The most important reason for selecting the nutrition-related issues was to satisfy the interests and demands of audiences. Both being motivated by food-related accidents and to educate people for the health promotion were the second ones. In the process of nutrition-related program production, 53.9% of PDs always requested expert's advice, while 46.1% occasionally did. Professors in food and nutrition were regarded as the most proper advisor. Dietitians, physicians and physicians of Chinese medicine wer the next in order. The similar pattern were shown in the rankd of specialists actually invited as panelists to the program. Both the speciality and being well-known were less positive and favorable for participating in the program compared to experts in other areas. The number of programs about food and nutrition broadcasted on the TV show during 1993-1997(July) was 361(about 30%). The total of 1,043 specialists appeared, 2.9 persons per program on the average. Of these, only 12.9% were professors in food and nutrition as well as dietitians. The largest(20.2%) was physicians or medical professors, and 13.6% cooks and 12.6% physicians of Chinese medicine. Of 361 programs 45 were thought to be undesirable on the panelist constitution. Particualrly in 19 programs, where nutritionists were not invited, physicians or physicians of Chinese medicine explained diet therapy, food, nutrient or dietary habit.

  • The objective of this study was to understand the characteristics of Chinese cultural industry shown in the analysis of a successful IP martial arts stage play 'Seongeomg ihyeopjeon' that applied martial arts as Chinese traditional culture. The cultural industry of Chin a has modified the relevant legislation since China's reform and opening up in 1979, and the term 'intellectual property rights(IP)' was used in the Chinese laws for the first time in 2008. Thus, transcending the instrumental scope for maintaining the regime in the past, the culture was regarded as an economic profit industry and a representative industry for strengthening the soft power of traditional culture. The results of analysis on the stage play are as follows. First, the Chinese cultural industry has been developed by support policies for strengthening the soft power of Chinese-characteristic traditional culture and overseas expansion through the state-led modification of relevant legislation. Second, the Chinese cultural industry is including its unique traditional cultural factors, and the succe ssful marke ting results could be obtained only when the high awareness and many fans are secured. Third, for the inflow of audiences through the work advertising, it would be preferentially needed to analyze various opinions of fans through active SNS communications with them instead of the existing advertising such as TV, radio, and newspaper, and also to reflect the national cultural industry policies and producers' opinions.

  • China has had many excellent Chinese-style animation since the 1950s. These animations are of distinctive Chinese national characteristics. They have won many awards both at home and abroad, such as "Feelings of Mountains and Waters", "Uproar In Heaven", "Why is the Crow Black-Coated" and so on. But nowadays, Chinese animations that mimics Japanese and American animation are very often, and there are few animation works with rich traditional Chinese culture. There are some works in the name of Chinese style, but they have not been fully accepted by the audiences. If one wants to create animated works of Chinese style, the author must have an in-depth understanding of Chinese traditional and folk art. Animation can not be designed only on the surface. This paper mainly studies the traditional five color concept in China and its application in animation. The purpose is to provide some references to differentiate Chinese animation from other countries in terms of style and color. The main content of this paper is to understand the concept and history of Chinese traditional five color views, and to know that this color system has reflected the ancestors' concept of nature and society. On the basis of five monochromatic colors, red, yellow, green, white and black, it is a kind of complex color concept that has been developed and perfected continuously after a long period of accumulation and precipitation in the practice of life. It is the theoretical basis of Chinese traditional color system and a complete set of historical, cultural, philosophical and religious theories. Finally, this paper analyzes the colors and their symbolic meanings of the main roles in "Uproar In Heaven", a color long animation produced by Shanghai Animation Film Studio, including Sun Wukong, the Jade Emperor and Na Zha. Color is the first visual language. The use of color symbols to express the inner feelings, status, good and evil of the characters will affect the audience's emotions, behaviors and opinions imperceptibly. The traditional Chinese five color concept has gone through such a long history, and its symbolic meaning has a more profound impact on Chinese people. Applying the color concept and symbolic meaning of Chinese traditional five color concept will further highlight the personalities and emotions of the roles in Chinese style animations. This paper takes the five-color view as the theoretical basis, and through the analysis of cartoons with traditional Chinese color, the author finds ways to flexibly use traditional Chinese culture.

  • Many stars are delivering various contents such as real time talks through Internet personal broadcasting to communicate with fans. For stars and entertainment companies that expect the effect of communicating with fans through Internet broadcasting, it can be said that it is important to grasp viewers' viewing motivation and satisfaction. Thus, we analyzed the viewing motivation and satisfaction of Chinese viewers' Internet personal broadcasting of famous celebrities based on the uses and gratifications approach. To this end, an online survey was conducted, and as a result, 'emotional motivation' and 'functional motivation' were found as Chinese viewers' motivation for viewing Internet personal broadcasting of famous celebrities. In addition, it was found that viewers' satisfaction increased as the viewers' 'emotional viewing motivation' increased. From the results of this study, it seems that a strategy of subdividing programs by reflecting the audience characteristics such as age and occupation is needed. It can be a way to expand the number of viewers and the intended broadcasting effect by designing and producing programs for personalized celebrity internet broadcasting by segmenting audiences.
