse shoe geometry of tunnel systems. The problem has been obtained using an adequate well-established program incorporating the Lagrangian approach. A transient-thermo-coupled static structural analysis is carried out. The effects of radiation and convection to the outer walls of the tunnel is studied. The paper also presents the impact of the hazard on the structural integrity of the tunnel. A methodology is proposed to study the tunnel fire using a model which uses equivalent steel sheet to represent the presence of reinforcements to improve the computational efficiency with adequate validation. A parametric study has been carried out and the effect of suitable lining property for mitigating the fire hazard is arrived at. Detailed analysis is done for the threshold limits of the properties of the lining material to check if it is acceptable in all aspects for the integrity of the tunnel. The study may prove useful for developing insights for ensuring tunnel fire safety. To conduct such studies experimentally are tremendously costly but are required to gain confidence. But, scaled models, as well as loading and testing conditions, cannot be studied by many trials experimentally as the cost will shoot up sharply. In this context, the results obtained from such computational studies with a feasible variation of various combinations of parameters may act as a set of guidelines to freeze the adequate combination of various parameters to conduct one or two costly experiments for confidence building.

우리나라에는 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률이 2010년부터 현재 시행되고 있다. 또한, 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률에 따라 공항소음대책사업과 주민지원사업이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 군용비행장의 경우에는 공항소음 방지 및 소음대책지역 지원에 관한 법률이 적용되지 않고 있다. 많은 주민들은 이미 군용비행장의 소음에 대해서 불편을 호소하고 있으나, 현재 아무런 대책이 없는 실정이다. 주민들은 군용비행장에서 들리는 소음이 그들의 생활을 침해한다고 주장하고 있으며, 그중 일부 주민들은 정부를 상대로 집단소송을 제기하고 있다. 이번 20대 국회에서, 이미 일부 국회의원들은 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들을 지원하기 위한 여러 법안을 제출했다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재까지 관련 법안들은 현재 국회에서 계류 중에 있다. 항공기 소음을 방지하고 지원 대책을 제공하는 법안은 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들의 생활에 꼭 필요하다. 먼저, 이번 연구에서는 제20대 국회에 제출된 입법안에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 일본의 방위시설 주변의 생활환경 정비에 관한 법률에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구내용을 바탕으로, 현재 입법안에 대한 문제점을 분석하고, 그에 따른 개선안을 제시하였다. 개인적으로 이번 연구가 향후 국회에서 군용비행장 소음대책관련 입법안을 작성하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다. 군용비행장 인근에 거주하는 주민들의 소음으로 인한 고통을 덜고 인간 존엄성을 회복할 수 있도록 이번 제 20대 국회에서 입법안을 통과시키길 간절히 바란다.

해안은 다양한 지형 프로세스와 역사, 문화가 어우러져 지역에 따라 독특한 문화경관을 나타내고 있다. 미국 동부 해안을 따라 발달된 사주 섬은 문화경관의 지역적 차이를 잘 보여주고 있다. 사주 섬의 토지이용을 살펴보면, 1970년대 초에 조지아에서 5%, 노스캐롤라이나에서 14%, 그리고 뉴저지에서 47%가 도시적으로 이용되었다. 19세기 중반부터 개발되기 시작한 뉴저지의 해안지역에서는 성장억제책이 부족했고, 입법 활동에서 미래 해안환경에 대한 통찰력을 결여했기 때문에 많은 지역에서 자연 해빈이 대부분 사라지는 뉴저지제이션 현상이 발생했다. 노스캐롤라이나는 해안관리와 입법과정에서 탁월한 지혜를 보여 해안의 자연성을 회복해나가고 있다. 조지아 해안은 남북전쟁 이후 독특한 토지이용으로 자연성을 회복하였고, 1970년 이후 대부분의 사주 섬이 학술기관이나 환경보호 관련 기관의 관리로 이전되어 16개 가운데 9개의 사주 섬은 야생상태를 유지하고 있다.
