As globalisation extends its effect and particularly following China's accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO) in 2001, ever greater numbers of international transactions will feature a Chinese party. China has certainly made efforts in recent years to rectify law problem. While conducting business in China, foreign companies occasionally find themselves embroiled in disputes with Chinese individuals and companies. As foreign businesses invest in the extraordinary market opportunities in China, international arbitration has also become the preferred method for handling disputes with Chinese partners or with other foreign corporation over operations in China. The new Arbitration Rules of the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC) came into force on 1 May 2005. The new rules represent a major overhaul of CIETAC arbitration procedures and are sure to enhance CIETAC's position as a leading player in the resolution of China-foreign business disputes. The changes are significant for all companies doing business in China. So, this article investigated some amendments on the basis of 2000 Rules.

China's Marine Industry are growing up gradually as China's economy has advanced. Also China's Sipping Industry has been advanced. China Sipping Company is going to become a top 5 of world marine industry. China's Marine Industry has supervised and controled a manager under the mechanism of market economy. China's Marine Industry has been changed from the state-owned marine enterprise affected by government and government has effected on the formation of the board of directors and manager. So, the supervision function of the board of directors was reduced. The executive' role is emphasized when possessing the state-owned enterprise through disposal or auction, or when inducing the participation of foreign attraction. It is desirable for the Chinese director and officer to prepare for the claims internationally due to the international economic actions, , westernization of the public's consciousness about the compensation for damage followed by the increasing national income, and to prepare the increasing demand of cases due to increasing lawyers.

China is an ancient country that has one of the oldest civilizations on earth. Since the end of 1970s, China has made her administrative and economic reform and opening up to the outside world. Now the administrative and economic reforms has scored great success with a series of important accomplishments. China's peculiar political economy largely explained the changing reform initiatives over times. The problems confronting Chinese officials are markedly different from the West despite the fact the China and the West have engaged their efforts in undertaking administrative reforms in the last two decades or so. The purpose of this study is to analyze the bureaucracy, especially the police civil service system in China. Core features of the institution of China's civil servant system is discussed in this study.

Joined WTO, China has revised or removed continuously some of existing enter barriers which have been protecting Chinese distribution market. Chinese government intend to open completely it's distribution market in 2007. Such as the open policy of Chinese distribution impact on Korean firms which invest in China. in order to occupy China's market, Korean firms needs to prepare counterplan on change of China's distribution environments. China's distribution environment is uncertain on account of remaining communism system even though opening it's distribution market. The purpose of this paper is to suggest diverse counterplan of Korean firms and answer how Korean firms can enter the China's distribution market successfully. through exmaninig how China's distribution channel is formulated and implemented. this study exhibits a model for strategy of Korean firms and shows implementations schemes.

North Korea sharing a border with China has developed economic relations with China for a long time. During the cold war(from 1950s to late 1980s), political, military and economic ties between the two countries have become stronger because they had maintained the same political and economic system. However their economic relations have significantly changed after China has adopted market economies since the late 1970s. In particular, trade volume has been shrinked significantly since the late 1990s when China began to ask hard currency payments in their commercial transactions. This paper aims to investigate the conditions and prospects of trade and logistics relations between North Korea and China including the problems existed and then make some suggestions to foster their trade relations. In conclusion in order to develop its trade relations with China, it is suggested that North Korea should make significant changes in its economic and logistics system including infrastructure, institutional schemes, social and trade practices ect. because most problems in bilateral trade have been incurred from North Korea.

On the basis of briefing the development of space technology and activity in China, this essay analysis the characteristics and main rules of the space regulations in China, and proposes how to advance and perfect the space law in China further. The beginning of space technology in China can be traced back to 1956. After more than fifty years development phased in three periods of technology preparation, technology experimentation and engineering application, the achievement of space technology and activity in China is noticeable in the world. But the space legislations in China, which is mainly composed as ministerial rules, orders, and regulatory documents, are really lagged far behind the space activity, and can not adapt to the quick and comprehensive development of space activity. Therefore, national space law must be passed in time.

China is our second largest trade partner and the biggest country of our investment. For this reason, the Korea active strategy for coping with China's changes is very critical at the current point in time due to the economic structure of Korea dependent on exports. This essay is aimed at studying the Foreign Trade Administration System of China and selecting Korea's prospective exports-imports to China. The purpose of this, essay is to help Korean trading corporation to understand the difference between Korea and China in foreign trade administration in order to promote bilateral trade between Korea and China.

Based upon the analysis of the former paper, this paper suggest that present problems existing in China's relevant laws and regulations, the difficulties in constructing China's maritime performing party system, the strategy in constructing maritime performing party in China. The writer focused on the strategies of establishing maritime performing party in China, and analyzed the problems which needed to pay attention. Finally, in the writer's view, China does not need to take part in the Convention, and can establish the maritime performing system by amending China Maritime Code.

The performance of a hydrate anti-agglomerant (AA) on cyclopentane (CyC5) hydrate anti-agglomeration at various concentrations (0-1 wt%, based on the oil phase) using MMF apparatus has been investigated. At low AA concentrations up to 0.01 wt%, the AA reduces the cohesion force (capillary force) by reducing the CyC5-water interfacial tension. At concentrations higher than 0.1 wt%, hydrate hydrophobicity alternation and AA's thermodynamic inhibition effects are the main part of AA's mechanism. Additionally, a "temporary agglomeration" phenomenon caused by surface melting of the hydrate particles is also observed, which may indicate the AA's weak ability to produce stable water-CyC5 interface.
