환자흐름에의 영향요인 (The Factors Affecting Patient-Flow)

  • It is widely known that patients' utilization pattern for medical care facilities and the patientflow are influenced by multi-factors, such as demographic characteristics, structural characteristics of society, socio-psychological characteristics(value, attitude, norms, culture, health behavior, etc.), economic characteristics(income, medical price, relative price, physician induced demand, etc.), geographical accessibility, systematic characteristics(health care delivery system, payment methods for physician fees, form of health care security, etc.), and characteristics of medical facilities(reliability, quality of medical care, convenience, kindness, tec.). This study was conducted to research the mechanism of patient-flow according to changes of health care system(implementation of national health insurance, health care referral system and regionalization of health care utilization, etc.) and characteristics of medical facilities(ownership of hospital, characteristics of medical services, non-medical characteristics, etc.). In this study, the fact could be ascertained that the patient-flow had been influenced by changes of health care system and characteristics of medical facilities.

  • 모바일 결제시스템의 여러 가지 특성에 힘입어 많은 이용자는 언제 어디서나 시간과 장소의 제한 없이 다양한 제품을 손쉽게 구입할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 모바일 결제시스템의 특성(보안성, 호환성, 효율성, 경제성, 신뢰성)에 대한 인식도가 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들의 특성(인구통계적 특성, 모바일 결제시스템 이용특성)에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 한국과 중국의 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 이용한 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들의 성별, 국적, 연령, 모바일 결제시스템 이용금액에 따라 모바일 결제시스템의 일부 특성에 대한 인식도에 있어서 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통한 분석결과는 향후 한국과 중국에서 모바일 결제시스템의 활성화 방안 및 성공적 정착을 모색하는 연구자나 실무자들에게 여러 측면에서의 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

시스템다이내믹스의 발전과 방법론적 위상 (Issues and Methodological Status of System Dynamics)

  • This paper reviews issues and methodological status of system dynamics and suggest some research agenda for its development in Korea. After reviewing some characteristics of system dynamics approach, including dynamic feedback perspective and endogenous point of view, the paper pointed out methodological characteristics of system dynamics. It seems to be the most notable characteristics of System Dynamics that it use both quantitative and qualitative approach in explaining and modelling reality. Besides, System Dynamicists rely more heavily on refutationism than instrumentalism and this allows System Dynamicists follow more strict way of scientific inquiry. For the development of System Dynamics in Korean academic circle, developing training program and curriculum, networking scattered System Dynamicist all over the country, would be the most important task.

상용차용 전동식 클러치의 동적특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of a Electric Motor Clutch for Commercial Vehicles)

  • To improve the performance of clutch actuator of clutch-by-wire system for commercial vehicles, it is necessary to understand the driving characteristics of the system. To explain and predict the effects of driving characteristics on clutch characteristics, AMESim software is used. The simulation model of clutch-by-wire system is developed in the AMESim environments under the geometrical dimensions and driving mechanisms of the clutch-by-wire system, such as the rotation speed of the DC motor, the gear ratio of the reducer, the design parameters of the release fork, the coefficient of the clutch diaphragm spring, and so on. The results show that the theoretical analysis of the clutch-by-wire system for commercial vehicles using the AMESim software find out the driving characteristics of the clutch actuator, and predict the performance characteristics of the clutch-by-wire system.

진동-음향 연성계의 모드특성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Modal Characteristics of the Vibration-Acoustic Coupled System)

  • Modal parameters determine the frequency response characteristics of vibration system or acoustic system. When the two systems are fully coupled, however, coupling changes the vibrational and acoustic model parameters into those of the coupled system. In this case, it is very difficult to obtain the modified model parameters and response characteristics. In this paper, coupling effect is analytically investigated on the natural frequency, mode and frequency response characteristics. The result can be applied to understand and to design the frequency response characteristics of the vehicle passenger compartment.

  • The unpredicted worldwide oil price makes the energy efficiency technology be more importance than any other period. The small cogeneration system is one of the most representative technology among the energy efficiency technologies, and the Stirling engine cogeneration system has been concerned and investigated due to the preferable characteristics - low toxic emission, low noise and vibration level, and the various form of fuel. A tiny, 1kW of electrical output, gas fueled Stirling engine cogeneration system was investigated. The electrical efficiency and thermal efficiency of the system were measured. The experiment was executed at an independent Stirling engine mode, independent secondary burner mode, and the combined mode. Part load characteristics of the Stirling engine cogeneration system were investigated also. With the efficiency characteristics, the $O_2$ and NOx emission characteristics were measured.

  • In this study, a model of pneumatic cylinder position control system considering dynamic characteristics of transmission line is proposed. The transfer characteristics of transmission line are assumed to be second order transfer function because the effect of resonance characteristics of transmission line under high frequency range can be neglected by the friction force and low pass characteristics of the pneumatic cylinder driving system. Therefore, the position control system including transmission line can be modeled by using a model of pneumatic cylinder driving system and the model of transmission line. The effectiveness of the proposed model is proved by comparison of simulation results using proposed model with experimental results.

경어뢰의 정특성 허용오차 산정 (An Evaluation of the Tolerance of the Static Characteristics for Light Weight Torpedoes)

  • Static Characteristics of the system, such as weight, center of gravity etc., are inspected and regulated through the whole design process of a light weight torpedo system, and the nominal condition of the characteristics is prescribed for standardization of manufacturing and fabrication. It is possible that a real system or assembled system has different static characteristics from that of the nominal condition. It is required to evaluate the tolerance of the static characteristics within which the performance of the system should not be contaminated by the static characteristics. In this paper, an evaluation method of the tolerance is described for light weight torpedo systems. The method is to check on the performance and related critical parameters of light weight torpedoes. The checking items are composed of general conditions of underwater mobile systems such as stability and dynamic sensitivity and specified performance requirements for light weight torpedoes.

  • The effect due to group delay and non linear characteristics in high speed data satellite channel was represented in this paper. Based on the modeling of group delay and non linear characteristics the performance was analyzed in ka band satellite channel. The group delay and non-linear characteristics in high speed data transmission severely affect the system performance. The more Eb/No is required to satisfy the required system performance. The optimum operating points of HDR satellite transmission system are implemented by considering analyzed results for channel characteristics

  • This paper concerns the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics analysis of a high-speed spindle system for horizontal machining centers with 45mm x50,000rpm. The spindle system is designed based on the angular contact ceramic ball bearings, built-in motor, oil-air lubrication method and oil jacket cooling method. The structural and thermal analysis models of spindle system are constructed by the finite element method. The static and dynamic characteristics are estimated based on the static deformation, modal parameter, mode shape and frequency response function, and the thermal characteristics are estimated based on the temperature rise, temperature distribution and thermal deformation. The analysis results illustrate that the designed spindle system has excellent structural and thermal stabilities
