U-City 건설을 위한 LiDAR 자료를 이용한 도심지 도로교통소음 영향의 시뮬레이션 분석 (Noise Simulation of Road Traffic in Urban Area Using LiDAR Data for U-City Construction)

  • 본 연구에서는 주요한 소음원의 하나인 도로교통소음의 도심지에서의 전파양상과 피해정도의 명확한 분석을 위해 항공 LiDAR자료를 이용하여 건축물이 포함되지 않은 지형자료(DEM; Digtal Elevation Model) 및 건축물 정보가 포함된 지형자료(DBM; Digital Building Model)를 각각 작성하고, 각 자료별로 소음영향평가를 수행하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 건축물 정보가 없는 경우 도로교통소음의 전파로 인하여 연구대상지역의 약 60%의 면적이 60dB(A) 이상의 소음께 노출되는 것으로 분석되었으나. 건축물 정보가 있는 경우는 약 30% 정도의 면적만이 노출되는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 정온한 환경으로 인식되는$45{\sim}50dB$(A)소음도구간의 면적이 건축물이 없는 경우 0%에서 건축물이 있는 경우 43%로 나타나 건축물에 의해 도로교통소음의 전파양상이 크게 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 정확한 도로교통소음의 영향을 예측하기 위해서는 건축물 형상에 대한 정보가 필수적으로 포함하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 항공 LiDAR 측량 등을 통하여 전국적인 규모의 건축물 정보가 획득된다면, 도로교통량정보를 이용한 도로교통소음 영향평가를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이는 U-City 등과 같은 대규모 도시건설에서 소음문제예방, 교통계획 및 시공계획 수립 등을 위한 기초자료로서 활용이 가능할 것이다.

개항초기 요코하마 내·외국인 거류지 형성과 공간적 차별성 (Characteristics of Spatial Formation of Foreign and Domestic Settlement in Yokohama during early Open Port Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to elucidate the formation process and spatial characteristics of the first and largest open port of Foreign Settlement in Yokohama, Japan. Based on the reference records and maps, we traced the process of modernization, example of opening the park and introduction of technology, industrial & infra-structural facilities. And found out the characteristics of formation process of port city Yokohama as the modernized city. The results of this study are as follows: First, the spatial characteristics and significance of the public space of the port open space; second, the difference of the road and parcel systems between the Japanese and the foreign settlements; and third, the meaning of the port open space as the space of separation in that times. These experiences about the open port in Yokohama could be worked as the basic for domestic and colonial city planning.

진해 시가지의 방사-격자 도시 형태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Urban form of Jinhae Radial-Grid Planning)

  • Jinhae is the oldest Western-style radial and grid city on the Korean Peninsula, and it also has the most defined structure to date, remaining largely unchanged and unlike any other in Korea. The Jinhae town plan was completed immediately after the signing of the Japan-Korea Treaty. Although the city of Jinhae was built by the Japanese, its overall organizational principle is clearly a radial-grid form that was established in the West. The Jinhae radial-grid planning was elaborately constructed with multiple layers of overlapping structures. It is the result of the application of geometry that creates symmetry and hierarchy in European countries, and the simultaneous consideration of road hierarchy and land form in the process of combining radial and grid forms. To reveal these points, four analyses are performed. First, the formation process of Western radial and grid streets is reviewed and compared to derive review points for Jinhae City. Second, the layout and geometric characteristics of radial streets are discussed. Third, the hierarchical characteristics and connections of grid streets are analyzed. The last part is a comparative analysis of the plan and the final realization.

부산 영화의 거리 조성계획 (The Study of BIFF Street Renovation Plan)

  • 본 연구는 국제적 명성을 얻고 있는 부산국제영화제를 테마로 한 가로 공간-영화의 거리-의 정비 계획을 정리한 것이다. 테마 거리의 정비 목표는 방문객 유치를 통한 지역 경제 활성화에 있다. 계획 수립의 과정은 먼저 테마 거리의 정비 사례를 분석하여 계획 대상지의 위상을 동정하였다. 그리고 관련 계획을 검토하여 본 계획과의 차별성을 확인하였다. 영화의 거리의 공간별 주제는 영화와 관계 맺기로 설정하여 가로 공간의 통일적 이미지를 구현하고자 하였다. 영화의 역사를 보도에 새겨 영화역사의 길을 조성하고, 일부 구간은 붉은색의 보도 블록을 부설하여 레드카펫거리를 조성하였다. 요트경기장에서 마린시티까지의 길은 영화와 친해지기를 주제로, 영화제작 조형물과 테마벤치를 설치하여 영화를 간접체험해 볼 수 있도록 했다. 다음 마린시티에서 동백섬까지는 영화와 놀며 즐기기로 슈퍼그래픽과 트릭아트 등을 활용해 재미있는 길을 만들고자 했다. 동백섬에서 해운대까지는 영화와 이별이라는 주제를 영화음악을 통해 풀어내 악보보도와 음악분수를 도입했다. 마지막 구간 해운대에서 문텐로드까지는 이별 후의 추억을 주제로 하는 문텐로드와의 중간지역이다. 광섬유를 이용해 은하수 보도와 은하수 광장을 조성하여 두 가지 역할을 모두 소화할 수 있는 지대로 조성하고자 했다.

서귀포시 자연취락지의 도시가로망 구성 (On the Street System of Natural Villages in Seogwipo, Jeju)

  • When the natural villages in Jeju province are incorporated into the district of city planning, they are considered to be a small-scale residential districts. Therefore, a garden city should be planned that considers the characteristics of the villages to implement an appropriate street system, to use the area effectively, and to harmonize the villages with the surrounding communities. There have been an especially large number of problems with the street system in the city of Seogwipo, which was notified as the area of natural settlement. This study analyzes the problems inherent in street planning and the present condition of roads whose construction has been postponed for a long time due to several problems including an inappropriately planned street system. Based on the research of various documents, a practical street system has been investigated. Most of the residents in natural settlement units demand use of the continued the existing roads as well as the implementation of an effective street system. They ask for street planning under which the involved construction would take only a short period of time and would result in only minimal damage to their existing properties. Therefore, the street system should be planned so as to preserve the nature-friendly features of natural settlements, their surroundings and tourism resources. Even after streets hwve been planned and their completion you has been established, the plan should be continuously evaluated, analyzed and compared with other alternatives. The street plan should continuously incorporate improvement measures which would satisfy various aspects of the street system including land use, traffic demand, and future population demands. Both the amount of money to be invested and economical efficiency should be considered for street planning since the street system has a great impact on many industries. Unnecessary costs related to excessive road construction should be avoided. The street network plan should also include the complete evaluation of the natural topography as well as the surrounding. Considering these views, the data concerning the current condition of the city and the related investigation play an important role in establishing a street plan. However, the investigation of future construction plans by the city is as of yet at a very early stage. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the investigational study of the current city development plans. The street system for the natural settlement area should be established only after the thorough investigation of all aspects of street planning. In addition, the plan should be flexible enough to consider the characteristics of Jeju.

광주시 상업지 지가의 형성요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Commercial Land Values in Gwangju City)

  • 본 연구는 심각해지는 토지문제를 해결하기 위해 최근에 시행되고 있는 여러가지 토지제도들이 효과적으로 운용되도록 지가를 정확히 산정하고자 하는 움직임에 대한 기초 연구로서, 다른 토지이용에 비해 월등 높은 지가를 보이고 중은 범위에서도 그 변동폭이 큰 상업지를 택하여, 상업지지가의 지역적 차이가 왜 발생하는지 알아보고자 하였다. $1989{\sim}1996$ 동안의 상업지역의 확산은 시 외곽에 빠르게 조성되고 있는 고밀도 아파트 단지를 배후지로 하여 주요 간선도로변을 따라 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 반면, 도심부는 영세한 부지규모 및 노후화한 건물들로 말미암아 급변하고 있는 상업환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대응하지 못하므로서 지가하락 현상을 보이고 있다. 상업지지가와 관련이 있으리라고 예상되는 6개 변수를 이용하여 중다희귀분석을 적용한 결과 보행자 통행량과 도심으로부터의 거리 등 두 변수가 상업지지가 변화량의 65% 정도를 설명해 주었다. 설명되지 않은 35%의 해명을 위해 잔차분석을 행한 결과 도심부의 과소예측, 시 외곽의 과대 예측을 읽을 수 있었는데 이는 광주시의 단핵구조적 특성의 반영일 뿐만 아니라 이 모델이 갖고 있는 한계이다.

  • ^x Good Planning, design, and maintenance will be the product of a Process which considers both the nature of man and the nature of nature. Recentry, we emphasize how social and psycological theory, behavioral studios, and community participation may contribute to practical decision making and to the development of appropriate form for human use at all scales of Landscape Architecture. The main purpose of this study was to develop more rational and user oriented theory of urban park planning, design, and maintenance in terms of social - behavioral approach. Study sites were Jungang, Dalsung, Duryu, and Apsan park, where were located Daegu city. In this study, user satisfaction determinants of each park, which were useful for park planning, design and maintenance, were discovered. Privacy and territoriality were examined as an important factors for design a park road examined as an important factors to design a Path and a comfortable space in urban park.

공간통계모형을 이용한 도로 소음과 도시 구성 요소의 관계 연구 (The Spatial Statistical Relationships between Road-traffic Noise and Urban Components Including Population, Building, Road-traffic and Land-use)

  • To understand the relationship between road-traffic noise and urban components such as population, building, road-traffic and land-use, the city of Cheongju that already has road-traffic noise maps of daytime and nighttime was selected for this study. The whole area of the city is divided into square cells of a uniform size and for each cell, the urban components are estimated. A spatial representative noise level for each cell is determined by averaging out population-weighted facade noise levels for noise exposure population within the cell during nighttime. The relationship between the representative noise level and the urban components is statistically modeled at the cell level. Specially, we introduce a spatial auto regressive model and a spatial error model that turns out to explain above 85 % of the noise level. These findings and modeling methods can be used as a preliminary tool for environmental planning and urban design in modern cities in consideration of noise exposure.

  • Recently, distribution transfer velocity was extremely lowered by high supply rate of vehicle and low road rate. Therefore expansions of transfer network these were subway, road and railway to recover competitive power as a reform measure of physical distribution traffic were become preference previous subject. For reason of that, an expansion of transfer network is meeting competitive power as selected an elevated road in the ground road network that condition of location calm and get out of the existing urban than the underground road to connect oversensitive a large city and expanded small and medium satellite town. In the meantime, while elevated structures construct, they go through the civilian residential section, agriculture land, etc. The consequence is that it raises a vibration, noise, dust, an infringement of the right to a view and an infringement of the right to a sunshine. In this study, we analyzed Quantitatively sunshine quantity with building 3D simulation model of civil structure. Therefore, we present as planning data to reduce a civilian appeal for dispute of the right to sunshine and an economic and time loss between the government and construction company In addition to that, for the standard of the standard plan of usable sunshine quantity program in the practical business, the building of convenient user interface will be the project to be done.

조전후기 상주읍치(尙州邑治)의 공간구성 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on Spacial Structure of Sangju During the Late Chosun Dynasty)

  • The object of this research is to examine the planning principles of Sangju which has an old history The results of the investigation are as follow 1. Sangju placed on the plains in the castle, it is established in Korea Dynasty 2. The formation of Sangju is infruenced Feng-shui. They plants Chestnuts against centipede mountain 3. Sangju is similar to the configuration of the another city in Feng-shui and elements of Component. But, many buildings(jin-Young(Military site), Choong-Ui-Dan, Choong-Yeol-Sa) are associated with the war in Sangju. 4. The City hall is located on the west side of the hotel(Kaek-Sa). It is located on Wang-San which is a place where citizens with symbolism. So, the City hall is higher than Kaek-Sa 5. The cruciform style road which connected with 4 gates was formed in the castle.
