The amount of packets in palyout buffer of video streaming receiver can be changed by network condition, and saturated and exhausted by the delay and jitter. Especially, if the amount of incoming video traffic exceeds the maximum allowed playout buffer, buffer overflow problem can be generated. It makes the deterioration of video image and the discontinuity of playout by skip phenomenon. Also, if the incoming packets are delayed by network confusion, the stop phenomenon of video image is made by buffering due to buffer underflow problem. To solve these problems, this paper proposes the video streaming receiver with token bucket scheme which automatically establishes the important parameters like token generation rate r and bucket maximum capacity c adapting to the pattern of video packets. The simulation results using network simulator-2 (NS-2) and joint scalable video model (JSVM) show that the proposed token bucket scheme with automatic establishment parameter provides better performance than the existing token bucket scheme with manual establishment parameter in terms of the generation number of overflow and underflow, packer loss rate, and peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) in three test video sequences.

This study is purpose to trace a genealogy of Rainbow stripe in 30 ethnic costumes in East Asia. And with through comparative views between Korean and the other minority that is shown a bilateral relation of rainbow stripe in their costume, we make sure the unique character of rainbow stripe in Korean traditional costume. The stripe in the costumes was generally used on sleeves with 3~6 patches. There were 10 types of methods for making the stripe including sewing. Weaving and sewing with trimming was also frequently used either and the stripe by weaving with multicolored yarns were mostly found in the southern region of china. Black, blue and red were frequently used in the costume as a main color that was contrasted with rainbow stripe and especially, black was mostly used. Korean preferred bright colors as a main color. Contents of the genealogy of the multicolored stripe in ethnic costume in East Asia are followed. The 28 ethnic groups who used the stripe in their dress except Korean, the Mans, Mongo people and Tibetan were located in the southern region of East Asia. And the other ethnic groups distributed in the northwest and northeast region of East Asia. The distribution of the rainbow stripe in the costume could be grouped into two sections: the southern region people and Korean-the Mongol people-the Tus- the Zangs group. And the latter group was shown strong relation with the culture of Korean's rainbow stripe costume. 11 ethnic peoples including Korean, the Vis, the Miaos, the Tus, the Mongol people, the Chaoxians, the Zangs, the Lahus, the Jinuos, the Hanis, the Luobas and the Dulongs, were saliently used the stripe in their costume. The stripe in Japanese costume was judged that was not a kind of the rainbow stripe was shown the other ethnic groups, was a color arrangement by layered dress or geometrical pattern. From above, we could recap a particular characteristic of the rainbow stripe in Korean traditional costume. Many colors were used in the stripe and bodies than the other ethnic people and the color was bright. In many cases, a color of patch at the point of armhole was red and Black color was not used in the stripe. The width of patch was a relatively narrow and regular. It has shown that the rainbow stripe in Korean traditional costume was organized independently.

This thesis explores the relationship between self-construal and online communication pattern. The Internet has changed human-to human communication. This study was to analyze how the self-construal was appeared and what relationship self-construal had with several variables: the motivation of the on-line community member, the on-line community's character, the communication behavior, the level of relationship between on-line community members- in on-line communities. The data was collected through the on-line survey research(N=79) and off-line survey research(N=255). The results lead us to conclude that the self-construals in on-line communities reflect two factors, which is similar to the off-line community. Nevertheless, self-construals in on-line communities are more complicated. In addition, uniqueness of self-construals which is the tendency to express the self and think connection with others critical is the important factor in on-line communities' communication. It is also central that the impact of self-construals on communication behavior is significant. I think this study was a small touch to explore cyber communication applying to self-consturals. And I hope this small touch would spread out and help to understand human communication as well as cyber communication.

The objective of this study was to see if fairly simple magnetic nano-particle treatment enhances boar semen qualities. Boar semen samples were prepared from the swine AI center and samples were divided by 4 different motility groups (1, >90%; 2. 80~90%; 3. 70~80%; 4. <70%) using computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) evaluation. Boar semen was extended using BTS extender and same number of magnetic nano-particles as total number of spermatozoa in each sample was treated for 20 min and collected for 5 min at room temperature. Sperm qualities such as motility and viability were evaluated by the CASA before and after treatment. Sperm abnormality and degree of agglutination were also evaluated under the microscopic examination before and after treatment. There were significant changes (p<0.05) on sperm motility from all 4 different groups in the average of 7.11% after treatment. The enhancement of sperm motility changes was more clear in the groups of lower sperm motile groups (<70% and 70~80%; 19.12±1.08% and 5.67±0.71%, p<0.05). The sperm motility character in terms of curvilinear velocity (VCL), straight line velocity (VSL), average path velocity (VAP) and linearity (LIN, %) showed also similar pattern but motility enhancement wear more clear in below 70% motile group. Average sperm viability was increased to 4% by magnetic nano-particles (p<0.05). The percentage of sperm abnormality was also reduced significantly (p<0.05) to the range of 3.7~4.5% before after treatment. The degree of sperm agglutination was also reduced in lower motility groups by the magnetic nano-particle purification.

The full grasp of recreation demand and factors affecting on recreation demand can be very important information for park planning and management. The object-tives of this study are to investigate factors affecting the fluctuation of urban park visitors and to analyze the relationship between these factors and the daily parti-cipations. The results were as follows; 1) The peak of monthly participations comes on May, April, August and October in order. And these months are specified as school picnic period and vacation of school children. 2) In correlation analysis, the variables such as ‘Day of a week(D)’, ‘Monthly mean temp.(T)’and ‘Monthly character(M)’have high correlations with ‘No. of visitors’in order. And it is better to categorize months by its charater(picnic period in school, vacation etc) than by seasons. 3) Candidate regression model were established, as for 1984 log U= 1.51 + 0.64D1 + 0.02T + 0.36W1 - 0.23M4 + 0.003SS + 0.24Ml($R^2$=0.5326) where, U=no. of daily visitors D1 = sunday.ho1iday(1), weekday(0) T=monthly mean temperature($^{\circ}C$) W1= weather (sunny.cloudy(1) , rainy (>5mm)(0)> M4=non vacations and non school picnic period(1) , if not (0) SS=monthly sunshining hours M1=summer vacation(1), if not(0) 4) The most important variable was ‘Day of a week’(sunday.holiday or not). And temperature, weather and monthly charcter(especially picnic period of school and vacation) were in turn, hence ‘Children's grand park’shows the use pattern of park.

With the popularity of Korean Wave, making cultural goods specific for Hallyu tourists is getting more important. However, there are mainly daily life goods using celebrity character-based ones. Remarkably, there are only a few cultural goods especially in practicality-based clothing category. In particular, few cultural goods related to children's wear have been developed. Therefore, if children's wear is developed as Korean Wave cultural goods considering Chinese consumers' pattern and Korean Wave cultural goods, it will be helpful for revitalizing the Korean Wave and Korea's fashion market. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to develop children's wear design as Korean Wave cultural goods, thereby presenting empirical research results and fulfilling its following objectives: First, it is to identify the concept of Korean Wave cultural goods, to analyze the current status to finally establish data to develop Korean Wave cultural goods needed at this time. Second, it is to make real-life size works through development of designs to provide the empirical data for Korean Wave cultural goods market. For the research method and contents the review of the previous research, in-depth interview for qualitative research, and empirical research using market research and development of work were performed. Through the final research outcomes, Korean Wave cultural goods, the children's wear that can meet the consumer's needs were presented as empirical data. The study can be used as basic data for domestic fashion market and cultural product market and it is meaningful as a reference for the analysis on the Chinese consumers' needs.

The Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) standard was proposed by the International Standardization Organization (ISO/SC 29/WG 10) and the CCITT SG VIII as an international standard for digital continuous-tone still image compression. The JPEG standard has been widely accepted in electronic imaging, computer graphics, and multi-media applications, however, due to the lossy character of the JPEG compression its application in the field of medical imaging has been limited. In this paper, the JPEG standard was applied to a series of head sections of magnetic resonance (MR) images (256 gray levels, $256{\times}256$ size) and its performance was investigated. For this purpose, DCT-based sequential mode of the JPEG standard was implemented using the CL550 compression chip and progressive and lossless coding was implemented by software without additional hardware. From the experiment, it appears that the compression ratio of about 10 to 20 was obtained for the MR images without noticeable distortion. It is also noted that the error signal between the reconstructed image by the JPEG and the original image was nearly random noise without causing any special-pattern-related artifact. Although the coding efficiency of the progressive and hierarchical coding is identical to that of the sequential coding in compression ratio and SNR, it has useful features In fast search of patient Image from huge image data base and in remote diagnosis through slow public communication channel.

In this paper, we present a vision algorithm and method for input image improvement and preprocessing of dented and raised characters on the sidewall of tires. we define optical condition between reflect coefficient and reflectance by the physical vector calculate. On the contrary this work will recognize the engraved characters using the computer vision technique. Tire input images have all most same grey levels between the characters and backgrounds. The reflectance is little from a tire surface. therefore, it's very difficult segment the characters from the background. Moreover, one side of the character string is raised and the other is dented. So, the captured images are varied with the angle of camera and illumination. For optimum Input images, the angle between camera and illumination was found out to be with in 90$^{\circ}$. In addition, We used complex filtering with low-pass and high-pass band filters to improve input images, for clear input images. Finally we define equation reflect coefficient and reflectance. By doing this, we obtained good images of tires for pattern recognition.

This study examines how cinematic texts are used in movies through Lee Jun-ik's 2015 film, and what narrative and visual effects are obtained through them. This film portrays poet Yun Dong-ju as a central figure and chooses to reconstruct his life. The movie, , used Yun's poetry as a device to maximize the lyricism of the film and to suggest a change in the fate of the character and the inside. In other words, uses Yun Dong-ju's poetry to aesthetically express the inner change of the characters in the film and the sensitivity of the film. Through this, I visualize Yun Dong-ju as poet Yun Dong-ju, a poet who was stuffed in literary books, as a normal literary youth. It is also a reminder of the weight of the reality that the present youth is experiencing and the problem of an individual living in history. In this respect, the movie is a major text that depicts the poetry and poetry of the time, and the age of poet through the media. 'Poetry' as the text of the text delivered with the image maximized the lyricism of the image and led to high aesthetic achievement. Through poetry and poetry, it can be regarded as the main text approaching the problems of history, individual, literature and reality.

This paper examines the aspect of the novel which appeared in the union of the male and female relationship of "OkSuki", one of the novels of the 19th century. "Oksuki" is a work focusing on the relationship between men and women. It takes a narrative structure based on the relationship. It shows various aspects of the relationship through the structure in which the pluralities of plural persons are repeated. Other events and illustrations, except for the talk, are both an occasion of the alliance and an auxiliary role. At the beginning of the work, the main character's parents are described in detail.By arranging the prophecies related to the relationship between the protagonist and the brothers, it suggests that subsequent narratives will flow into the center of the relationship. The male characters that make up the alliance are characteristically trained and have a good taste, and the Caines are colorfully colored. It is believed that the marriage pattern faithfully follows the medieval status order. The reason why the figure of the person who becomes his wife and the person of the concubine are set differently is because the image of the wife and the concubine are different from each other ideally. The characters who are going to be hungry are emphasized on the clause, efficacy, knowledge, and inner peace, and are actively involved in. On the other hand, conciliatory characters emphasize talent and craftsmanship, and their role is reduced after marriage. The wife is a person who has both Confucian culture and knowledge and is able to care for her husband and family well. Concultation is shaped as a person who can enjoy joyful life and emphasize more affection in relation with his wife.
