$MnO_2$ 첨가량에 따른 $BaTiO_3$계의 PTC효과와 원적외선 방사특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the Radiation Properties of Far-infrared and PTC Effect in the $BaTiO_3$ system by $MnO_2$ Amounts of Additives)

  • It is very important that a spectrum of reflectance is in accord wi th a spectrum of absorbance for a effective heating. Therefore. the objective of this study was to achieve a technical composite for material plan which PTC thermistor increase a radiation property of far-infrared and keep a characteristic of R-T The Ceramic speciman studies had the composition $BaTiO_3$ with additive of 1.67 $Al_2O_3$, 3.75 $SiO_2$, 1.25 $TiO_2$, 0.15 $Sb_2O_3$ and 0.00-0.182 $MnO_2$. $MnO_2$ amounts of additives was both increase on the anomalous resistivity-temperature characteristics and high efficiency on the radiation properties bodies of far-infrared. This result shows that specimens produced high emissivity(average 0.8) of far-infrared at 4.5-15$[{\mu}m]$ by measuring a characteristic of IR and R-T.

변형된 접지면을 이용한 초광대역 프린티드 모노폴 안테나 (An Ultra Wideband Printed Monopole Antenna Using Modified Ground Plane)

  • 본 논문에서는 초광대역 특성을 가지는 프린티드 모노폴 안테나를 제안하였다. 제안한 안테나는 마이크로스트립 급전구조를 사용하였으며, 변형된 접지면과 복사소자 사이에 형성된 테이퍼 구조는 입력 임피던스의 변화를 개선시킴으로써 광대역 특성을 구현하였다. 제안한 안테나를 최적화 시킨 후, 제작 ·측정한 결과 VSWR$\leq$2를 기준으로 하한 주파수 0.89 GHz에서 상한 주파수 30 GHz 이상의 초광대역 특성을 갖는다. 안테나의 복사형태는 $\theta$=0$^{\circ}$ 방향에서 복사 이득이 아주 낮고, $\theta$값이 증가하면서 복사 이득이 증가하는 코니컬 빔 복사 패턴을 갖는다.

  • Our company produces boilers for industrial usages or power plants. The aim of this study is to investigate the flame structure, heat transfer to evaporator tube wall and NOx emission in the furnaces. Also we are to derive correct FEGT(Furnace Exit Gas Temperature) characteristic curve. When we design furnace and superheater, economizer etc. FEGT characteristic curve is very important factor for optimum design. We calculated turbulent reacting flow, heat transfer and NOx emission in furnace by using numerical modeling with the help of commercial code. Three dimensional steady state calculation is done. k-e turbulence model and equilibrium chemistry combustion model with $\beta-probability$ density function is used. To calculate radiation heat transfer discrete ordinates model is used. And we measured FEGT at several operating plants. Measurement is done by R-type thermocouple. Radiation shield is attached to the thermocouple to prevent radiation effect. Measured and calculated results show good agreement. And we could understand the flame structure and NOx formation positions in each furnaces.

차량 내부에서의 모노폴 안테나 방사패턴 연구 (A Study on Monopole Antenna Radiation Pattern inside Vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 내부에서 발생되는 안테나 방사패턴의 변화를 관찰하기 위해 모노폴 안테나를 사용하여 차량 내부에서 안테나의 방사패턴을 측정하였다. 다수의 반사파가 존재하는 좁은 공간에서는 안테나의 특성이 변해 무선 통신 환경에 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 그러므로 실제 차량 내부에서 제공되는 무선 통신 서비스인 GPS 와 Wibro 동작 주파수 대역에서 안테나 방사패턴에 대한 모의실험과 측정실험을 수행하였다. 모의실험은 광선추적법을 기반으로 하였으며 측정실험은 각 동작 주파수 대역을 중심 주파수로 갖는 두 쌍의 모노폴 안테나를 제작하여 자유공간과 차량 내부에서 주파수에 따라 방사패턴을 측정하였다. 모의실험과 측정실험의 결과를 바탕으로 차량 내부와 자유공간에서의 안테나 방사패턴을 비교하였을 때 안테나의 전방향성 특성을 유지되며, 차량 내부에서 안테나의 수신전력이 자유공간에서의 결과보다 증가하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 주파수가 증가할수록 자유공간과 차량 내부에서의 수신전력 차이가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • High energy electron beams were to concentrically dose inside a tumor and more energy is a shape decreased of dose. Therefore, it is useful to radiation therapy of a tumor. Also high energy electron beams ionized into collision with a atom in structure material of tissue and it has big changes to dose distribution by multiple scattering. The study had to establish characteristic of electron beams from interaction of electron beams and materials. Experiment method was to measure dependence of electron beam central axis for depth dose curve, field flatness and symmetry and field size dependence. The results were able to evaluate data for a datum pint of electron beam. Also radiotherapy has to be considered for not only energy pencil of lines but characteristic, electron guide and isodose curves distribution.

  • In this paper, 2.4GHz RF Module using Even Harmonic Mixer(EHM) was designed and fabricated for Direct conversion(DC) system. By minimizing performance degradation of DC system with DC offset and LO radiation, the capability of minimization and one chip solution in wireless system was proposed. The designed EHM using anti-parallel diode pair represented 9dB conversion loss and about -60dBm 2LO leakage radiation in RF port, and output reflection and reverse transmission characteristic of low noise amplifier was improved. So superior DC offset suppression characteristic is expected. RF Module which consists of EHM, LNA, RF amplifier, Frequency synthesizer and Duplexer was designed and fabricated.

UWB용 사다리꼴 모노폴 마이크로스트립 안테나 (Trapezoidal Monopole Microstrip Antenna for UWB)

  • 본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립구조에서 $3.1{\times}10.6GHz$대역의 UWB 통신을 위한 사다리꼴 안테나모델에 대해 광대역화를 검토하였다. 두 사다리꼴의 마이크로스트립패치 치수를 서로 다르게 한 모노폴의 사다리꼴안테나 모델에 대해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 UWB의 대역폭에서 반사손실 -10dB(VSWR<2)이하의 임피던스 정합특성을 보이는 안테나의 동작특성을 나타내 보였다. 또한, 본 논문에서 구한 최적화 안테나는 UWB의 전 대역에서 선형위상과 수평면내에서 대체로 무지향 방사특성을 나타내 보인다.

Characteristic Plain Radiographic and Intravenous Urographic Findings of Bladder Calculi Formed over a Hair Nidus: A Case Report

  • We present the characteristic plain radiographic and intravenous urographic (IVU) findings of calculus formed over a hair. A 66-year-old man who had been quadriplegic for 40 years because of vertebral injury was admitted for further evaluation of frequent urinary tract infection. Plain radiography showed a linear, serpiginous calcification in the lower abdomen, and IVU revealed a round filling defect with linear radiopacity in the bladder, suggesting calculus. The gross appearance of the stone after extraction demonstrated that calcification had formed over a hair.

  • Noise produced by surface transportation vehicles affects our daily lives, penetrating wherver man lives or works. In this paper, a theoretical model has been studied to describe the sound radiation by the surface vibration of in-service tires and studied about an experiment on sound radiation characteristic due to tire vibration. When a tire is analyzed, it has been modeled as a curved beams with distributed sprongs and dash-pots which represent the radial, tangential stiffnes and damping of tire, respectively. The experimental investigation for the sound radiation of a radial tire has been made. Based on the sound intensity and STSF(Spatial Transformation of Sound Field) techniques. the sound pressure and the sound radiation are measured. The comparison of numerically analyzed results with experimental results was made seperately for the tire in rotation. As a result of this study, a program for the prediction of the tire vibration sound radiation was intended to by developed which enables a designer of a tire to foresee the influence of the various design factors on the tire vibration sound radiation.

Bismuth modified gamma radiation shielding properties of titanium vanadium sodium tellurite glasses as a potent transparent radiation-resistant glass applications

  • This work reported the radiation shielding characteristic of the bismuth titanium vanadium sodium tellurite glass system. The density of the specially-developed glass samples was increased from 2.21 to 4.01 g/cm3 with the addition of Bi2O3, despite the fact the molar volume is decease within 85.43-54.79 cm3/mol. The WinXcom program was used to approximate the effect of Bi2O3 on the gamma radiation shielding parameters of bismuth titanium vanadium sodium tellurite glasses. The ㎛ values decrease with the increase of Bi2O3 concentration. The computed data shows that the glass sample with 20 mol.% of Bi2O3 content has the greatest radiation attenuation performance in comparison to other selected glasses. The Bi2O3-TiO2-V2O5-Na2O-TeO2 glass system shows excellent neutron shielding material with high long-term light transmittance and discharge resistance and could be potentially used as transparent radiation-resistant shielding glass applications.
