Several white-rot fungi are able to produce extracellular lignin-degrading enzymes such as manganese peroxidase (MnP), lignin peroxidase (LiP), and laccase. In order to enhance the production of laccase and MnP using Trametes versicolor KCTC 16781 in suspension culture, the effects of major medium ingredients, such as carbon and nitrogen sources, on the production of the enzymes were investigated. The decolorization mechanism in terms of biodegradation and biosorption was also investigated. Among the carbon sources used, glucose showed the highest potential for the production of laccase and MnP. Ammonium tartrate was a good nitrogen source for the enzyme production. No significant difference in the laccase production was observed, when glucose concentration was varied between 5 g/l and 30 g/l. As the concentration of nitrogen source increased, a lower MnP activity was observed. The optimal C/N ratio was 25 for the production of laccase and MnP. When the concentrations of glucose and ammonium tartrate were simultaneously increased, the laccase and MnP activities increased dramatically. The maximum laccase and MnP activities were 33.7 U/ml at 72 h and 475 U/ml at 96 h, respectively, in the optimal condition. In this condition, over 90% decolorization efficiency was observed.

환동해(일본해)권는 EC등과 같이 정치 ·경제 문화적인 면으로 하나의 이념하에서 형성된 권역은 아니다. 현재, 특히 냉전후, 5본은 대중제국과 지방 자치체나 민간의 레벨에서, 우의적인 면에서 경제적인 면으로 교류가 넓어지고 있다. 앞으로 국제적인 경제론 중으로 한 권역을 형성하기 위해서는 그 골격이 될 국제교류네트워크와 교통기관별 교통체계의 확립과 정비의 추진이 불가피한 것이다. 이를 위해서는 각국의 국토계획 지역계획의 수정이 기본이 되고, 기술적으로는 국제해협등의 해양토목기술에 관한 연구와 관발, 그리고 고속도로와 고속철도의 구축기술의 연구와 자동차 ·전차등의 차량개발이 중요한 과제가 된다. 이번에는 이들의 교통체계와 교통시스템의 꿈에 대하여 기술자의 눈으로 본 방책등을 제기 한다.

건설현장에서 펜스디자인은 공공디자인으로써 건설 환경에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이는 사람과 자연, 자연과 건축, 건축과 문화 간에 조화를 이룰 때 사람의 감정에 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 현재 중국의 건설현장에서 펜스 디자인 연구는 예술작품 수준에 머무르고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구도 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 펜스디자인과 건설현장간의 상호작용에 대한 인식이 전혀 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 펜스 디자인에 대한 우수한 사례에 대한 분석을 토대로 디자인 원칙을 수립하고 이를 토대로 증강현실 기술을 활용하여, 중국 길림대학교 지질궁 박물관의 펜스디자인을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 건설물이 건축되는 과정을 직접 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 본 연구결과를 통해 예술적, 문화적 저변이 확대될 것으로 기대된다.

This study carried out a covariance-structural analysis to verify formed causations between general variables and the influences of Medical Social Work Service of officers and NCOs in Korean Community Military Hospitals. The subjects were 7 hospitals, 337 military hospital executives in rear area, and the results of the survey are as below. First, about empowerment level, culture in the organization turned out to be the primary direct influential factor, and personal, organizational, and functional character were influential factor. There was no indirect influential factor present. Second, in Medical Social Work Service, empowerment level was significant on direct effect. In case of personal character indirect effect was important. It showed that the significant influence factor that affects Medical Social Work Service in total effectiveness is personal character and empowerment level. It's productive to suggest the possibility of application of furnish the outcome as a basic data for Military Medical Social Work Service revitalization plan. On the basis of the result, we propose several suggestions for Military Medical Social Work Service as follow. First, to educate empowerment increase program of officers and NCOs in Military Hospital, specific system which allows entrust education to a certain civil education institution or KAMTSW(Korean Academy of Military Social Welfare) is required. Second, need to provide the medical social work service that matches with Military Hospital and distinct from usual hospital. Last, for specific study we expect various follow-up researches on the basis of this study, which can develop concrete empowerment model by inquiring research, would come out.

본 연구는 국립기록보존소가 발행하는 교육용 사료집의 규모와 형식, 주제를 중심으로 그 특징을 고찰한 것이다. 교육용 사료집은 학교 교육을 지원하는 수단이며, 기록보존소를 홍보하는 매체로 단행본이나 소책자와 같은 인쇄자료 및 인터넷을 통한 온라인 자료의 형태로 염가 또는 무료로 제공된다. 학생들의 관심과 이해를 위해 교육용 사료집은 문서복제본을 중심으로 관련 지식과 정보를 효과적으로 편집해야 한다. 사료집의 주제는 국가별로 차이가 있으나, 일반적인 국가의 역사, 제도뿐만 아니라, 시민의 권리, 이민, 전쟁, 사건, 문화, 문서 자체에 관한 것들로 다양하다. 관련 교과과정에서 흥미로운 테마와 관련 사료를 발굴하는 것이 중요하다. 우리나라의 경우, 국가기록원이 주체가 되어 전국 초중등학생을 대상으로 한 교육용 사료집을 개발할 필요가 있다.

과거의 행위무능력을 규율하던 금치산 및 한정치산제도는 판단능력이 불충분한 요보호성년자의 보호에 불충분하며, 그들의 권리와 법률관계 형성에 효과적으로 대응하지 못한다는 비판이 지속되었다. 결국 정부는 민법 개정을 통하여 성년후견제도를 도입하였다. 성년후견제도의 시행을 몇 달 앞둔 시점에서 제도의 실제적 운용에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 대해 준비를 해야 한다. 일본은 한국과 사회 문화적 유사성이 높고, 전반적인 성년후견제도의 운용이 유사하므로 그 나라의 동향을 파악하고, 이를 통해 한국에서 최적의 제도를 실현할 수 있는 기반을 사전에 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 일본 성년후견인의 유형 동향을 살펴보고, 최근에 증가하는 법인후견을 중심으로 그에 대한 활동요건 및 내용을 파악하여 한국의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

대중 매체의 보도는 보도 대상에 대한 사회의 인식을 반영하는 동시에, 그 보도 대상에 대한 공공의 이미지에 영향을 끼친다. 이는 아카이브 관련 직업군, 기관, 장서에 대해서도 적용된다. 이 연구에서는 아카이브에 대한 공공의 이미지를 파악하기 위하여 2003-2004년간의 국내 주요 일간 신문 보도 내용을 수집하여 그 결과를 기록관리 문화, 기록물의 가치, 기업 및 병원기록관리, 정부기록관리, 아키비스트 직종의 다섯 범주로 나누어 각 범주에 해당하는 기사 내용을 분석하고, 총체적인 보도 유형과 동향을 파악하였다. 그 결과 우리나라에서는 아카이브에 대한 공공 이미지가 아직 충분히 형성되지 않은 상태이며, 단편적인 관심의 대상으로 다루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 아키비스트의 사기 진작과 기록관리 정착을 위하여 기록관리에 대한 공공의 이미지를 증진하여야 하며, 이를 위해 아카이브와 아키비스트의 홍보 활동이 더욱 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

국내 최초로 대규모 항만재개발이 추진되고 있는 부산북항재개발 사업에서도 항만도시의 경쟁력을 위해 국가차원에서의 경관계획을 반영하고 있으며, 해양도시 이미지 개선 및 가치향상의 과정에서 고유의 자연, 역사, 문화적 자원과 함께 각종시설, 건축물, 상징물, 생태녹지대의 상황과 특성에 맞는 경관조성에 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 부산의 경관의 특성을 분석하고, 부산시도시디자인계획(2010), 특히 색채계획과 해외의 경관색채계획의 사례조사를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 부산북항재개발 사업에서 색채계획을 반영한 경관조성방안을 다루었으며, 그 결과는 향후 다른 재개발사업에서 기초자료로 활용 할 수 있으리라 판단된다.

Beltenebros is Antonio Mu?oz Molina's third novel. Its plot originates in a criminal act. Darman, the main character, arrives in Madrid to kill a traitor of the undercover organization to which he himself belongs. Treason is paid with death and Darman is in charge of the executions. The intricate story of espionage and intrigue is absorbing. Unlike other novels of the genre, in Beltenebros we can witness a unique psychological development of the main character. In his fiftieth anniversary, Darman becomes conscious of the painful and devastating effects of his criminal acts on the lives of the people he has crossed paths with. Then, for the first time, he acts like a Romanesque heroe by killing Valdivia-Ugarte, a deceitful mole who has been manipulating the strings of the plot to his own benefit. The story unfolds along an almost uniform progression of chronological time, only interrupted by random memories of a past that twenty years ago destroyed Walter's life, and in which Darman and the rest of the characters are all implicated. Few references to the Spanish Civil War inserted in the discourse are, however, of paramount importance as the depiction of a historical trauma, as a triggering force for the episodes of the novel, or as justification to Darman'scrimes as well as those of the clandestine Comunist Party. Indeed they were the victims of the conflict and the winners inflicted upon them hatred, repression, treason and disloyalty. As in other Mu?oz Molina's novels, the literary space, in this case Madrid, propels the development of the plot, and plays a protagonist role only equal to that of the main characters. It is in Madrid where Darman lives until he becomes prisoner of the enemy army, or where the symmetrical deaths of Walter and Andrade take place. Other spaces inhabit Madrid: the Universal Cinema, symbolic territory of the secret and hidden, where the story, as well as the relationships of the characters start and end the warehouse; or the Bo?te Tab? the nightclub that frequents Valdivia-Ugarte through secret passages connected with the Universal Cinema.
