  • The article identifies and theoretically substantiates the trends of national resilience in the context of establishing the security of the country and its civilizational subjectivity. The strategy of development of the pedagogical university in the conditions of European integration into the European educational and scientific space based on certain characterological features of the personality of the volunteer in the context of allocation of personal resilience is developed. The analysis of both external and internal challenges and threats to the civilization of the country needs to be understood in the context of economic, socio-political, legal, military-political, spiritual-cultural, educational-scientific and network-information resilience. The concepts of "national resilience" and "national security" are quite close - at first glance, even identical. However, a deeper understanding clarifies the differences: national security is a state of protection of the country identity and its very existence, the realization of its national interests. In turn, resilience is a fairly effective strategy and a fundamental guarantee of national security. At the same time, it is extremely important to understand that both national security as a state and national resilience as a strategy are only means of achieving and developing a strong and humanistic civilizational subjectivity of the country. After all, such subjectivity opens for citizens the opportunity for development, dignified self-realization and a proper life. The restructuring of the volunteer's motivational sphere is due to the dominance of such leading motives, which are focused mainly on maintaining and restoring health, which leads to distorted meaningful life goals: isolation, alienation, passivity, inertia, reduced activity, limited communication, etc. The characteristics of relatively stable human behavior include several primary and secondary properties. The primary (relevant) properties include patience, trust, hope, faith, confidence, determination, perseverance, and love; the secondary - punctuality, neatness, obedience, honesty, loyalty, justice, diligence, thrift, accuracy, conscientiousness, obligation, etc. Directly to the personal traits of resilience should be included methodological competencies, which include methodological knowledge, skills and abilities (ability to define ultimate and intermediate goals, plan, conduct and analyze knowledge, establish and implement interdisciplinary links with disciplines of medical-psychological-pedagogical cycles, etc.). All these competencies form the professional resilience of the volunteer.

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to estimate drug prescription indicators in outpatient services provided at Iran Social Security Organization (SSO) healthcare facilities. Methods: Data on all prescribed drugs for outpatient visits from 2017 to 2018 were extracted from the SSO database. The data were categorized into 4 main subgroups: patient characteristics, provider characteristics, service characteristics, and type of healthcare facility. Logistic regression models were used to detect risk factors for inappropriate drug prescriptions. SPSS and IBM Modeler software were utilized for data analysis. Results: In 2017, approximately 150 981 752 drug items were issued to outpatients referred to SSO healthcare facilities in Iran. The average number of drug items per outpatient prescription was estimated at 3.33. The proportion of prescriptions that included an injection was 17.5%, and the rate of prescriptions that included an antibiotic was 37.5%. Factors such as patient sex and age, provider specialty, type of facility, and time of outpatient visit were associated with the risk of inappropriate prescriptions. Conclusions: In this study, all drug prescription criteria exceeded the recommended limits set by the World Health Organization. To improve the current prescription patterns throughout the country, it would be beneficial to provide providers with monthly and annual reports and to consider implementing some prescription policies for physicians.

  • Of all the 55 security departments in colleges, the information security departments occupies the majority of 45. Though existing security focused too much on information security, a new research stream on industrial security from a perspective of convergence has emerged. Since the first department of industrial security was established in a college in 2014, the total of four departments have been established until 2018. A new discipline to solve the existing problems and an opportunity to cultivate industrial security professionals have been greatly appreciated; however, the definition of industrial security is not yet specific, and more discussions on education categories and subjects with a focus on the characteristics of convergence are needed. The demand for industrial security professionals has gradually increasing and the departments of industrial security have been established to meet the demand. It is necessary, in this circumstance, to find out how the industrial security departments are teaching students. To this end, the purpose of this article is to deliver an overview of the educational curriculums of the four industrial security departments. This study analyzed 127 subjects in the curriculums, categorized educational areas, and employed Social Network Analysis to understand the relationships between subjects of each departments.

We also use social media characteristics as moderators between antecedents and customers' satisfaction. The main results are as follows. First, except site design, most of the intrinsic factors of service quality, such as information, transaction, communication and perceived security had positive effects on customers' satisfaction. Second, all the extrinsic factors of service quality, such as discount rate, constraints, and discrimination had significant impacts on customers' satisfaction. Third, the social media characteristics could not moderate the relationship between service qualities and customers' satisfaction. • This study clarifies the theoretical background and the floor plan characteristics of component schools in Small Schools Complexes. The recent researches have proved the enhancement of students' social relationship and school security in the new school environment. The findings fur the characteristics by analyzing the component schools from six school complexes follow: (1) Students can access their classrooms in component schools through main entrances, shared corridors and private corridors. (2) Teachers' area is segregated from students' area, which does not encourage the social relationship between teachers and students. (3) Some of special classrooms, which are generally considered as shared facilities in a Small Schools Complex, are planned within component schools for accommodating specialized educational programs. (4) A component school occupying multiple floors reduces Intelligibility of space and chances of users' visual contact to colleagues. Finally, this study proposed the alternative floor planning directions in order to improve users' social relationship in a component school.
