This paper presents dynamic modelling and simulation study on attitude/altitude control of an insect-mimicking flapping micro aerial vehicle during hovering. Mathematical modelling consists of three parts: simplified flapping kinematics, flapping-wing aerodynamics, and six degree of freedom dynamics. Attitude stabilization is accomplished through linear quadratic regulator based on the linearized model of the time-varying nonlinear system, and altitude control is designed in the outer loop using PID control. The performance of the proposed controller is verified through numerical simulation where attitude stabilization and altitude control is done for hovering. In addition, it is confirmed that the attitude channel by periodic control is marginally stable against periodic pitching moment caused by flapping.
The importance of online communication is getting increased by the rapid growth of smartphone supply and Social Network Service (SNS) use. Catching up with the trend, firms are actively use SNS to improve brand image, promote products, and communicate with customer. On the one hand, SNS is the channel for firms' marketing activities, but on the other, it is also the channel where the events related to the firms propagate in real time. Firms are led to unexpected state of crisis, when events are quickly spread out on SNS. Then firms are assessed their image by the way they deal with the state of crisis. This paper proposes to figure out user response on SNS according to each crisis response strategies by analyzing event-related twitter data when crisis situations of firms arise. We classify crisis response strategies into response attitude, defensive and accommodative response, and response speed, fast and slow response. This paper suggests optimal crisis response strategy to firms regarding state of crisis propagated on SNS.
The purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of the 6th industry by presenting suggestions on how to utilize agricultural food mobile SNS and how to purchase intention. In this study, the mobile SNS, which is rapidly emerging as a new marketing channel, was applied to the agricultural and food sector to conduct a empirical analysis. First of all, the characteristics of agricultural food-related mobile SNS that affect the purchasing intent of agricultural food were derived, and the indirect effects of consumer attitudes were analyzed in relation to the perceived characteristics of the mobile SNS for the agricultural food and the purchase intention. First, information quality and ease of access have a significant effect on cognitive attitude (+), and playfulness, information quality, ease of access have a significant effect on emotional attitude (+), and playfulness, interactivity have a significant effect on an acting attitude (+). Second, information quality, accessibility, and playfulness have a significant effect on purchase intention (+), and the quality of information has the greatest influence. Third, it was analyzed that information quality, interactivity, ease of accessibility, and playfulness have an indirect effect of consumer attitude in the path of purchase through consumer attitude. From the results of this study, it was confirmed that efforts to improve the quality of information in the case of mobile SNS related to agricultural and food products are needed first, that to improve the purchasing intent, we need to establish a mobile SNS operating strategy and marketing strategy for enhance consumer attitudes in a favorable. On the other hand, related education and system cooperation methods should be prepared to enable agricultural and food companies to use mobile SNS as a marketing tool.
This study paid attention to the notable increase of the use of diet/exercise apps on smartphones. Based on channel expansion theory and technology acceptance model (TAM), this study investigated how three predictors-Internet information use efficacy, Internet information credibility, smartphone use efficacy-affected one's attitude toward and intention to use diet/exercise apps. Results from a path analysis indicated that Internet information use efficacy and smartphone use efficacy positively predict the perceived ease of use of diet/exercise apps. Internet information credibility positively predicts the perceived usefulness of such apps. Moreover, there were gender differences in the effects of both Internet information use efficacy and Internet information credibility on the perceived usefulness of diet/exercise apps.
Purpose - New technologies allow service providers to integrate all the customer information within and between contact channels so that they can offer individualized services. The availability of new mobile devices enables retailers to interact with customers through countless channels (Rigby, 2011). The objective of this research is to examine customers' attitudes toward O2O (on-line to off-line) services and their intention to use based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research design, data, and methodology - Utilizing the TAM model, the mediating effect of the users' attitudes toward O2O services on the relationship among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use are to be investigated. Results - The result shows that the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks have a significant effect on customers' attitudes toward O2O services. It is also revealed that the attitude toward O2O services has a mediating effect among perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risks and intention to use. Conclusions - The boundary between on-line and off-line is eroding and various services based on the O2O platform are growing. The results of this study and managerial implications can be applied to O2O platform operators or enterprises planning to sharp on their competitiveness edge through offering variations of service channels.
The purpose of this study was to identify characteristics and consumer attitude on purchasing apparel of Cable TV home-shopping viewer: A questionnaire was developed to measure watching attributes, consumers' attitude and actual purchasing condition of Cable TV home shopping, and demographic variables. The questionnaire was administered to 277 adult, and the data were analyzed by using frequency; crosstab, t-test, ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: 1. main view time were 3~5 p.m. 11 p.m, 10~12 a.m. home shopping through Cable Tv. Women's main terms were afternoon, whereas men's main terms were night. Chiefly view program was about apparel and fashion items. The reason why they watched the home-shopping channel was to purchase more cheaper items. 2. Favor about Cable TV home-shopping was relatively affirmative, but purchasing intention through home-shopping was still negative. But affirmative response was gradually increasing a few years ago. 3. Purchasing experience through Cable TV home shopping was 61.0% and clothing purchaser within recently 6 months was 28.5% of total sample. Withspreading Cable TV widely; Cable TV home shopper was gradually increasing. Heavy purchasing items through Cable TV home-shopping were under-wear; muffler, shawl, because those items are standardized in size and style. When home shopping user made purchasing decision, the most significant factors were color; and size (fit), price in order of importance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in consumer clothing shopping orientation and shopping behaviors by the multi-selection of internet and offline stores. The data were collected from 201 men and women in their twenties and the respondents were grouped into three as internet-store users, multi-store users, and offline-store users. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, ANOVA, post-hoc analysis, frequency analysis, and chi-square analysis. The results are as following. First, the clothing shopping orientation was partly different among the groups. Regarding the offline shopping orientation, the groups showed difference in the impulsive orientation, and regarding the online shopping orientation, the groups showed differences in the goal oriented and enjoying orientation. In all the three cases, the internet users showed strongest orientation, and the next were multi-store users and offline-store users. The cause of these results were explained as the familiarity and experience with the channel. Second, the clothing shopping behaviors were also partly different among the groups. The groups showed no differences in the preferred store type and benefits sought, but showed significant difference in the attitude toward the internet shopping. The internet-store users showed most positive attitude, and the next were multi-store users and offline-store users.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the correlation between Word-of-Mouth(WOM) message sender credibility and WOM effect and 2) to analyze the differences of WOM message sender creadibility and WOM effect in off-line and on-line WOM communication. The messages were created as a form of scenario for this study. Respondents were asked to evaluate the message sender credibility and predict WOM behaviors after reading given scenario. The questionnaires were distributed to 200 customers and a total of 175 questionnaires were used for analysis(87.5%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win(12.0) for descriptive analysis, paired t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis. The positive off-line WOM message sender was considered as more credible(p<.001) than on-line WOM message sender. 'Message sender credibility' is correlated with 'attitude formation' in both channels, but 'reliable' factor of 'credibility' variable is not significantly correlated with 'attitude change'.
