An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Green Product Purchasing Behavior with Regard to State-Action Orientation(SAO): - Focus on Chinese Urban Consumers - (소비자의 state-action orientation(SAO)에 따른 녹색제품 구매행동 영향요인 분석 - 중국 도시 소비자를 대상으로 -)

  • With the rapid growth of Chinese economy, environmental issues also became a serious problem that public and private sector have to take under consideration. For the sustainable growth of Chinese economy scholars and policy makers agree to the stronger regulation for protection of natural environment, but at the same time worry about its negative effect on economic growth. This paper primarily focus on the relationship between the factors that have the effect on green product purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention was considered as mediating variable in our model and state-action orientation - as moderating variable. We set 8 hypotheses and tested with structural equation modeling. The result shows that governmental regulation and subsidy, social environment related with green product purchase, and consumer perception on the benefit of green product have positive relationship with purchasing intention, but environmental concern does not show relationship with it. We also proved that state-action orientation has moderating effect between purchasing intention and purchasing behavior. Purchasing intention with action orientation show positive and statistically significant effect on purchasing behavior. This result supports the hypothesis that the attitude of customers has the effect on ones purchasing behavior.

Purchasing Behavior of Cosmetics of Chinese Women Depending on Their Complex Purchasing Tendencies (중국여성들의 복합적 구매성향에 따른 화장품 구매행태)

  • This study conducted a survey on 319 Chinese women in their 20s to 50s living in three large cities in China, with an aim to analyze the influence on the purchasing behavior and satisfaction for Korean cosmetics depending on their complex purchasing tendencies. According to the research, the rational tendency was higher when the subjects were over 40 years old and married, and the impulsive tendency was the highest in those in their 30s. There was no huge difference in regions depending on the two tendencies, while there were statistically significant differences in purchasing period, times and costs when buying cosmetics. In addition, purchasing satisfaction for cosmetics had a positive correlation with purchasing tendencies. The subjects pursued convenience in purchasing as their rational tendency was higher, while they sought the trends as their impulsive tendency was higher. Based on the results, it is expected to maximize purchasing satisfaction of Chinese female consumers depending on their purchasing tendencies, if the Korean cosmetics makers provide reliable quality assurance, product exchange and customer management services. It is also expected to help revitalize the beauty market for China as well as Southeast Asia, if the Korean cosmetics companies implement differentiated marketing strategies targeting the customers in the age group with the impulsive consumption tendency.

  • This paper is to find out which factors affect preference and revisiting on brand personality according to cross-national college students in Korea and China, and to suggest distinguished strategies for attracting core customers continuously on each country and restaurants. The questionary hand out each 150, then used for data analysis 142 in Korean, 122 in China. The results come up with; First, It couldn't compared huge gap for McDonald and Burger King in sampling. Second, three variables (successful, harmony, and western) are highly recognized brand personality in Korean. They should build up powerful image to communicate 20's ages. For Chinese that ranked highly three variables (Darling, Friendly, and Sincere), they reinforced warm-hearted image with special character, providing promotion coupon, and various event. Third, because 2 factors(Sincere and Sensitivity) had significant in preference for Korean and Chinese. It should be formed non-producted parts which are visual decoration, atmosphere, uniform and music. Also, 'feminine' had meaningful for Chinese. Fourth, 'Sincere' was connected directly in revisiting for Korean and Chinese. Trust Is prior to customer and brand. Also, for Korean, 'sensitivity' had significant. Therefore, it should make exciting surrounding, and atmosphere.

The Physical Environment Influence of Chinese Department Stores and Consumer's Internal Responses on Store Loyalty (중국 백화점의 물리적 환경에 따른 소비자의 내적반응이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Outstanding service quality is a crucial factor to increase customer revisits, to increase customer revisits, to create new customers through positive word-of-mouth marketing and increase profits; in conjunction, the physical environment of department stores have a firsthand impact on customer purchasing behavior. This study examines the physical environment dimensions of department stores in China and the causal relationship with the physical environment, service environment, internal responses and store loyalty. The subjects in this study were male and female adults who finished the shopping the Lotte and Wangfujing Department Store located in Beijing. All participants were over the age of 20 and a one-on-one survey was conducted to gather data from October to November 2011. Data from 424 respondents were analyzed: in addition, AMOS factor analysis and path analysis were used. The results were as follows. First, physical environment factors consist of exterior aesthetic attraction, convenience, cleanliness and an interior aesthetic attraction. Second, exterior aesthetic attraction, convenience and cleanliness affect the overall service environment perception. Third, the service environment exercised an influence on internal responses, and internal responses impacted store loyalty. Fourth, a comparative analysis was made over Korean and Chinese department stores in China to check the research model. In Wangfujing Department Store, exterior aesthetic attraction, cleanliness and convenience had a statistically significant impact on service environment perceptions. In Lotte Department Store, the perception of service environment was under the statistically significant influence of all physical factors (exterior aesthetic attraction, interior aesthetic attraction, convenience and cleanliness). The findings of this study are helpful for Korean Department stores that plan to make inroads into China to formulate efficient service environment strategies tailored to local consumer characteristics.

  • With the development and popularization of Internet, the competition of SNS market is now getting fiercer and fiercer. SNS service providers need to keep updating their service to sustain their customers' continuance use. However, due to the homogenization of functions and services from different applications provided by different developers, there comes a new phenomenon that users shift from one SNS to another SNS. In line with this, the current study aims to explore factors affecting switching intention among SNS users by applying migration theory which explains people's migration behavior from one place to another. Findings from surveys of Korean and Chinese college students suggest that there was a difference of factors influencing switching intention among the two countries. For Korean college students, alternative attraction was the strongest factor leading to SNS switching intention. On the other hand, peer pressure was the strongest factor leading to SNS switching intention among Chinese college students.

A Study on the Size System for Women's Suits and the Customer Satisfaction with Fitness in China -With the Focus on the Adult Female Residents of Beijing- (중국 기성복의 호칭과 맞음새 관련 소비자 만족도 조사 -북경에 거주하는 성인 여성을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the size system of women's suits on the market in China and the levels of satisfaction on the fit experienced by Chinese customers, and thereby to look into the problems relating to the fit of Chinese women's suits. The findings were as follows: 1. The size fur women's suits currently on sale in China was indicated by the number by all manufacturers. The size of the largest production was in the order of 165-88A, 160-84A, and 170-92A for jackets; 160-68A, 165-72A, and 170-76A far pants and skirt. 2. The survey on the recognition of the size for ready-made suits showed the response rate of $91.1\%$ for jackets, $58.7\%$ for pants, and $56.3\%$ for skirts, indicating the higher recognition level in the measure for jackets in comparison with pants. 3. The survey on the satisfaction with the fitness for each item of women's suits(jackets, pants, and skirts) showed the satisfaction levels of $3.05\~3.63$ for all items, above the ordinary figures. Of the three items, the satisfaction level of pants was lowest. 4. The survey on the repair frequency for each item of suits showed $53.2\%$ for jackets, $52.5\%$ for pants, and $30.4\%$ for skirts, that of the skirts being lower than those of the other items.

A study on Interpretating Japanese Menus (일식메뉴 해설에 관한 연구 I)

  • This study is research about coinage and interpretation of Japanese Menus in luxury hotels in Seoul. Japanese Menus consist of three categories. These can be expressed A+B+C groupings. A represents Ingredients, C represents the cooking method, while B shows the name of a region(B1), the seasoning(B2), and a word that expresses the shape of the food(B3), etc. B can be flexible in meaning. However, the setting, A+B+C, is not always used strictly for these category meanings. Ingredients, A, is sometimes used independently(ex, ぃくとろろ), and at other times B1 + C, B2 + C or B3 + C are used. Sometimes A+C is used without B. The most general expression is Ingredients + the method for cooking(A+C Type). By knowing the menu description the food type and cooking method can be discovered. Most concrete method is Ingredients + procedure for seasoning + cooking method(A+B2+C Type) show how something is made and what kind of seasoning. This method is frequently used for roasted dishes with seasoning. Food which is expressed by A, Ingredients, does not require a complicated cooking process and is fixed by a conventional cooking process without any explanation ; delicacies(珍味), an hors d'oeuvres(前菜), sushi(Japanese vinegared rice delicacies) and sliced raw fish. There are two obstacles in interpreting Japanese Menus. First, we cannot look up the menu words easily in a dictionary because the mixing of Chinese Characters and the pronunciation of them differs from Korean chinese characters. Secondly, the names of Japanese food are inserted with a name of a place or another symbolic word, so they sometimes cannot be translated. We should offer various and accurate information for foreign customers because various Non-Japanese people use these restaurants frequently. This will enable them to enjoy themselves more comfortably. Therefore, you should decide the words carefully and provide an explanation about the complicated parts of the Menu when you work with Menu copywriter.

  • Recently, agricultural product of inferior qualify and cheap is imported form china, so domestic farmhouses go through difficulty. Moreover, consumption decreasing because of a new about carcinogen detect of chinese agricultural product. Information through certification system construction of domestic agricultural product is offered to customers for distinguish from chinese, and certain inspection standard for importation restriction should be ready to solve this problem. In this paper, we designed and implementation of AIGT system through adopting GAP of international standard for safety inspection of agricultural product and traceability. Also, we building of AIGT system through introduce of monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for offered to information by customer and helped farm management by producer.

  • This study aimed at exploring the primary motivations in the behavior of MNCs' setting up R&D Labs in China, four main subjective motivations were founded. R&D Labs consisted of the following four types: local market support Labs, local technology support Labs, global technology center, and internationally interdependent Labs.he choices of the R&D Lab type features are different because of the various R&D investment motivations. Provided that MNCs' investment motivations in China are in order to obtain Chinese markets and customers, local market support Labs are supposed to be chosen so as to support Chinese markets; provided that investment motivations are in order to gain talents and science and technology resources, global technology centers are supposed to be used to achieve the highest synergy result; provided that investment motivations win an absolute competitive advantage in China, local market support Labs are extremely necessary in preoccupying markets; last but not the least, provided that investment motivations are environmental owing to their instability, local technology support Labs are a good choice for their relatively low R&D expenses.

Effect of Experiential Value on Customer Satisfaction and e-WOM under O2O Commerce (O2O 커머스 모델에 기반한 경험가치가 고객만족 및 온라인 구전에 미치는 효과에 관한 실증연구)

  • Purpose - The online-to-offline (O2O) business model has brought considerable changes to the traditional Chinese business model. The main difference between O2O and pure online consumption is that O2O offers a richer experience and word-of-mouth. it is easier to trigger online word-of-mouth. However, few scholars have been concerned about the impact of experiential value on customer satisfaction and online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) in the study of O2O. This study takes the O2O business model in China's catering industry as its research object and uses structural equation modelling to analyze the impact of online and offline experiential values on customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Research design, data, and methodology - According to previous researches, consumer experiential value is mainly divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. According to the characteristics of O2O in China's catering industry, this study divides the online experience value into efficiency and economy (return on investment). The offline part is divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. Using a web-based survey, we collected 303 valid samples. Structural equation modelling was used to create the research model. Results - The results show that efficiency (online) and service excellence (offline) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Economics (online) and playfulness (offline) have a positive impact on customers' e-WOM. In addition, the higher the customer satisfaction, the greater the positive impact on the spread by word of mouth. However, aesthetic(offline) and return on investment(offline) have no significant impact to customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Conclusions - The study findings show that the key to boost customer satisfaction in the catering industry is to improve product quality and service. Although traditional competitive strategies such as online discount have been questioned by many scholars about their decreasing effectiveness, they are indispensable means to attract online traffic and trigger e-WOM. The traditional enterprises can reconstruct traditional business processes through the O2O model to effectively improve customer satisfaction and word of mouth by improving the experiential value of economy and efficiency. Additionally, it can be used as the natural advantages of online communication to induce customers to engage in word of mouth and attract more potential customers.
