Many problems in various aspects such as generation of plastic/dry contraction cracks and cold joints can be caused unless proper quality control measures are established in hot weather circumstances. Therefore, this study aimed to compare the crack patterns of concrete by applying a change in 3 surface curing methods such as a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet developed to reduce the temperature and cracks through reflection of heat in summer and a PE film and a surface exposure used generally to an actually constructed apartment slab. The study result confirmed that the best concrete crack reduction effect can be obtained with a mono aluminum-deposited bubble sheet.

Recently, hospital architecture is in the transition period which faces a great change. Patients' demands on medical services have been changing and hospitals have been feeling the need to innovate their facilities in order to prepare for the upcoming challenges in the field such as global competition, market opening, etc. In addition, every hospitals requires the creative and novel design which is different from the conventional concept to deal with various circumstances. Accordingly, various space arrangements are proposed against the past unified hospital type. This study is designed to consider and evaluate the prospects of hospital architecture by analyzing the space allocation type of representative hospitals which are being recently constructed in Korea.

In this paper, we developed HPF (high pass filter) consisted of lumped LC components to decrease the noises that are detected in PD (partial discharge) measuring test, and adapted it to field test. We tested under laboratory circumstances like the fields, and measured the phase change properties of detected signal in UHF sensor with Lemke probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054, Tektronix).

Insulators for high-voltage and large-power should be endured mechanically the weight of mold bushing itself and the force of pushed from contact with circuit breaker and conductor. But dielectric breakdown could be occurred result from the external circumstances and internal factors such as chemical reaction, partial discharge, change of temperature and the relation of temperature-time in process of casting. Therefore, to get rid of external and internal factors of dielectric breakdown. Furthermore, to prevent the internal cracks, void, cavity which resulted from the contraction originated on the interface between copper and epoxy resin, formed semi-conductive layer with partially carbon painted on copper bar. The PD properties and the insulation qualities of epoxy molded insulators were improved by roles of cushions for the direction of diameter and natural sliding effects as like separated from conductor for the direction of length.

To decrease and remove of much noises that is detected in PD (partial discharge) measuring test. we forced on detection of those. We made W-LC filter for measuring PD. which adapted that to field test. We tested after design laboratory circumstances like field line. and then the phase change properties of detected signal in UHF sensor were measured by Lemke Probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054. Tektronix). Eventually we checked decrement of noises from experimental result. Also from experimental result at the joint box of 22.9[kV] distribution line. we obtained reasonable data which enable noises to decrease. Hereafter those results will be adapted at ultra-high voltage for trouble prevention and on-line cable watch. diagnosis of those.

Today, the marketplace environment is changing faster and more dramatically than ever before. At this circumstances, traditional markets cannot help suffering from serious contraction and market failure between highly advanced department store and internet based shopping mall giving lower prices and higher customer satisfaction program. In addition, traditional markets have made an critical role on our retail markets for a long time, but they confront a crucial crisis on nationwide owing to external markets circumstance change and internal factors. In this study, we made efforts to suggest rational political scheme to recover many difficulties as analyzing market factors affecting traditional market, such as, modernized management skill, specialized items, customers satisfactions program, and so forth.

Surgery is a very hands-on area of medical care, in that surgeons identify problems in patients' bodies and directly change them through operations. Therefore, it is not only necessary for surgeons to have a high level of expertise, but also to take considerable responsibility for the outcomes of each operation. However, surgery, which was once an object of envy, has long been a process to avoid, due to various circumstances, such as abnormal medical expenses in the medical field and social phenomena that avoids difficult work. It is unfortunate that medical professionals do not receive sympathy from others within the same medical field because of the general difficulties of the profession. The fundamental problem in this situation is the abnormal profit structure of the Korean medical system. Efforts by various related organizations will be needed to objectively evaluate the problems of the current medical insurance system and to make reasonable adjustments considering the difficulty, frequency, and resource-intensiveness of medical care.

This paper deals with the problem of the global stabilization for a class of ocean structure systems. It is well known that, in general, the global asymptotic stability of the ocean structure subsystems does not imply the global asymptotic stability of the composite closed-loop system. The classical fuzzy inference methods cannot work to their full potential in such circumstances because given knowledge does not cover the entire problem domain. However, requirements of fuzzy systems may change over time and therefore, the use of a static rule base may affect the effectiveness of fuzzy rule interpolation due to the absence of the most concurrent (dynamic) rules. Designing a dynamic rule base yet needs additional information. In this paper, we demonstrate this proposed methodology is a flexible and general approach, with no theoretical restriction over the employment of any particular interpolation in performing interpolation nor in the computational mechanisms to implement fitness evaluation and rule promotion.

Over the last 70 years, South Korea has gone through countless provocations from North Korea. Provocation is something that must be delicately calculated before the actual action, since it can be extended to a serious conflict. Among the possible factors, this paper focuses on the leader's characteristic, because 1) under North Korean dictatorship, the leader's thoughts are critical influence to policies and 2) personal characteristic, especially if it is the dictator's, hardly changes even when the external circumstances change. The purpose of this paper is in analyzing the correlations between North Korean leader's characteristics and provocation pattern. First, three generations of Kim Il-sung, Kim Jong-il, and Kim Jong-un's personal characteristics will be described. Next, particular provocation features in respective leader's period will follow. Lastly, how each leader's characteristic and concerns were reflected on the provocations will be analyzed.

Clients demands have been changed by construction circumstances such as high-technology, megaprojects, and the complexity of construction. Advanced foreign nations have already introduced and applied new project delivery systems (i.e, CM, DB, etc.) to deal with the change of such that. Korea has also promoted variation of the delivery systems for the progressive measure to the rapid changeable situation. Even though government has made his efforts as stated above, some clients have uniformly used those to public construction projects. That is because there are not selection criteria of project delivery system for clients. Therefore, this study presented the selection criteria of project delivery system based on project types in the public large construction projects. In addition, the study has verified the viability of the presented models through consultation with professionals and experts.
