In this paper, an effective control scheme of a single phase UPS inverter is proposed to have no steady state error of the output voltage and the fast response for the load request. The cosine wave tranfer function is proposed to control the output voltage. This controller clearly removes errors of magnitude and phase both in the steady state. On the other hand, a current controller is proposed to reduce the transient time of the voltage control and to improve the bad distorted factor of the output voltage waveform by the load fluctuation and the presences of nonlinear parameters in the plant. The current controller is designed parallel to the voltage controller and performs separately from it.

To investigate the safety and toxicity of a recombinant human erythropoietin, YHB216, we performed 4-week repeated dose toxicity test in 4-month-old Beagle dogs. We injected intravenously everyday for 28 days with dosages of 0, 500, 2,500 and 12,500 I.U/kg body weight. There were not observed clinical signs or motality in the animals treated with YHB216. There were no significant changes in body weight, feed, or water consumption.(omitted)

In my paper, an evaluation method on naturalness and urbanness characterizations of animation image is proposed. In contrast to the prior works, we intend to give the exact degree of naturalness and urbanness by combining the low-level visual feature-based schemes with the biological visual schemes. In our method, four descriptors are extracted and pseudoinverse is adopted. By this method, we can experiment on the exact degree of naturalness and urbanness with satisfactory results.

빅데이터 시대의 도래로 다양한 NoSQL 데이터베이스 엔진이 활용되고 있다. NoSQL 데이터베이스 엔진 기반의 다양한 응용들이 수행될 때 스토리지의 성능을 평가하기 위한 스토리지 벤치마킹 툴이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 NoSQL 데이터베이스를 이용한 스토리지 벤치마킹 시스템을 설계한다. 제안하는 스토리지 벤치마킹 시스템은 IO 추적기를 통해 스토리지의 성능을 측정하고, 웹 UI를 통해 사용자 정의 워크로드 생성, 벤치마킹 실행, 결과 확인을 수행할 수 있다.

Bisphenol A (BPA) mimics estrogen and its activity is one third to one quarter that of estradiol. BPA, an ubiquitous environmental contaminent has been shown to cause development reproductive toxicity and carcinogenic effect. BPA may do physiological action through ER$\alpha$ and ER$\beta$ which are expressed in central nerve system. We previously found that expose of BPA to immature mice resulted in behavial alternation, suggesting that overexposure of BPA could be neurotoxic. (omitted)

Signalment: A dog which had been hit by car a month prior and had been experiencing recurrent pleural chyle effusion was referred to Chung-buk National University Animal Medical Center. The clinical signs included tachypnea and salivation. Results: Ultrasound-guided popliteal lymphography was performed. The computed tomography imaging revealed that the thoracic duct was ruptured and the lymph was leaking into the cranial mediastinal region. After this discovery, thoracic duct ligation was performed. The ultrasound-guided popliteal lymphography was repeated after the surgery. The second computed tomography imaging revealed that the thoracic duct rupture was resolved. Clinical relevance: We identified the etiology of chylothorax through the computed tomographic lymphography and imaged specific leakage areas. After surgery, the computed tomography imgaing confirmed the lymphatic flow modification and the treatment was successful.
