품질분임조 활동의 진흥방향 제안에 관한 연구 (A Suggestion on the Promotive Directions of Quality Circle Activity)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest the promotive directions of Quality Circle activity. Since 1975, variety of organizations in Korea have widely the implemented Quality Circle activities for their management systems. Today, Companies are facing the harsh realities of a competitive environment. This is no time for revolutionary change. Instead, Companies are instituting revolutionary change meant to have impact within a very short time frame. The Worker's Quality Circle activity is, essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. The industries have enthusiastically used Quality Circle activities and were influenced from them. The Quality Circle activities can be regarded as a kind of Knowledge Management where new knowledge is created and knowledge is shared in the economy. However, the academics were less interested in this subject, as a result, there were no systematic guidances for Quality Circle activities. Also, the government was less interested in these activities, as a result, there were no systematic policy making for Quality Circle activities. Thus, in this research, the promotive directions for Quality Circle activities were suggested which were based on the results of survey Questionnaires presented to promoters of the domestic companies. As a results of this research, to maximize the effect of TQM(Total Quality Management) in the nationwide, Quality Circle activity as a bottom-up management should be more expanded and revitalized.

기후변화 및 인간 활동이 금강 유역의 중권역 유출량 변동에 미치는 영향의 정량적 평가 (Quantitative impacts of climate change and human activities on the watershed runoff variation of the Geum River basin)

  • 기후변화와 인간 활동으로 강수량, 유출량 및 증발산량 등이 변화되고 있다. 유역 유출량은 수문 순환의 매우 중요한 구성 요소이며, 기후변화와 인간 활동으로 변화되고 있는 유역 유출량에 대한 분석은 수자원 관리에 있어서 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 금강 유역 중권역의 과거 관측자료 및 미래 대표농도경로(RCP) 시나리오에 따른 유출량, 강수량, 기온 및 증발산량 자료에 대해 Mann-Kendall 검정을 이용하여 수문기상학적 변수의 추세를 분석하였고, 기후변화와 인간 활동이 금강 유역의 유출량에 미치는 영향을 기후 탄력성 접근법과 Budyko 프레임워크를 이용하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 과거의 유출량과 미래 유출량을 분석한 결과, 중권역마다 유출량 변화에 기후변화와 인간 활동이 미치는 상대적인 기여도가 다양하게 나타났다. 예를 들어, 기후변화의 기여도가 가장 큰 중권역은 용담댐(#3001) 유역이었으며, 인간 활동의 기여도가 가장 큰 중권역은 대청댐(#3008) 유역이었다. 미래 기후변화는 RCP 4.5와 8.5 시나리오 모두에서 강수량과 온도의 증가가 나타났다. 이러한 기후 요인의 변화는 금강 유역의 유출량 변화에 44.8%에서 65.5%까지 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 유출량은 기후변화에 의한 영향뿐만 아니라 인간 활동에도 크게 영향을 받고 있으며, 이는 지속적인 수자원 관리 계획을 세우는데 중요한 정보가 될 것이다.

공간의 의식적 주시와 정보의 탐색활동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Features of Conscious Observation of Space and Search Activities for Information)

  • This study has inferred the mechanism of psychological observation activities through comparison analysis of the observation data acquired from eye-tracking and their post-estimation. The results of their analysis can be summarized as the followings. First, even though the frame of analysis has been set up so that there might not be any change to the number of the sections even with any change of consecutive observation times, the fact that the time by area decreases along with the change of consecutive observation from three times to six and nine times means that the time spent on "recognition" of space information reduces in the course that the feature of observing for space information switches from "perception to recognition". Second, the subjects moves their eyes incessantly in order to acquire space information while observing the space, when it was confirmed that there was a difference between "the space which the subjects searched for information by means of observation activities" and "that which they thought they observed that remaining in their consciousness". The appreciation of this kind of difference is very significant for the analysis of observation features. Third, the short observation (0.1 second, three times of consecutive observations) is consistent with "Ares I, intensively searched = that marked as having been observed consciously" by 60%, while the long-time observation (0.3 second, 9 times of consecutive observations) had 56%, which was relatively high, of "Area I, searched intensively ${\neq}$ that marked as having been observed consciously", which means that the observation feature seen at the activities of "consciousness : unconsciousness" and "observation : search" had some change in the course of changing from "perception to recognition".

저항과 변화의 관리: IS 도입의 패러독스 (Managing Resistance and Change: Paradox in IS Implementation)

  • 정보시스템은 조직의 경영효율 향상을 위해 도입되고 있으나 현실적으로는 사용자 및 이해관계자들 사이에서 많은 저항이 발생하며 이를 극복하고 성공적인 도입을 위해서는 변화관리가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 조사와 전문가 포커스 그룹을 통하여 정보시스템 도입시 저항의 원인들을 두려움, 의심, 부담감, 이기심의 네 가지로 분류하고 이에 따른 변화관리 방안을 역시 문헌조사와 전문가 자문을 통하여 비전, 리더쉽, 커뮤니케이션, 교육훈련, 조직문화의 다섯 가지로 분류한 뒤, 이들 각 요소들간의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 전문 컨설턴트들의 인식을 조사한 결과 비전과 리더쉽은 변화관리의 근간으로서 다른 변화관리활동 저변에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고, 두려움과 부담감에는 교육훈련, 의심에는 커뮤니케이션, 이기심에는 조직문화적인 방법이 효과적이라고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

우리나라 역대 초등학교 교과서에서 다루어진 '지구과학' 영역의 중심개념과 탐구활동 분석 및 차기 교과서 개선 방안 모색 (An Analysis of Concepts and Inquiry Activities related to the 'Earth Science' Area in the South Korean Elementary School Textbooks to the Current & A Study on the Improvement of Future Textbook)

  • This study aimed to analysis of concepts and inquiry activities related to the 'Earth Science' area in the South Korean elementary school textbooks to the current and to seek the improvement of future textbook. For the study, we were collected South Korean elementary school textbooks to the current. After the collection had been made, we were analyzed related to the 'Earth' area in the South Korean elementary school textbooks and were extracted central concepts and inquiry activities. The result of this study: First, there were 'A change in the land', 'Strata and Fossil', 'Volcanoes and Earthquakes', 'Earth and Moon', 'The weather', 'The Solar system and the Star', and 'Seasonal Change' in the central concepts related to the 'Earth' area in the South Korean elementary school textbooks to the current. Second, central concepts were almost the same but the curriculum was changed. Third, inquiry activities also were confirmed to be maintained with little change. This result was believed that it can provide a variety of suggestions at this point in changing the curriculum.

일상 및 가정행사 공간을 통해 본 거실과 안방의 기능 -1992년과 2002년의 자녀성년기 가정의 비교를 중심으로- (The Function of the Living Room and Anbang through the Activities of Daily Living and Family Rituals)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the trend of the room where activities of daily living and family rituals(activities of non-daily living) were performed between 1992 and 2002. Research data was collected in 1992 and 2002 from households living in Seoul that have university student by using questionnaire surveys. Data was analyzed using the SPSS package program. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Living room was a multi-function space for various activities: receiving guests, family communication, ironing, sewing and dining as well as a kitchen. Anbang(master bed room) is the place where the couple sleeps. Anbang's function has changed from a multi-function space to a private space. 2) Most of the families performed the majority of the family rituals in the living room and Anbang. In 1992, traditional events and birthday parties were performed in Anbang, but in 2002, the trend has changed. This would mean that with time the majority of the family rituals were held in the living room. 3) Space planning is required to meet the dwellers' use of living room and Anbang.

Clinical Availability of Unstable Support Surface During Bridge Exercise for Training Core muscles

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of change in the unstable support surface location during bridge exercise on the muscle activity of erector spinae and gluteus maximus. Research design, data and methodology: 12 healthy participants aged 23.32 ±1.02 were measured muscle activities of erector spinae and gluteus maximus during bridge exercise and compared between the exercise conditions; unstable support surface located on upper back and feet during bridge exercise. Paired t-test was performed to identify whether there was a significant difference in the muscle activities between the exercise conditions. Results: As a result, even though higher levels of the averaged muscle activities of both erector spinae and gluteus maximus during exercise in unstable support surface located on feet than upper back were observed, no significant differences were found. Conclusions: The change of unstable support surface location during bridge exercise for low back pain rehabilitation would be more appropriate to be used to increase levels of tension of muscle activities and train fine motor control rather than to strengthening muscle strength.

여가활동이 수면장애 노인의 우울, 자존감, 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Leisure Activities on Depression, Self-Respect and Sleep Quality in the Elderly with Sleep Disorder)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 여가활동을 통한 수면장애노인의 여가경험, 여가정체성, 우울, 자존감의 관계를 규명하고 이에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 2018년 3월부터 동년 7월까지 수면장애가 있는 노인을 대상으로 여가활동을 4주 이상을 적용하였다. 여가활동 적용 전과 후의 우울, 자존감, 수면의 질은 대응표본 t검정을 실시하였고 여가활동에서 여가경험, 여가정체성 그리고 변화는 확인적요인분석을 통한 구조방적식모델분석(SEM)을 실시하였다. 결과 : 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가활동 전, 후의 우울 수준은 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p=.000). 둘째, 여가활동 전, 후의 자존감은 유의미한 차이가 없었다(p=.182). 셋째, 여가활동 전, 후의 수면의 질은 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p=.000). 넷째, 여가활동에서 여가경험, 여가정체성, 변화에 대한 영향은 여가경험이 여가정체성과 변화에는 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 여가정체성은 변화의 요인 중 우울과 수면의 질에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 노인에게서 나타날 수 있는 수면의 질 저하는 삶의 질에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 수면장애를 가진 노인들의 여가활동적용이 노인의 우울 수준과 자존감 그리고 수면의 질에서 긍정적 변화를 가져올 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 알 수 있었다.

테크놀로지 활용에 따른 교육활동의 변화와 교사의 심리적 배경의 영향 (Change of Teachers' Activities since using Technology in Schools and its Differences in the Psychological Background)

  • 본 연구에서는 테크놀로지 활용 이후 교사들의 교육활동을 어떻게 변화시키고 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 구성된 설문지를 제작 배부하여 311명의 초중등 현직교사로부터 회수하여 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 5개의 요인을 추출하였다. 또한 이러한 요인들이 교사들의 심리 태도적 배경변인인 테크놀로지에 대한 태도와 테크놀로지 유능감에 따라 다르게 나타나는지에 대해서도 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 학교현장에서 테크놀로지의 활용으로 인해 교사들의 교육활동에 상당한 변화가 일어나고 있음을 나타내주고 있다. 한편 교사들의 테크놀로지 활용교육의 필요성을 인식하는 테크놀로지에 대한 태도보다는 교사 스스로 테크놀로지를 잘 활용할 수 있다는 테크놀로지 유능감에 따라 교육활동의 변화에 대한 차이가 나타났다.

Cognitive Conflict and Causal Attributions to Successful Conceptual Change in Physics Learning

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between cognitive conflict and students' causal attributions and to find out what kinds of attributions affect successful resolution of cognitive conflict in learning physics. Twenty-nine college students who attended a base general physics course took an attribution test and a conceptual pretest related to action and reaction concept. Of these, twenty students who revealed alternative conceptions were selected. They were confronted with a discrepant demonstration and took part in the cognitive conflict level test, a posttest, and delayed posttest. Those students who experienced high levels of cognitive conflict were selected and interviewed to find out what kinds of attributions affect resolving the conflict. When confronted with the discrepant event, the students who attributed success outcomes to "effort" experienced higher levels of cognitive conflict than those to "task difficulty." However, those students who revealed high levels of cognitive conflict and attributed success outcomes to effort did not always produce conceptual change. They had different perspectives on effort and conducted different effort activities to resolve the cognitive conflict. In addition, these effort activities appeared to include their motivational beliefs, metacognitive and volitional strategies. The results of this study indicate that in order for the conflicts to lead to change, students need to have the perspective on effort implying the use of the self-regulated learning strategy and to conduct effort activities based on them. Beyond cold conceptual change, this article suggests that there is a management strategy of cognitive conflict in the classroom context.
