본 연구에서는 가톨릭교회에서 생산되는 기록물 중 생산 비중이 높고 중요하게 여겨지고 있는 '성사기록물'에 초점을 맞추어 성사 기록물을 체계적으로 관리·보존할 수 있도록 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 활용한 가톨릭교회 기록관리시스템을 구축하는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 각종 가톨릭교회의 규정과 참고문헌, 오픈소스 소프트웨어 홈페이지를 분석하였고 천주교 대구대교구의 주교좌 성당인 G성당을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 가톨릭교회의 기록관리 현황을 조사하였다. 조사한 내용을 바탕으로 성사 기록물의 특성을 반영한 4가지 기술계층 및 기술계층별 메타데이터 구조, 전거 데이터를 설계하였으며 이를 기반으로 오픈소스를 활용한 기록관리시스템에 실험적으로 구현하기 위해 적합한 오픈소스 기록관리시스템으로 AtoM을 선정하여 설계한 내용을 적용하였다.

옥천천주교회는 1955년 건립된 이후 4차례에 걸쳐 변형되었다. 앞의 세 차례 변화는 창호와 지붕재료의 간단한 변경이었다면, 1991년 증축이 가장 큰 규모로 일(一)자형 평면에서 장십자형 평면으로 변경되면서 규모 구조 형태에 변화가 생겼다. 현재 이러한 건물연혁은 텍스트로만 정리되어 있을 뿐 시각자료로 구축되어 있지 않다. 이 연구는 옥천천주교회의 시기별 건물 연혁을 내장한 표준화된 2D CAD 도면을 작성하고 3D Digital Modeling을 통해 건물연혁 및 현재 상태를 쉽게 판별할 수 있는 3차원 시각자료를 구축하였다. 이를 통해 등록문화재로 지정된 이 교회의 연혁이 시각자료로 통합되었다. 이 자료는 건물의 보존 및 관리에 효과적으로 이용되며 향후 변경이나 증축, 복원이나 재활용 등에도 기초로 활용될 것이다.

기독교의 기록은 개별교회와 관련된 기록뿐만 아니라, 기독교 단체 및 개인, 그 외 언론사에서 발간한 기독교 관련 기록 등 매우 다양하다. 이러한 기독교 기록은 교회내 외의 다양한 기관에 산재되어 있고 그에 따라 관리방식 역시 상이하다. 다양한 관리방식 및 기록이 산재함으로 인한 열악한 접근성은 이용자들로 하여금 기록의 활용을 어렵게 만든다. 본 연구는 기독교 역사기록 기술(記述)규칙을 개발하여 산재된 기록들을 통합적으로 관리, 접근할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국제 영구기록물 기술표준 ISAD(G)와 국가기록원의 영구기록물 기술규칙을 바탕으로 민주화운동기념 사료관, 미국 북장로회 아카이브 기술규칙을 비교 분석하였고, 이를 통해 도출된 결과와 기독교 역사기록물의 특징을 고려하여 기독교 역사기록 기술규칙을 제안하였다.

Objectives: To assess submental route intubation as an alternative technique to a tracheostomy in the management of the airway in cranio-maxillofacial trauma, along with an assessment of its morbidity and complications. Materials and Methods: Submental intubation was performed in 17 patients who had maxillofacial panfacial trauma and management was done under general anesthesia during a period of one year from 2013 to 2014 at Departments of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry, the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College, Kochi, India. Results: In all 17 cases, the technique of submental intubation was found to be simple and reliable. Hypertrophic scars were noted in three cases, orocutaneous fistula and mucocele in one case each. All these complications were managed comfortably without significant morbidity to the patient. Conclusion: Submental intubation is a good technique that can be used regularly in the management of the airway in cranio-maxillofacial trauma, but with some manageable complications.

이 논문은 영국 건축가 A. 딕슨의 초기 건축작품에 나타나는 건축적 특징을 파악하고 그의 건축언어로 이해하고자 했으며, 이를 통하여 예술과 공예운동을 깊이 이해할 수 있는 근거로 삼고자 했다. 딕슨은 많은 건축작품을 남기지는 않았지만 예술과 공예건축의 중요한 인물로 평가되고 있으며, 현재에도 큰 존재감을 가지고 있다. 이 논문은 딕슨의 초기작품에 대한 연구가 행해지지 않은 점에 주목하고 딕슨이 설계한 버밍검 길드 홀, 성 앤드류 교회 그리고 성 바질 교회를 대상으로 문헌연구와 현장조사를 거쳐 그의 건축에 나타나는 특징을 규명하고자 했다. 버밍검 길드 홀 설계로 대표되는 그의 작품은 지역의 역사성과 전통성을 중시하는 예술과 공예운동의 속성을 그대로 드러내주고 있으며, 건물의 조형성은 물론 사용되는 재료와 적용된 기술 모두 건축물이 세워지는 지역의 역사와 전통을 따르고자 시도했다. 로마네스크 양식의 차용을 통해 저소득 근로자 주거지에 세워지는 교회에 절제되고 섬세한 디자인을 적용하고 소박한 조형미를 통하여 교회건축의 본질을 표현하고자 한 딕슨의 노력은 주목받을 가치가 있다.

본 연구는 우리나라 성인의 건강증진 생활양식을 파악하여 지역사회 자원 활용을 통한 현장중심 건강증진사업을 위한 기초조사의 일환으로 시도하였다. 자료는 2005년 10월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 G시에 소재한 일 교회 소속 성인 중 편의 표집법으로 성인 315명을 선정하여 Park 등[15]의 건강증진 생활양식 측정도구를 이용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율을, 건강증진 생활양식 정도는 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 건강증진 생활양식 정도는 t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test로, 건강증진 생활양식의 세부 영역간 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 건강증진 생활양식에서 스트레스 영역 점수가 가장 높았고, 흡연 영역 점수가 가장 낮았다. (2) 건강증진 생활양식 영역별 지식, 태도, 실천정도에서 운동과 영양 및 스트레스는 태도가, 음주는 지식이, 흡연은 실천이 높았다. (3) 대상자의 일반적 특성 중에서 연령별 건강 증진 생활양식 정도는 70대가 60대 이하보다 유의한 수준에서 높게 지각하였다. (4) 건강증진 생활양식의 세부 영역간 상관관계에서 운동은 영양, 스트레스, 음주와 영양은 스트레스, 음주와 음주는 스트레스, 흡연과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구는 일 교회의 성인에 국한하여 조사된 한계가 있으므로 다양한 규모의 교회와 타종교기관의 성인을 대상으로 한 반복연구가 필요하며, 본 연구의 결과 건강증진 사업 기획에는 영역별로 스트레스 관리 강화, 흡연 관련 지식과 태도 교육, 음주 관련 태도와 실천 교육, 영양 관련 지식과 실천 교육, 운동 관련 실천 교육 내용이 포함되어야 함을 제언한다.

This study was performed under the need for systematic analysis about the effect of religious activity of a protestant married women in Korea on the relational satisfaction between her and her family members. It was separately analyzed that church-centered religious activity and home-centered religious activity. The purpose of this study are to propose religious activity that could allow for a satisfactory relationship between all family members of a protestant married women, and to contribute to make a harmonious family through recommended activities for a protestant family and church to accept and carry out. The analyses of the results are in case of the pure explanation power that religious activity has on a protestant married women and her family member’s relational satisfaction, the couple relational satisfaction degree from wife is 4.6%, the one from husband is 4.4%, the mother-child relational satisfaction degree from mother is 2.5%, and the one from child is 1.5%. Therefore effect of religious activity on family member’s satisfaction is more couple relational satisfaction than mother-child relational satisfaction, and the significant variable on all the relationships between the protestant married women and her family members are home-centered religious activity.

This study is regarding the accessibility for the disabled in the catholic churches. The purpose is to check the current condition of the accessibility for the disabled and to suggest the improvement plans targeted at 10 churches located in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon metropolitan city. Especially the current condition of the obligations and recommendations specified in the accessibility enhancement law for the disabled was performed through field investigation. Firstly, the accessibility for the disabled of each church was evaluated qualitatively as well as quantitatively. And then sequential improvement plans divided into three stages were suggested. Above all, the parish, management authority of catholic churches should establish medium and long-term plans besides legal standards. Even though the scope of this research was limited to catholic churches of certain areas, the result of this research is expected to help investigation the current condition of the accessibility for the disabled and to suggest the improvement plans in other catholic churches.

Parish nursing is a community health nursing role developed in 1983 by Lutheran Chaplain Granger Westberg. An increasing emphasis on holistic care, personal responsibility for a healthy lifestyle, and changes in healthcare delivery systems have undoubtedly facilitated the establishment of an innovative nursing role in the community. Parish nurses are functioning in a variety of church congregations of various denominations. The parish nurse is a educator, a personal health counselor, a coordinator of volunteers. The parish nurses helps people relate to the complexed medical care system and assists people to integrate faith and health. The purpose of this study is to investigate what the korean parishioners want in parish nursing and what type of role expectation from parish nurse. The subjects were 1138 parishioners of 23 churches of various denominations in nationwide Korea. Data were collected by self-reported question naires from Feb 4 to June 25. 1999. The data were analyzed by using percentage. frequency. $x^2-test$. multiple Response set with SPSS program. The results are as follows: 1. Desired parish nursing contents by parish nurses are: psychological counselling(23.4%) out of private counselling. stress management(21.1 %) out of private health education. Emergency care(14.1%) out of group health education. Blood Pressure check-ups (19.0%) out of Health check ups. home visiting(44.9%) out of patient visiting method. B T. pulse, respiration and blood pressure check(15.0%) in Care to serve in home visiting. spiritual preparation to accept the death(41.7%) in hospice care, advices to choice of medical treatment using guide(50.1%) in introducing and guiding of health care facilities, pray(21.7%) in spiritual care' faith support. 2. Desired Health Teaching Content According to Period of Clients by Parish Nurse are: Vaccination(22.5%) in infant and toddler health management. sexual education(25.3%) in adolescent health management. prenatal care (29.5%) in pregnant health management. osteoporosis prevention and management (22.4%) in Middle aged health management. dementia prevention and management(25.5%) in elderly health management. 3. The expectant role from parish nurse is spiritual care faith support(14.1%). patient visiting care(13.2%), hospice care(12.9%), private counseling(12.8%), health check ups (11.1 %), volunteer organization and training out of believer(11.0%), private health education (9.3%), group health education (8.3%). 4. In Necessity of Performing Parish Nursing according to Region, Most(over 95%) responded that nursing program is needed. so there is no significance between regions. In Performing Parish Nursing in their church, Most(92.2%) responded they want to perform program. 5. In case of performing parish nursing, 52% out of the subjects responded they want to participated in parish nursing volunteer's activity, for example. to be in active to be a companion to chat(42.1%), necessity support (25.3%), donation support(25.0%), exercise support(18.2%), vehicles support (9.9%). As a result. in holistic care and spiritual care, the need of parish nursing and the role expectation from parish nurse are very high among korean believers. Therefore, I suggest parish nursing centering around Taegu and Kyungbuk province should be extended to nationwide. For extending parish nursing program. more active advertisement and research is needed. After performing parish nursing program through out the country, further comparative research between regions should be practiced and Korean parish nursing program will be developed and activated.

Spread of internet service had a huge effect on usage and spread of SNS world widely. Variety of the service has increased from human network managing to commerce, education, payment method and so on. Also, it is expanding its service territory to not only PC area but also that of mobile equipment with development of information technology. Spread of use on SNS provides existing corporations the expansion of service area. Late SNS starter companies are advancing in diverse way for attracting users by serving shopping, games and other services with association with SNS. Therefore, analysis on consumers' thought and pattern which analyze users' demand, service's function and contents and other factors in order to reflect on plans and operations of SNS is needed. On this perspective, this research is suggesting properties that are crucially related to sustained usage of SNS and study factors of SNS's characteristics that influence trust and satisfaction on SNS and continuous usage intent of SNS.
