In the past, there has not been a law with the main purpose of preventing or preventing a risk in advance in order to protect the safety of patients in relation to medical services. It is evaluated that the enactment of the Patient Safety Act has a very important meaning in protecting patient safety as the top priority and further improving the quality of medical care. However, looking at the status of patient safety accidents reported to the Patient Safety Reporting System after the Patient Safety Act was enacted and implemented, various types of risk factors for patient safety still exist in the medical field. Meanwhile, Korea Consumer Agency and Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency, the existing domestic ADR specialized agencies, have been operating reasonable damage relief procedures such as recommendation of settlement, mediation, and arbitration according to the purpose of their establishment. Therefore, with the aimof broadening the choice of compensation system for patients, we propose the establishment and revision of ADR-related laws to apply the damage relief procedures of both institutions.

An adaptive control scheme is presented for uncertain systems whose uncertainties are upper-bounded by a linear combination of unknown constants and known continuous functions. The state of the closed-loop system is proven to be ultimately bounded. The proposed method modifies the method of Corless and Leitmann in the following two respects. First, the linear region of the saturation function in controller is fixed. Second, the intergration from in parameter estimator is replaced by a low pass filter form. These modifications prevent performance degradation and destabilization of the control system more effectively. The norm of the system states can be made sufficiently small by an appropriate choice of design parameters in the control law. The applicability of the proposed scheme is demonstrated in the position control of a simple pendulum via simulation.

For stator winding protection of AC generator, KCL(Kirchhoff's Current Law) is widely applied. Actually a CRDR(Current Ratio Differential Relay) based on DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) has been used for protecting generator. It has been pointed out that defects can occur during the process of transforming a time domain signal into a frequency domain one which can lead to loss of time domain information. Wavelets techniques are proposed for the analysis of power system transients. This paper introduces an algorithm to choose a suitable Mother Wave1et for generator stator fault detection. For optimal selection, we analyzed db(Daubechies), sym(Symlets), and coif(Coiflects) of Mother Wavelet. And we compared with performance of the choice algorithm using detail coefficients energy and RMS(root mean square) error. It can be improved the reliability of the conventional DFT based CRDR. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme is proved with simulation using collected data obtained from ATP (Alternative Transient Program) package.

Many type of smart materials and control laws are available to actively adjust the structure from various external disturbances. Usually, a certain type of control law to activate a specific smart material is tell established, but the effectiveness of the control scheme is limited by the choice of the smart materials and the responses of the structure. ER fluid is adequate to provide small but arbitrary control forces at any point along the structure. It was found that active vibration control of the structure embedded with ER fluids fluidly to suppress the vibration excited with broad band frequency due to the limited change of the structure characteristics. To compensate this limited effect of the control scheme with ER fluid alone, PPF control using PZT as an actuator is added to construct a hybrid controller.

The last few nears have seen significantly increased interest in organic food. Organic food is still a small but growing part of the food industry with an identity defined and protected by law. Its existence provides an element of consumer choice. To obtain consumer confidence and, product credibility and transparency in the organic market, organic legislation and certification is needed, To facilitate export of organic products, harmonization of the organic legislation is favoured. The IFOAM accreditation programme has already achieved very much in this respect. Several national regulation, such as the NOP(USA) and EC2092/91(European Union) have already complied with the IFOAM basic standards. But in many countries there is still a lack of national legislation on organic agriculture. Because of the fast globalisation, organic agriculture is facing major challenges for international trade, so it is very important to consider the future development and certification of organic produce in all countries.

Our ancestors had done their best for the moral training and home management, further more for the governing a country through observing the decorums. The 4 main decorums, i. e. the Coming-of-Age Ceremony, Wedding Ceremony, Funeral Rites and the Ancestor worship Ceremony during the Chosun Dynasty had guided well our ancestors'life harmoiously. The Wedding Ceremonies of them was one of the most happy events in their lives meaningful of the filial piety and the union of two families. The Wedding ceremonies consist of the 6 etiquetes, i. e., Eui-Hon (matchmaking), N뮤-Chae (present), Nab-Pye(bride's presents to her parents-in-law), Chung-Gi(ask the other part about an auspicious day), Moon-Myung(choice of an auspicious day), Chin-Young(take and meet a bride) in order of sequence. Chin-Young consists of Cho-Hon, Sa-Dang-Go-Woo, Sung-Bok, Cho-Rye, Boo-Myung-Ji & Mo-Song, Jun-An-Rye, Hab-Geun-Rye, Sin-Bang-Chi-Reu-Gi, Hyun-Goo-Rye, Myo-Hyun and Jae-Haeng ete, considerably complicated programs in order.

As construction projects are gradually getting larger and focusing on building skyscraper with the development of construction technology and the concentration of population in cities, the choice of the soil sheeting works is very important in terms of securing safety and economic feasibility. Further research is planned on the developed concrete guide-based continuous over lap pile method through the introduction of a system that automates vertical management, continuous improvement and supplementation so that the basement soil sheeting wall can be utilized as a building structure.

In this paper, global chaos synchronization is investigated for WINDMI (J. C. Sprott, 2003) and Coullet (P. Coullet et al, 1979) chaotic systems using adaptive backstepping control design based on recursive feedback control. Our theorems on synchronization for WINDMI and Coullet chaotic systems are established using Lyapunov stability theory. The adaptive backstepping control links the choice of Lyapunov function with the design of a controller and guarantees global stability performance of strict-feedback chaotic systems. The adaptive backstepping control maintains the parameter vector at a predetermined desired value. The adaptive backstepping control method is effective and convenient to synchronize and estimate the parameters of the chaotic systems. Mainly, this technique gives the flexibility to construct a control law and estimate the parameter values. Numerical simulations are also given to illustrate and validate the synchronization results derived in this paper.

A natural admittance control system design is presented for a particular type of interaction controller that achieve high-performance and guarantees stability. The admittance control Significantly improves performance when Coulomb friction is present in the one link robot system. The technique requires a careful choice of the target impedance. Experimental performance results are presented for a two-mass system with internal Coulomb friction. Results demonstrate that the admittance control law is successful in rejecting internal Coulomb friction force disturbances. The controller was designed and implemented on our system that we set up one link robot system and hardware configuration system, and performance results are presented.

Arbitration is a creature of contract. The parties agree that selective dispute resolution clause provides them with a choice to litigate or arbitrate certain disputes. Under the agreements, the parties had the option in the action. In the event any dispute arises between the parties concerning our representation or payment of our fees and disbursements which cannot be promptly resolved to our mutual satisfaction, you agree that dispute will be submitted to arbitration. Arbitration is a matter of contract and a party cannot be required to submit to arbitration any dispute which he has not agreed so to submit. The selective arbitrations clauses are to be construed as broadly as possible, and arbitration will be compelled unless it may be said with positive assurance that arbitration clause is not susceptible of an interpretation that covers the asserted dispute.
