도시철도와 버스는 대표적인 대중교통 시스템이며, 서로 공생하기도 하며 서로 경쟁하기도 한다. 즉, 경쟁적인 대중교통 시스템의 추가로 인해 전체 대중교통 수요가 증가할 가능성과 경쟁 시스템으로의 수요 전환 수준에 머물 가능성도 존재한다. 본 연구의 목적은 경쟁적인 대중교통 시스템이 존재하는 도시에 추가 경쟁 노선을 도입한 경우, 대중교통 통행량의 변화를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 도시철도와 버스라는 2개의 대중교통 시스템이 존재하는 대구시에 도시철도 3호선의 도입 전·후에 대한 대중교통 통행 변화를 분석하였다. 정확한 분석을 위해, 2015, 2016, 2019년 4월 두 번째주 1주일간 교통카드 빅 데이터를 수집하여 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 기존 도시철도의 추가적인 개통으로 철도망 확장에 따른 통행량 증대는 있었으나 대중교통 전체 통행량 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기존 버스 통행량이 도시철도로 전환된 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 분석결과를 활용하여 단순히 대중교통 노선의 추가가 아닌 대중교통 수요 증대를 다양한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

In terms of accessibility and time the tram rail and bus transportation system is equipped with all the benefits of. In this study, in Korea as a way to introduce a tram tram to enhance the safety and reliability challenges for the advancement and promotion of foreign tram with the safety regulations and accident cases learn safety measures to strengthen the domestic transportation. The expected introduction of the tram fits the matter at issue and the perception of citizens and the passengers can make changes to present policies, the successful national introduction of trams and safety study aims to review.

Korea's first tram (so called "tram"), which was commenced the operation on May 4, 1899 of late Joseon Dynasty and run until 1968, played a pivotal role of public transportation. However, tram as new transportation mean is being recognized as traffic congestion problem becomes issue due to geometric automobile increase and reckless urban plan after stoppage of tram service. Tram has an advantage of inexpensive construction cost and eco-friendly means compared to existing and city railway, carrying more passengers rather than existing bus, excellent connectivity of existing transportation because of easy accessible to destination in the city center. Therefore, tram, what is called "Green Rvolution of Public Transportation", has a dreaming of revival and in the process of pushing. We suggest the accident type which might break out in the early stage of tram introduction and preventive measures by surveying the accident cases of tram advanced country, and study the crossing control measures.

수원시는 2001년부터 2006년까지 도시 내 교통혼잡 완화를 위한 대안으로서 다양한 ITS 서비스를 도입하였다. 성공적인 ITS 시설 설치 후, 도입된 ITS 서비스에 대한 다양한 효과에 대하여 종합적으로 그리고 세부적으로 정량적 정성적 평가를 하려는 노력이 있었다. 그러한 노력의 일환으로서, 본 연구는 수원시에서 1단계 및 2단계 ITS 도입을 통하여 발생한 ITS 효과를 과학적이고 합리적인 방법으로 평가하고자 한다. 본 평가는 각종 현장 조사, 설문조사 그리고 경제성 평가를 통하여 수행되었다. 평가결과, 수원시 ITS 서비스 도입은 성공적이었다고 판단되었다. 하지만, 지속적인 유지관리 및 시설투자를 통하여 ITS 도입효과를 확대할 필요가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

ITS는(지능형 교통 시스템: Intelligent Transport System)을 이용한 대중교통을 더욱 편리하게 이용하기 위하여 본 논문은 버스와 지하철의 도착 정보를 공용으로 서버처리 시스템을 연동하여 관리하고 네트워크로 실시간 정보를 사용자에게 전송하여 그로 인해 사용자가 편리하게 사용하며, 대중 교통 이용의 효율성을 위해서 관련된 기술이 최근 동향을 분석 간다.

PURPOSES : Owing to the growth of income and socio-economic levels, demands from road users have diversified. Accordingly, new road policies are being actively sought. The metropolitan city government of Busan has been focused on constructing and expanding roads to accommodate the increasing traffic demand. Given the increase in functional characteristics, we need to re-evaluate the hierarchy and function of roads, and specifically remodel the road planning and operations that fit into their functions. METHODS : First, this study focuses on introducing the minimum condition required to redefine the hierarchy of the roads. Second, the authors propose a new model that identifies the impact level of road hierarchy adopting discriminated analysis technique. RESULTS : Authors suggest that we redefine the hierarchy of roads in the central business distinct in Busan, and specifically the arterial roads in Busan, namely, Joonang-daero and Gaya-ro. These roads need to be reequipped with cross walks, a lower speed limit, and exclusive bus lanes to improve their accessibility. CONCLUSIONS : The authors found that the sub-arterial and collector roads have been subjected to excessive loads, owing to inappropriate functions being assigned to the main arterial road. Moreover, given that through traffic is concentrated on the sub-arterial and collector roads, over-speeding and other safety issues are consequently created.

본 연구에서는 대중교통 이용객 수에 영향을 미치는 지표를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 수도권의 주요 대중교통위주의 개발방식(TOD: Transit Oriented Development)계획요소인 복합용도수준, 직주근접수준, 밀도와 순 밀도 비교 등을 통한 66개자치 시군구의 TOD계획요소 달성도, 지표를 선정하였다. 변수간의 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통해 모형을 도출하였다. 인천광역시 역세권 회귀분석결과, 대중교통 이용객 수에 영향을 미치는 변수는 종사자 수, 인구수, 역세권 내 버스정류장 수, 버스정류장-지하철 역 출입구 간의 거리 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 역세권내 종사자 수, 거주인구가 많을수록 대중교통 통행량이 많아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 버스정류장이 많을수록 버스정류장과 지하철 역사간 거리가 짧을수록 대중교통 이용객수가 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 인천시 지역의 29개 지하철 및 11개 경인전철역 주변의 역세권은 이미 중요한 TOD 계획요소를 포함하고 있어, 각 지하철과 전철 역세권은 TOD가 상당부분 달성되었음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 심각해지는 토지문제를 해결하기 위해 최근에 시행되고 있는 여러가지 토지제도들이 효과적으로 운용되도록 지가를 정확히 산정하고자 하는 움직임에 대한 기초 연구로서, 다른 토지이용에 비해 월등 높은 지가를 보이고 중은 범위에서도 그 변동폭이 큰 상업지를 택하여, 상업지지가의 지역적 차이가 왜 발생하는지 알아보고자 하였다. $1989{\sim}1996$ 동안의 상업지역의 확산은 시 외곽에 빠르게 조성되고 있는 고밀도 아파트 단지를 배후지로 하여 주요 간선도로변을 따라 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 반면, 도심부는 영세한 부지규모 및 노후화한 건물들로 말미암아 급변하고 있는 상업환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대응하지 못하므로서 지가하락 현상을 보이고 있다. 상업지지가와 관련이 있으리라고 예상되는 6개 변수를 이용하여 중다희귀분석을 적용한 결과 보행자 통행량과 도심으로부터의 거리 등 두 변수가 상업지지가 변화량의 65% 정도를 설명해 주었다. 설명되지 않은 35%의 해명을 위해 잔차분석을 행한 결과 도심부의 과소예측, 시 외곽의 과대 예측을 읽을 수 있었는데 이는 광주시의 단핵구조적 특성의 반영일 뿐만 아니라 이 모델이 갖고 있는 한계이다.

본 연구는 대중교통전용지구 도입 목적 달성 여부를 판단하기 위한 것으로, 이를 위해 현재 운영중인 3개 도시의 대중교통전용지구에 대한 운영상황을 비교 검토하고, 2015년 가장 최근에 도입된 부산광역시를 대상으로 방문객의 만족과 불만족을 판별하는 요소들을 도출하는 판별모형식을 제안하였다. 국내 도입된 3개 도시를 비교 검토한 결과 도시별로 운영방식이 다르며, 서울의 경우는 교통수요관리, 부산의 경우는 보행환경, 대구의 경우는 대중교통 이용 접근성이 타도시 보다 높은 수준이라는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한, 부산의 대중교통전용지구 도입 목적 달성 여부를 판단할 수 있는 판별모형식을 통해 상권 활성화 여부가 만족 여부를 판단하는 가장 유용한 변수이고, 버스 이용편의 증대 여부, 교통위험성 증가 여부, 보행자 수 증가 여부, 상가방문자 증가 여부의 순으로 판별력이 높은 변수라는 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과는 각종 event 행사와 상가 주민과 협의체를 구성하는 등의 상권 활성화 방안을 마련하고, 일반차량의 통행제한 시간 확대, 도시철도와 연계하는 방안 마련 등 교통여건 개선이 필요함을 시사한다.

This paper investigates the utilization of waste tyre crumb rubber as the fine aggregate in precast concrete Paving block (PCPB). PCPB's are generally preferred for city roads, pedestrian crosswalk, parking lots and bus terminals. The main aim of this paper is to evaluate the mechanical properties of wet cast PCPB containing waste tyre crumb rubber. The mechanical properties were investigated using a density, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength tests at 7, 28 56 days according to the IS 15688:2006 and EN1338. The wet cast method was followed for producing PCPB samples. The fine aggregate (river sand) was replaced with waste tyre crumb in percentage of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% by volume. All the test results were compared with the conventional PCPB (Without rubber). The test results indicate its feasibility for incorporating waste tyre crumb rubber in the production of PCPB by the wet cast method.
