For general review, 4 major trends were observed. First, lots of research institutes have been newly established. Second, the amount of journals and books related to the Korean geography are keeping increasing. Third, a series of new academic results arc being achieved. Forth, academic exchange activities are being carried out actively in broader rangers. For professional geography study, researchers are more focused on the study of human geography rather than physical geography. And in the field of physical geography, studies about geology, earthquake and natural resource appeared livelier than others, while in human geography, studies about economic geography attract more interests. It was also observed that problems such as the research fields are limited and Jack of fundamental theory study exist. To solve these problems, the learned circles of Chinese geography should do more efforts, while an effort of introduction of achievements of Korean geography study to china by learned circles of Koran geography are also necessary.

The government of Korea is also supporting to develop the new drug which is high value added product, and the natural medicine including herbal medicine(or Traditional Korean Medicine) have a significant presence in this field. non-clinical pharmacology/toxicology study and clinical trial are the two major criteria which estimate efficacy and safety for registration of new drugs. All of the pharmaceutical companies producing herbal medicine and the academic and the academic world of Tradition Korean Medicine have the will to develop new herbal drugs, but there are obstacles that they have neither experience nor guideline about clinical trial. Therefore for developing new herbal drugs, it is necessary to research the present conditions and comprehensive systems about clinical trial in Northeast Asian countries China, Taiwan and Japan because they have the common background with Korea in traditional medicine fields. Methods : The present state of clinical trial for herbal medicine in Korea was investigated. And then, those in China, Taiwan, Japan was also investigated. • This study empirically analyzed the proportion and method of Open Access (OA) in Korea, China, Japan, the United States, United Kingdom based on the Web of Science (WoS) papers. In addition, through the verification of the moderating effect, it was verified whether there is a difference in the effect of the amount of citation depending on the maturity of OA according to the countries or academic fields. As a result of the analysis, the proportion of OA was the highest in the UK at 62.7%, and the lowest in China at 38.0%. Second, the UK and US had a high proportion of indicators through self-archiving and APC-based Gold Hybrid, while only the Gold indicators were found to be prominent in China and Korea. Third, in the UK, US and Japan, the higher the proportion of OA, the greater the effect of inducing the citations. However, Korea (B=-0.00003, p<0.01) and China (B=-0.00001, p<0.01) showed the opposite direction. In addition, in most academic fields, the OA proportion had an effect of inducing citation, but a negative effect was found in the engineering field (B=-0.00002, p<0.01).

  • This study uses the bibliometric analysis and author bibliographic coupling analysis (ABCA) to analyse the study of IT outsourcing in Korea and China by 2017 and determine the subject areas of the researcher and the intellectual structure which lays the foundation for future researchers in IT outsourcing area. For this study, through the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) of Korea and China Academic Journal network publishing Database (CAJD) of China, it collected the connected documents and found out authors whose work had been published more than twice. ABCA is utilized to visualize the author map which could find out the researchers and areas in meaningful way. The result show that the study of IT outsourcing in Korea came out earlier and developed further than that of China. The study in Korea has already come to the mature period. By contrast, China remains at somewhere between developing period and bottleneck period. The distribution of papers are still in the dispersed state. The author map shows a hot subject area in Korean researchers IT outsourcing strategy is and in chinese scholars IT outsourcing management.

It will also play a decisive role in the history of the seventy years'constitutional change in New China. XiJinping's new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics established in the report of 19th CPC National Congress will be written in the preface of the March 2018 National People's Congress's constitutional amendment. The fifth revision of 1982 Constitution will touch on many issues such as the leadership of the CPC into the constitution, the abolition of the tenure of the president, the constitutional oath system, and the reform of the national supervisory system. In addition, the constitutionality review system, the establishment of the National Security Council, the constitutional status of socialist public property and private property and the adjustment of major economic system has become a hot topic in the theory field. In the history node towards a socialist country ruled by law, the theory and practice of the China indeed have the academic ideas, value position and path model differences, which will delay the Chinese constitutional development, but also is the necessary pain in the process of moving towards the rule of law in China. Indeed, how to the development and where to go in the future of Chinese constitutionalism itself has sample value, which deserves rational attention and in-depth inquiry from Chinese and Western academics.

  • This study to investigate Mobile service quality factors influencing on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention for the research purpose. This study collected data by a survey method for an empirical. A total of 340 replies were used for data analysis. While 340 replies were collected from Chinese users of Mobile e-commerce. Our results support previous researches to results of SPSS analysis all of the 7 hypotheses, 4 hypotheses are adopted and 3 are deleted. After an empirical analysis of this study, the academic implications are as follows. As there have not been many academic studies related to mobile commerce quality, this study can be a meaningful framework when quality factors associated with mobile commerce are being analyzed. This paper as the mobile commerce industry is very sensitive to environmental changes, academic research that can be used to cope with these changes is continuously required. Further studies should be carried out to overcome limitations that have not been analyzed by this study.

  • Based on the database of 128 disk galaxies (66 SO, 62 S and Irr) mailnly compiled from Kent and Gunn (1982) and Doi et a1.(1995) which is complete down to m < 15.6 mag within a radius of $3^{\circ}$, the orientation of spin vectors of disk galaxies of the Coma cluster has been analyzed. The results confirm the morphological dependence of the orientation of disk galaxies found from the analsis of the Virgo cluster. Common features of orientation of disk galaxies of both clusters are outlined.

  • Purpose - This paper discusses cross-cultural management (CCM) in China and how its business students get prepared by university cross-cultural management courses for an international market. Research design, data, and methodology - It was therefore decided to do an online content analysis looking at CCM courses offered by a number of Chinese universities first, and second to conduct a quantitative survey on CCM courses as well as topics among Chinese undergraduate business students at a large Eastern Chinese university. Results - From fundamental aspects, seven Chinese cultural standards emerge which highly influence the behaviour of the Chinese. There is a tendency to imply the integration of not only local but also cross cultural issues in academic management courses. Besides Hong Kong, there are currently 17 Chinese universities and schools accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) that explicitly requires cross-cultural management competencies in undergraduate and graduate degree programmes. In addition, the study confirmed that two-third of the sample (Chinese undergraduate business students) had taken cross-cultural management courses. Conclusions - The results of this research have made it clear that Chinese universities and schools are aware of the importance of cross-cultural management competencies.

  • Although companies perform societal marketing activities across different cultural regions, previous research was predominantly centered on a specific cultural region-the West. To address this limitation in the literature, the current research examines societal marketing in the Chinese market considering cultural characteristics. China has become the largest market in the world with great potential growth for its vast consumer base. Since there is heterogeneity among regions in China, it is imperative to divide China into several markets for better understanding. Thus, this study investigates different responses of Chinese regional (coastal vs. inland) consumers toward Cause-related Marketing (CM). Our findings reveal that Chinese consumers, in general, prefer utilitarian CM products compared to hedonic CM products, which is the opposite result of findings of the previous research. Further, this was truer for consumers in inland regions, while coastal consumers did not display any preference by product type. The academic and practical implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
