This study analyzed the contents of the research papers concerning the common cold recorded in Chinese medical journal published over the period between 2000 and 2004. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn. 1. Among the clinical research papers, There are a lot of treatment papers of traditional chinese medicine in the method of treatment. There are a lot of papers about Feng-Re-Xing(風熱型) and Xu-Zheng-Xing(虛證型) in the Bian-Zheng-Lei-Xing(辨證類型) 2. "Zhong-Yi-Xu-Zheng-Bian-Zheng-Can-Kao-Biao-Zhun" ("中醫虛證辨證參考標準"), "Zhong-Yi-Nei-Ke-Wu-Ban-Jiao-Cai"("中醫內科五版敎材"), "Zhong-Hua-Ren-Min-Gong-He-Guo-Zhong-Yi-Yao-Hang-Ye-Biao-Zhun"("中華人民共和國醫藥行業標準"), "Gan-Mao-Zhen-Duan-Biao-Zhun"("感冒診斷漂準"), "Zhong-Yi-Bing-Zheng-Zhen-Duan-Liao-Xiao-Biao-Zhun"("中醫病證診斷療效標準"), "Quan-Guo-Gao-Deng-Yi-Xue-Yuan-Xiao-Zhong-Yi-Zhuan-Ye-Jiao-Cai"("全國高等醫藥院校中醫專業敎材") are used as the criterion for diagnosis in Chinese medicine. 3. It is mainly used "Zhong-Yi-Bing-Zheng-Zhen-Duan-Liao-Xiao-Biao-Zhun"("中醫病證診斷療效標準") as the criterion for treatment effect evaluation, and symptom of traditional chinese medicine, the frequency and the duration of common cold, measurement of immunologic function are used as assistant evaluation indicator. 4. The research papers reported that the use of prescriptions such as Chai-Qi-Fang-Jiao-Tang, Tui-Re-He-Ji(退熱合劑), Ti-Xu-Gan-Mao-He-Ji(體虛感冒合劑), Yu-Ping-Feng-San-He-Gui-Zhi-Tang(玉屛風散合桂枝湯), Chai-Guan-Jie-Re-Ke-Li(柴貫解熱顆粒), Hu-Qin-He-Ji(蒿芩合劑), Lian-Hua-Feng-Cha(蓮花峰茶), Kang-Gan-He-Ji(抗感合劑), Bing-Du-He-Ji(病毒合劑), Zhong-Gan-Ling-Pian(重感靈片) led to the high efficacy 5. The pharmacological research papers reported that Yu-Ping-Feng-San(玉屛風散) have influence on IgA, phagocytic function of macrophage, the total number of splenocyte and PEC.
This study analyzed the style, dimensions, fabric patterns, colors, and fabrics of a traditional Chinese women's dress from the Zhou Dynasty, and reconstructed it in the form of a virtual garment using 3D CLO. Based on ancient flat image data and three-dimensional portrait data, who wore them, how they were worn, and how they were coordinated was analyzed. In order to analyze the size and pattern of the straight Ju Chines dress, data from the excavation report and the tomb owner's anthropometric measurements were combined to infer the wearing condition and organize the sculptural features. Dimensional analysis was carried out using a well-preserved small-scale woven cotton cloth as a restoration model, and the horizontal and vertical dimensions were reasonably estimated using the shape proportioning method. The analysis of the colors and patterns of the fabrics was based on the colors and patterns of the fabrics excavated from Masan Tomb No. 1 during the Eastern Zhou, Qin, and Han periods. Finally, a virtual model was created using data from the excavation report and the age and height information of the owner of the excavated robe, and the pose and size of the virtual model were determined using 3D CLO. Based on the previous research data, the garment was virtually sewn and simulated. The shape, pressure, and strain of the garment in different postures was also compared. Through the research direction of pattern and 3D restoration, this research maximizes the restoration of Chinese traditional women's dress and presents it in a more intuitive, comprehensive, and vivid way.
Hair styles for human being develope according to the natural environment. Chinese hair styles have been changed from tousled hair to pigtailed hair, later additional style of shaved hair, became pigtailed. Each hair style for people, however, is based on each people's culture and history. Thus, the same changed had not been applied to each culture simultaneously. Hairstyle for Yao(遼) Jin(金) Yuan(元) that is a representation of ancient northern tribe, is summarized as follow; Tung Hu'(東胡)s inferior, Khitai(契丹)'s hair style is tousled hair and Sushen(肅愼),'s inferior, Jurchen(女眞) has partial shave and left 2 strand of pigtail. Hun'(匈奴)s inferior, Mongol(蒙古) has hair in top and shaved head except both sides and rear. One style is circular shape of braided hair at both sides. The other is one strand pigtail at the rear head, which is the original shape for Man'(滿) pigtail later.
Waist lined Coat with Pleats excavated from Byun-su(1447-1524) Tomb in Yangpyeong were very similar in size to the costume of Haeina Temple which is the oldest YosunChollik up to now YosunChollik was popularly worn in the Yuan Dynasty of China(원) and it is presumed to be flown into Korea in that period. In China, the coat with a straight collar was called ByeonseonOh , and one with a round collar was called ByeonseonOhja in the Yuan Dynasty. The excavated relics of Haeinsa Temple are almost same as ByeonseonOh. In the Myoung Dynasty(명), the coat with a straight collar was called YoseonOhja, and one with a round collar was called Round collar YoseonOhja . The Waist lined Coat with Pleats excavated in the Byunsu Tomb is same as YoseonOhja Attendants who is low in position and doctors used to wear the coat, which was spread to diverse classes by degrees. Later, even emperors and high ranking officials used to wear it as military uniforms. It was made of silk and summer cloth. As mentioned above, 1 examined its history carefully through Chinese documents and photographic materials on relics. In addition, with the authentic records of Korea and the excavated relics of the Byun-su Tomb, 1 analyzed its components. However, the analysis was very restricted because the relics to be compared with were few.
This study examined how Bangryeong(方領) had been changed from ancient times in China to the Joseon dynasty[朝鮮] in Korea by analyzing Bangryeong in literature, relics, paintings, etc. Based on this, we also analyzed the form of Bangryeong itself and clothes with Bangryeong using excavated relics from the Joseon dynasty. First, from early Chinese literature, it was confirmed that meaning of "Bangryeong" was a collar attached straight to a garment so that if the garment is put on with the fronts intercrossed with each other the back neck part of the collar is naturally squared. Second, from literature in the Joseon dynasty, it was confirmed that the meanings and forms of Bangryeong were diversified and had different characteristics throughout different time periods. Different from its original meaning in China, Bangryeong came to mean an intentionally designed square shape. Third, Bangryeong from the Yuan(燕) and Ming(明) Dynasties were found among relics excavated in China. Bangryeong from Yuan was Cheolik[帖裏] worn by men, and Bangryeong from Ming was found in women's dresses. Fourth, Bangryeong relics from the Joseon dynasty examines its form in detail. Bangryeong was found in various forms of clothes, and this was consistent with findings from literature review.
Kublai Khan on a Hunting Trip were painted by Liu Guan-dao. This painting gives us very important information for understanding cosume of Yuan dynasty because of realistic description. We studied the name of costume of the king Shizu in this painting by using the way of comparison his costume with another paintings, the records and archaeological finds. This study showed that the costume of the king Shizu is judged to be Jisun, the traditional costume of Mongolian own meaning one colour. The name of each is the Yinshu warm hat, being making into the for of a kind of rodents, the Yinshu Jisun, the Red colour Jisun, being railed on the robe, and the Cloud boots cover. And we found that the decoration on the neck and sleeve tib of the Yinshu Jisun had been made by sable furs, and the decoration on the surface had been made by tails of them, going by the name of Rondes at that time. It also showed that the meaning of one colour of the Jisun is not only just appearing one colour on the one person but also being able to appear two set of one colour.
The present study addresses the tea utensils and tea drinking methods seen in tomb mural paintings of Song, Liao, Jin, and Yuan, which were Koryo's foreign exchange countries. The paintings illustrate the pointing tea method, which was popular during dynasty times. Tea utensils observed in the paintings include a tea mill, mill stone, and tea pestle necessary for making cake tea into powder. The tea stove and boiling bottle are depicted as being required to boil water. Some mural works vividly depict how a tea drinker pours hot water from a boiling bottle into a cup with a stand, mixes it with a tea spoon, and whisks tea powder for foaming with a tea whisk. The tea drinking method of the Southern race Han is also similarly described in the tomb mural paintings of Liao, Jin, and Yuan from Northern nomads. The distribution of tea culture had an enormous influence on the development of tea utensil manufacturing methods. The significance of this study is that these findings can be used as basic data to provide food culture insights into Koryo celadon tea utensils.

The main research conducted previously on GPS ionosphere in China is first introduced. Besides, the current investigations include as follows: (1) GPS-based spatial environmental, especially the ionosphere, monitoring, modeling and analysis, including ground/space-based GPS ionosphere electron density (IED) through occultation/tomography technologies with GPS data from global/regional network, development of a GNSS-based platform for imaging ionosphere and atmosphere (GPFIIA), and preliminary test results through performing the first 3D imaging for the IED over China, (2) The atmospheric and ionospheric modeling for GPS-based surveying, navigation and orbit determination, involving high precisely ionospheric TEC modeling for phase-based long/median range network RTK system for achieving CM-level real time positioning, next generation GNSS broadcast ionospheric time-delay algorithm required for higher correction accuracy, and orbit determination for Low-Earth-orbiter satellites using single frequency GPS receivers, and (3) Research products in applications for national significant projects: GPS-based ionospheric effects modeling for precise positioning and orbit determination applied to China's manned space-engineering, including spatial robot navigation and control and international space station intersection and docking required for related national significant projects.
The present study focused on the potential mechanism of betulin (BT), a pentacyclic triterpenoid isolated from the bark of white birch (Betula pubescens), against chronic alcohol-induced lipid accumulation and metaflammation. AML-12 and RAW 264.7 cells were administered ethanol (EtOH), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or BT. Male C57BL/6 mice were fed Lieber-DeCarli liquid diets containing 5% EtOH for 4 weeks, followed by single EtOH gavage on the last day and simultaneous treatment with BT (20 or 50 mg/kg) by oral gavage once per day. In vitro, MTT showed that 0-25 mM EtOH and 0-25 µM BT had no toxic effect on AML-12 cells. BT could regulate sterolregulatory-element-binding protein 1 (SREBP1), lipin1/2, P2X7 receptor (P2X7r) and NOD-like receptor family, pyrin domains-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) expressions again EtOH-stimulation. Oil Red O staining also indicated that BT significantly reduced lipid accumulation in EtOH-stimulated AML-12 cells. Lipin1/2 deficiency indicated that BT might mediate lipin1/2 to regulate SREBP1 and P2X7r expression and further alleviate lipid accumulation and inflammation. In vivo, BT significantly alleviated histopathological changes, reduced serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and triglyceride (TG) levels, and regulated lipin1/2, SREBP1, peroxisome proliferator activated receptor α/γ (PPARα/γ) and PGC-1α expression compared with the EtOH group. BT reduced the secretion of inflammatory factors and blocked the P2X7r-NLRP3 signaling pathway. Collectively, BT attenuated lipid accumulation and metaflammation by regulating the lipin1/2-mediated P2X7r signaling pathway.
The aim of this study is to develop a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model in intra-abdominal infected rats, and extrapolate it to human to predict moxifloxacin pharmacokinetics profiles in various tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. 12 male rats with intra- abdominal infections, induced by Escherichia coli, received a single dose of 40 mg/kg body weight of moxifloxacin. Blood plasma was collected at 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, 240, 480, 1440 min after drug injection. A PBPK model was developed in rats and extrapolated to human using GastroPlus software. The predictions were assessed by comparing predictions and observations. In the plasma concentration versus time profile of moxifloxcinin rats, $C_{max}$ was $11.151{\mu}g/mL$ at 5 min after the intravenous injection and $t_{1/2}$ was 2.936 h. Plasma concentration and kinetics in human were predicted and compared with observed datas. Moxifloxacin penetrated and accumulated with high concentrations in redmarrow, lung, skin, heart, liver, kidney, spleen, muscle tissues in human with intra-abdominal infection. The predicted tissue to plasma concentration ratios in abdominal viscera were between 1.1 and 2.2. When rat plasma concentrations were known, extrapolation of a PBPK model was a method to predict drug pharmacokinetics and penetration in human. Moxifloxacin has a good penetration into liver, kidney, spleen, as well as other tissues in intra-abdominal infected human. Close monitoring are necessary when using moxifloxacin due to its high concentration distribution. This pathological model extrapolation may provide reference to the PK/PD study of antibacterial agents.
