The purpose of this paper is to examine how Chinese speakers realize Korean prosodic phrases in the reading of Korean texts. Prosodic phrase, in this study, is defined as basic unit of spoken language which can be perceived as purely separate phonetic unit by both hearer and speaker, and is realized with a coherent intonational configuration. Prosodic phrase plays an important role in both speech production and perception. In the second language acquisition, prosody influences the accuracy and fluency of spoken language. The main purpose of this study is to describe the aspect of syntagmatic operation of prosody that produces prosodic phrases. We have specifically examined the relations between the prosodic phrase's boundary and its syntactic status. Furthermore, we examined internal syntactic structure of each prosodic phrase. And the results of each analysis were compared to the aspects of prosodic phrases' formation produced by native Korean speakers. The results show that Chinese speakers tend to coincide the prosodic phrases with syntactic structure more than native Korean speakers.

In order to extract some important information of a person from text, an extracting model was proposed. The person's name is recognized based on the maximal entropy statistic model and the training corpus. The sentences surrounding the person's name are analyzed according to the conceptual knowledge base. The three main elements of events, domain, situation and background, are also extracted from the sentences to construct the structure of events about the person.

Looking at the economic effects of the Chinese coal industry analyzed in this text, the following results could be drawn. First, according to the analysis result of the influence coefficient of the Chinese coal industry in 2017, it is mainly rural and regional development It was analyzed that it had a great influence on the necessary sectors. Second, the sensitivity coefficient of the Chinese coal industry in 2017 was presented in the order of electricity and heat production and supply, monetary finance and other financial services, business services, refined petroleum and nuclear fuel processing products, wholesale business, and retail business. It is judged that this is more influenced by government policy than by influence coefficient.
