Purpose: The purpose of this review was to analyze the characteristics and effectiveness of online-based intervention for infertile women. Methods: We established the PICO (Participant-Intervention-Comparison-Outcome) strategy and conducted a systematic review of 7 literatures retrieved from 3 electronic databases of Ovid-Medline, Ovid-Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Two investigators independently extracted the data and assessed the quality of included studies using Cochrane risk of bias. Results: The pregnancy outcome showed that higher total risk scores (TRS) about lifestyle behavior was significantly associated with lower chance of pregnancy (aHR 0.79, 95% CI 0.72~0.85). Stress was significantly decreased in experimental groups receiving online-based interventions (p<.05). Depression score was significantly lower in groups receiving additional interventions besides on-line interventions than those who used online-based intervention only. The other outcomes, including anxiety, self-efficacy, helpfulness of intervention, perceived social support, and knowledge scores were not significantly different within and between groups in overall. Characteristics of the interventions were heterogeneous. Conclusion: There is evidence that online-based intervention in infertile women enhances the pregnancy and reduces stress levels.

본 연구는 스마트폰 맛집 앱에 대한 순수성, 유용성, 과장성, 동의성이 신뢰 및 지각된 위험과 최종적으로 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하여 모바일 애플리케이션의 유용한 정보를 제시하고자 하였다. 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling)에 의해 스마트폰 맛집 앱 이용자 275명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사용후기 특성 중 순수성 및 유용성과 동의성은 신뢰에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 과장성은 신뢰에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용후기 특성 중 순수성 및 유용성만이 지각된 위험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신뢰는 지각된 위험보다 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신뢰와 지각된 위험 모두 스마트폰 맛집 앱 사용후기 특성 중 순수성 및 유용성, 사용후기 동의성과 이용의도 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Purpose: This study aimed to conduct a systematic review and to describe characteristics of the birth experience assessment instrument. Methods: Literature related to the development of the birth experience assessment instrument was examined using a systematic review method. A literature search was conducted using the keywords as '[normal birth]; [$satisfac^*$ OR care quality]; [instrument OR scale] AND (development)' through PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, PsycINFO, and RISS. The search used quality appraisal through QUADAS (Quality Assessment of studies of Diagnostic Accuracy included Systemic reviews) yielding 17 records. Results: The birth experience assessment instrument was categorized for instrumental characteristics: birth satisfaction (n=8), perception of labor experience (n=5), and birth care quality assessment in normal and operative birth experiences (n=4). Important key elements for content characteristics were as follows: nursing practice (n=10), pain control (n=5), environment (n=5), participation (n=4), and support (n=4). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the birth experience instrument is appropriate for measuring quality of birth care in various clinical conditions. This review of the birth experience instrument reports that an appropriate psychometric tool for enhancing quality of birth care is important.

The mount suppliers are providing limited information on the dynamic characteristics of the mounts to some designers and some manufacturers of the high-precision machines. In this technical study, the experimental review was carried out about dynamic characteristics of five kinds of commercial passive mounts sold in the market. The dynamic characteristics, natural frequency and damping ratio, extracted from experimental tests were compared to the materials supplied by mount makers. In order to predict the performance of the high-precision machines with mounts, exact values of the dynamic characteristics of mounts should be used in the stage of numerical analysis.

The aim of this article was to review age-dependent clinical recommendations for appropriate root canal instrumentation techniques. A comprehensive narrative review of canal morphology, the structural characteristics of dentin, and endodontic outcomes at different ages was undertaken instead of a systematic review. An electronic literature search was carried out, including the Medline (Ovid), PubMed, and Web of Science databases. The searches used controlled vocabulary and free-text terms, as follows: 'age-related root canal treatment,' 'age-related instrumentation,' 'age-related chemo-mechanical preparation,' 'age-related endodontic clinical recommendations,' 'root canal instrumentation at different ages,' 'geriatric root canal treatment,' and 'pediatric root canal treatment.' Due to the lack of literature with practical age-based clinical recommendations for an appropriate root canal instrumentation technique, a narrative review was conducted to suggest a clinical algorithm for choosing the most appropriate instrumentation technique during root canal treatment. Based on the evidence found through the narrative review, an age-related clinical algorithm for choosing appropriate instrumentation during root canal treatment was proposed. Age affects the morphology of the root canal system and the structural characteristics of dentin. The clinician's awareness of root canal morphology and dentin characteristics can influence the choice of instruments for root canal treatment.

The field of international management has consistently been recognized as one of the key research pillars in the grand scope of trade studies. In this paper, we conducted critical review on literatures of international management, which were published in Korea Trade Review from 1975 to 2019. Especially, this paper analyzed 'when did research results in the field of international management appear in Korea Trade Review for the first time?', 'how many papers in the field of international management have been published in Korea Trade Review so far?', 'what topics have the papers in the field of international management published in Korea Trade Review mainly described?', and 'what research methods have the papers in the field of international management published in Korea Trade Review adopted?' In particular, this paper compared the similarities and differences between the research issues in leading global journals and those of international management research papers published in Korea Trade Review. In addition, some implications for future research would be suggested regarding what characteristics of international management studies will be meaningful to be published in the Korea Trade Review.

본 연구는 최근 이용률이 높은 영상정보의 특성을 탐색하고 이를 기반으로 영상정보 활용을 위한 기초능력을 파악하고자 문헌 연구와 탐색 연구를 진행하였다. 문헌 연구를 통해 다른 유형의 정보와 달리 영상이 가지는 특성을 다양한 측면에서 파악하였다. 다음으로 10대부터 50대에 해당하는 16명을 인터뷰 참여자로 선정하고 영상 이용 경험에 관한 반구조화된 1:1 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 내용을 범주별로 조직화하여 코드북을 제작하고 내용 분석을 진행하였으며 이를 토대로 영상정보의 특성을 확인하였다. 최종적으로 문헌 연구와 인터뷰 내용 분석을 통해 영상정보의 특성을 확인하였으며, 이를 영상정보의 속성과 영상정보 이용의 특성으로 구분하였다. 본 연구에서 확인한 영상정보 특성을 기반으로 영상정보 활용을 위한 기초능력을 제안하였다.

Objectives : This study analyzes the characteristics of hospital organization structures, insurance claims reviews and assessment tasks and their effects on hospitals in Pusan. Methods : The data for this study were collected through interview and self-administered surveys in 109 hospitals. The study included only - hospitals with a minimum of 50beds and excluded those providing only dental, psychiatric, or long-term care. Results : The findings of this study state that the number of beds has an influence on the organizitional structure. Conclusions : Hospital managements should seek human resources management(the insurance claims reviewer and evaluator) schemes that take into account the characteristics of the medical institution. In addition, insurance claims review and assessment tasks in hospitals require considerable knowledge and experience, and hospitals should be equipped with staff that have the relevant expertise. Therefore, to further deepen knowledge, comprehensive training should be continuously carried out in order to produce specialists in claims review and assessment.

노년세대는 발달과제인 '자아통합감'을 이루기 위해 기억, 평가, 종합의 역동적인 과정인 '인생회고'가 필요하다. 자서전 쓰기는 사고양상으로서 내러티브를 기반으로 인생회고의 도구 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구는 뉴실버세대에게 디지털 자서전이 자아통합감을 이루는 도구로서 본래의 역할을 충분히 할 수 있도록 고려해야 할 점을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 인생회고로 자아통합감을 이뤄가는 과정에 관한 이론들을 먼저 살펴보고, 자서전 쓰기의 양상 및 내러티브의 3가지 개념과 자서전적 글쓰기의 구성자질을 고찰할 것이다. 다음으로, 디지털 내러티브를 기반으로 한 디지털 자서전의 특징을 살펴보고, 뉴실버세대의 디지털 자서전 연구를 위한 고려 사항을 제안한다.
