$Bu_3Sn$-endded poly(vinyl)s with biological activity were obtained by the radical polymerization of vinyl monomers using thianthrene cation radical/$^nBu_3H$. Thianthrene cation and stannyl radicals promoted the homopolymerization and copolymerization of styrene and ethyl vinyl ether having number average molecular weights of 2000-3100. Tributyltin hydride functions as a chain transfer agent. Such polymereization by cationic thianthrene and stannyl radicals could provide some clues for the biological reaction in living animals. Plausible polymerization mechanisms were suggested.

Actinomycetes CS0707 has been isolated in soil sample from location in the Jeju province. Korea, and produces thermostable extracellular proteases. Actinomycetes CS0703 showed the highest protease activity at late exponential phase when grown in OSYM medium (oatmeal 2.0%, soybean meal 1 %, dried yeast 1 %, mannitol 1 %) at $48^{\circ}C$. Three forms of protease(Ta-1, TA-2 and Ta-3) were fractionated by Ultrogel AcA 54 column chromatography, and further purified through ammonium sulfate fractionation, ultramembrane filtration, and DEAE-sepharose CL-6B column chromatography. This study sought to evaluate the effect of the type of grafts used in sinus lifting. A review of literature through MEDLINE search covering the period 1980 ~ 2006 was performed. After screening, this study was narrowed down to 2,452 patients receiving sinus lift grafts wherein 7,151 implants were placed. In this study, the types of grafts used in sinus augmentation were autogenous bone, allogenic bone, corticocancellous block bone, and various alloplastic materials. The success rate varied from 69% to 100% depending on the graft material type. The highest success rate was reported for the autogenous bone, with high success rates recorded for the most part in most studies.

Mucormycosis is an extremely rare but potentially life-threatening fungal infection. Gastrointestinal (GI) mucormycosis is very rare and occurs primarily in highly malnourished patients, especially in infants and children. A 55-year-old man with end-stage renal disease due to diabetic nephropathy, who had undergone deceased donor kidney transplantation 2 years prior, complained of abdominal pain and distension with a 3-day duration. Computed tomography revealed diffuse gastric wall thickening, and a huge amount of grey colored necrotic debris surrounded by erythematous erosive mucosa was observed at the antrum to upper body by GI endoscopy. The microscopic examination obtained from a GI endoscopic specimen demonstrated peptic detritus with numerous non-septate mucor hyphae in the mucosa and submucosa. Mucormycosis was diagnosed based on the clinical findings and morphological features. A total gastrectomy was performed and an antifungal agent was administered. A microscopic examination of the surgical specimen demonstrated invasive mucormycosis with numerous fungal hyphae with invasion into the mucosa to subserosa. The patient and graft were treated successfully by total gastrectomy and antifungal therapy.

The status of photovoltaic generation system components and interconnection and safety equipment will be summarized. This paper discusses property operation state which system endure division of power for dormitory.

Anterior segmental osteotomy were performed in 8 patients with Angle's II malocclusion or anterior maxillary protrusion. Cupar's method was used for operation. The period of follow up for patients were 15 months by average. This study discussed the postoperative complications and soft tissue change after anterior segmental maxillary osteotomy. There are not specific major complications.

This paper study of 170W stand-alone PV MPPT system for charge and discharge control system of the battery. The proposed system is a way of Flyback converters, and controls the algorithm used P&O control method and ATmega128.
