Dihydrotetraphenylsilole 및 나노응집체의 광학적 특성 (Optical Cmharacterization of Dihydrotetraphenylsilole and Nanoaggregates)

  • The purpose of this project is the synthesis of dihydrosilole and its optical characterization for their applications. Dihydrosilole was synthesized from the reduction reaction of either dichlorosilole or chlorohydrosilole with lithium aluminium hydride. The reaction yield for the dihydrosilole through the latter method was higher. The optical characteristics and AIEE effect of dihydrosilole nanoaggregates was investigated for the purpose of increasing the photoluminescence efficiency. Photoluminescence efficiency of dihydrosilole nanoaggregates increased about 100 times compared to that of molecular state.

  • New method to encode multiple photonic features of Bragg type reflector on silicon wafer has been investigated. Multiple bit encodes of distributed Bragg reflector features have been prepared by electrochemical etching of crystalline silicon by using various square wave current densities. Optical characterization of multi-encoding of distributed Bragg reflectors on porous silicon was achieved by Ocean optics 2000 spectrometer for the search of possible applications of multiple bit encoding of distributed Bragg reflectors such as multiplexed assays and chemical sensors. The morphology and cross-sectional structure of multi-encoded distributed Bragg reflectors was investigated by field emission scanning electron micrograph.

  • A thrombus is a mass formed from the constituents of the blood within the vessels or the heart during life. The process of formation is known as thrombosis. A vegetable warms producing fibrinolytic enzyme was isolated from chines traditional medicinal mushrooms. Cordyceps militairs and Paecilomyces tenuipes. The fibrinolytic enzyme of Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces tenuipes was purified from fruiting body by -70 prechilled ethanol precipitation. ion-exchange chromatography. gel filtration.
