Development of a distributed hydrological model considering hydrological change

  • In recent decades, the dry stream phenomena of small and medium sized rivers have been attracting much attention as an important social problem. To prevent dry stream phenomena, it is necessary to build an infrastructure that manages rivers. To accurately determine the progress of dry stream phenomena, it is necessary to continuously measure the discharge and other hydrological factors for small and medium sized rivers. However, until now, the flow data for small and medium rivers in Korea has been insufficient. To overcome the lack of supporting data for supporting rational decision-making in policy and project implementation, a short- and long-term hydrological model was developed that takes into consideration hydrological changes such as the increase of the impervious area due to urban development and groundwater pumping, the construction of a large-scale sewage treatment plant, the maintenance of stream-oriented rivers, etc. In the developed model, the distributed grid is represented by three layers: Surface flow, interflow, and groundwater flow. The surface flow and intermediate flow flowed along the flow direction, and the groundwater flow was calculated by a two-dimensional groundwater analysis model such that the outflow occurred in all directions without a specific flow direction. The effects of land use and cover on evapotranspiration and infiltration and the effects of multiple landscapes can be simulated in the developed model.

  • Geographic Information System (GIS) is a method of expressing objects in a space. Currently, many research and developments are being conducted to implement 3D GIS. In previous studies, 3D GIS applications have been developed using Unity 3D, which is a 3D engine with good development accessibility. However, it requires manual work to enter various formats of GIS data, making it difficult to immediately reflect GIS data that change frequently. To improve this problem, this study developed a method for automatically reading and outputting various GIS data from the existing Unity 3D application. The improved application could read Satellite Images, Aerial Photographs, Digital Elevation Models (DEM) and Shapefiles with no transformation through other commercial programs, and they could be implemented as 3D objects. This study automated the GIS data conversion which had been manually performed and as a result, the manpower, time, and resources required for 3D GIS implementation can be saved.

  • DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) 공격으로부터 시스템 자원을 보호하기 위한 최선의 방법은 공격자에 의해 전송되어진 패킷의 경로를 역추적하여 공격자의 근원지로부터 근본적인 DDoS 공격을 차단하는 것이다. 기존의 패킷 마킹 기법은 IP 식 별자필드를 마킹필드로 사용함으로써 ICMP의 사용이 불가능하고, 라우터 토를 이용한 역추적기법은 라우터의 수가 증가할 경우 마킹필드의 크기가 증가하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 역추적 기법은 IP 헤더의 옵션필드를 마킹필드로 사용하여 ICMP를 사용을 가능하게 하였고, 라우터 IP주소를 태R 연산하여 얻어진 값을 마크정보로 사용함으로써 라우터 수의 증가에도 마크정보의 크기가 변하지 않도록 제안하였다.

  • FRBR(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records)은 개체-관계형 모델을 기반으로한 서지 정보의 새로운 개념 모델로 향후 개정될 AACR 3의 기본 개념으로 자리잡고 있다. JSC(Joint Steering Committee for Revision of AACR)는 FRBR 개념을 수용하기 위한 다각도의 작업을 진행하고 있으며, 특히, 표현형 계층 문제를 해결하기 위하여 통일 표제의 전면적인 용도 변경과 GMD(General Material Designation)의 개선을 건의한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 FRBR의 발전 과정과 표현형 계층의 문제점을 분석하고 FRBR 개념 수용을 위한 AACR3의 개정 방향을 고찰한다. 또한 이러한 세계적 흐름에 따른 우리 목록 규칙과 목록 레코드의 실제 작성 현황을 분석하고 문제점과 앞으로의 발전 방향을 모색해 본다.

  • 본 논문에서는 여유 자유도를 이용한 두 팔 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 충돌 회피 알고리즘을 제안한다. 여유 자유도를 갖는 각 로봇 팔의 엔드-이펙터는 서로의 충돌을 회피하면서 주어진 작업을 수행하기 위하여 각각 미리 정의된 직선 경로를 따라 이동해야 한다. 이 문제를 풀기 위해서 엔드-이펙터의 위치와 방향을 변화시키지 않는 각 축의 동작인 자체동작을 이용한다. 매 샘플링 시간마다 각 팔의 링크들이 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 자체 동작을 수행함으로써 엔드-이펙터가 주어진 작업도 성공적으로 수행하고, 동시에 서로의 충돌도 회피할 수 있다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하기 위하여 각각 9자유도의 팔을 갖는 두 팔 로봇 매니퓰레이터에 대한 모의실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 제시한다.

  • The present study performs a test of a change in a condenser pressure on two kinds of power plants having different condenser pressure-heat rate correction curve and evaluates the results. According to a result of the test, it is confirmed that a sub-critical drum type steam power plant is optimally operated at the condenser pressure of 38㎜Hga that is designed, even during winters. On the other hand, it can be found that a supercritical once through type steam power plant operated at the condenser pressure that is reduced below a design value, that is, up to 28㎜Hga during winters is advantageous in view of turbine efficiency and is operated without a problem in facility operation such as moisture erosion, turbine vibration, etc. Also, the present study compares and reviews a condenser pressure-heat rate correction curve proposed by a manufacturer and a test value. The present study proposes optimum condenser operation pressure capable of concurrently satisfying the stable operation and efficiency improvement of the power plant facility that is operating, making it possible to support an efficient operation of a power plant.

국내 여성복 업체의 환편니트 제품 생산현황 조사 (A Study on the Production Conditions of Circular Knit of Domestic Women's Apparel Industry)

  • The goal of this study is to provide basic data on developing circular knit basic pattern for women in their 20's. Production conditions of circular knit product pattern making among domestic women's apparel industry was researched, and collected data on sizes and ease amounts from woven and circular knit pattern were compared and analyzed. According to the result of the survey, product measurements adjusted to the actual body size fit for the brand's image were used, and the common problem among manufacturers and consumers regarding circular knit products turned out to be change in size and form due to stretching. For the basic pattern of circular knit, stretching quality was reflected in the woven basic pattern based on plain stitch(single knit) and then dart was removed and ease amount was reduced. The result of looking into size and ease amount about woven and circular knit torso & sleeve block shows that there is a significant difference among chest circumference, hip circumference, bi-shoulder length, interscye back, interscye front, scye depth, upper arm circumference and wrist circumference, and it was clear that circumference and width on the areas around the wrist tended to fit around the body more when circular knit was used instead of woven fabric.

중환자실 간호사의 중환자 간호실무표준 불이행에 대한 조사 (ICU Nurses'Noncompliance of Critical Care Nursing Standards)

  • Purpose: This study was to determine ICU nurses noncompliance of critical care nursing standards in order to provide basic data for education aimed at improvement in practice and evaluation of quality of nursing care in ICU. Methods: Data was collected from 150 nurses who work for three educational hospitals which have more than 800 beds and located in Gyeonggi province using questionnaires from September 2007 to October 2007. Results: The highest categories of noncompliance of critical care nursing standards were admission care($2.71\pm.60$) and infection control($2.31\pm.70$). The main causes of noncompliance critical care nursing standards that nurses regarded as causes were lack of attention(80.7%). ICU nurses mainly reported their noncompliance to charge nurses(89.3%) within 30minutes (84.7%). The reasons they reported were to solve problems rapidly and correctly, to reduce a harm to patients, and to prevent making noncompliance again. The reasons they didn't report were that they thought it might be not a problem and there was no change of patients conditions. Conclusion: ICU nurses noncompliance of critical care nursing standards was determined, therefore it can be used for prevention of further noncompliance.

신도시 U-City 서비스 표준화 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Methodology of U-City Services Standardization)

  • U-City means the high-tech city that applied ubiquitous technology and information communication technology. U-City aims to intensify urban competitiveness and to improve the quality of residents' life through efficient management of the urban. Currently, 77 U-City projects is underway. The each project cost and scale estimate is not clear in the absence of the U-Service Standardization Model. So, many of the project are trouble about making a production the proper number of U-Service or the cost of project. The excessive service construction is reflected on the construction costs, which leads to the rise of sales price and passes onto the executor of a project as a burden of the project costs, and the problem of the delay of the change-over occurs due to supporting the operation costs for the operation of the constructed service and the demand for additional installation of facilities between a local autonomous entity and the executor of a project. In this paper, we suggested the U-Services Construction Standardization Methods and proposed the standardization services guideline of crime prevention services. U-City services in the future are able to maintain the consistency of the system through the utilization of the proposed standard model. As a result, the U-City project's pre-estimated cost and scale can be extracted.

  • 최근 인터넷을 통해 개인정보 유출사례가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며, 한번 유출된 개인정보는 회수 변경이 어렵고, 명의도용 사기 등 제3의 범죄로 까지 이어지고 있어 국가차원의 대책 마련이 요구된다. 현재 각 포털사(社) 쇼핑몰 등 인터넷 사업자는 회원 가입시 개인정보를 무분별하게 수집하고 있으며 제대로 된 보안관리가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 상황은 시간이 지날수록 해커가 공격할 수 있는 취약 요인의 수만 증가 시킬 뿐이며 보안 관리 범위도 통제할 수 없게 된다. 또한 국내 외 해커들은 금전적 이득을 얻기 위해 개인정보를 선호하고 있어 향후에도 개인정보 유출 사고는 지속 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 논문에서 인터넷 회원가입을 위해 수집하는 개인정보 보안 관리 실태를 살펴보고 유출된 개인정보를 인터넷에서 재사용할 수 없도록 하는 공인인증서 기반 개인 인증체계 개선 모델을 제안하기로 한다.
