강구조용 내화뿜칠재는 내화구조로 인정을 받아야 사용할 수 있는데 내화뿜칠재 인정시 보와 기둥이 분리되어 평가 및 인정되고 있다. 보와 기둥의 내화시험 표준시험체는 단면형상계수 등이 상이하므로 내화피복 두께산정방법(KS F 2848)에 따르면 동일피복재를 사용하는 경우 동일성능의 보용 뿜칠재와 기둥용 뿜칠재는 피복두께가 상이할 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 인정이 유효한 내화뿜칠재의 보 기둥 피복두께는 제품별로 서로 동일하거나 매우 유사하다. 그렇다면 동 뿜칠재의 내화구조 인정을 위한 성능시험시 보와 기둥의 강재평균온도에 차이가 있었을 것이라고 추정해 볼 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 보용 또는 기둥용 내화뿜칠재의 강재평균온도를 비교분석하여, 보용 기둥용으로 분리하여 평가 및 인정하고 있는 현 제도를 검토해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 산업보안의 주체인 기업을 대상으로, 기업의 기밀 보호를 위한 정부 정책의 우선 순위가 무엇인지, 산업보안을 위한 정부 지원 규모의 확대가 필요한지를 조사하였다. 우선 순위를 결정하는데 있어 기밀 보호와 관련된 기업, 개인, 사회, 정부 등의 의견과 입장을 모두 고려해야 할 것이나, 산업보안 특히 기밀 보호의 주체, 기밀 보호 정책의 수혜자, 수요자로 가장 중요하고 직접적인 당사자인 기업이 요구하는 것들이 지원 정책 결정의 기초가 될 수 있을 것으로 보았다. 이에 따라, 우리나라 기업의 보안 부서 근무자 또는 보안 담당자에게 설문지 발송을 통해 회수된 설문지중 유효한 것으로 판단된 50개를 분석하였으며, '교육 및 인력육성(On/Off-Line) 지원 강화,' '보안관련 관리 및 대책수립,' '자격/검정제도를 통한 보안전문가 위상 강화'가 기업의 기밀(고객 개인정보 포함) 보호를 위해 정부차원에서 가장 우선적으로 지원해야 할 정책 방향 1, 2, 3 순위로 조사되었다. 산업보안을 위한 정부 지원의 확대가 필요한지에 대해서는 조사 대상자 모두 필요하다고 응답하였다.

나노재료기술이 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 기술 개발 못지않게 개발된 기술이 사회에 순조롭게 용납될 수 있는 윤리적 시스템이 개발되어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 나노기술의 윤리적 문제들에 대한 국내외 연구동향을 종합하고, 특히 나노재료의 환경 건강 안전성 관련 윤리적 문제들과 이를 해결하기 위한 실용적인 도구로서 전 세계적으로 개발되고 있는 이해 당사자 간의 소통 규제 인증, 안전지침을 비판적으로 개괄하여 보았으며, 마지막으로 나노재료의 안전한 사용을 위한 윤리적 시스템 구축에 관한 정책 제안을 하였다.

Many 6-sigma innovation companies are obtaining ISO9000 series or ISO/TS16949 certifications. However, not many of them have considered the integrated management of ISO/TS16949 at the time of 6-sigma introduction. ISO/TS16949 focuses on the process of an overall company. In particular, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) requires that from the beginning all the planning should have a clear quality planning business process. Each company can decide the best course of action to suit its individual needs. Lean DFSS in 6-sigma offers the concrete development steps of the product development process. And if analyses of Input, Output, Target, Process, KSF, KPI, and FMEA is done in each process and clearly defined in APQP, mutual organic and effective systems can be initially achieved.

In this paper, we analyzed two methodologies to evaluate the total quality management activities comparatively. One of them is the traditional scoring system (TSS) by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the other is the efficiency measuring system (EMS) by data envelop analysis (DEA), It is demonstrated that the index by TSS and the efficiency index by EMS are not correlated. Also, the efficiency index by EMS in terms of company characteristics such as the size of company and ISO certifications is different from the index by TSS. The result implies that to evaluate the quality activities by EMS is needed as a supplementory methodology.

컨텐츠에 대한 처리 기술과 사용자 인터페이스의 발전으로 인해, 교육 현장에서 광범위하게 사용되는 교육도구로 컴퓨터가 자리매김하고 있다. 제한된 교실 환경에서 컴퓨터를 활용한 영어교육은 학습자들에게 흥미를 유발하고, 의사소통능력의 신장을 유도하는 등의 장점이 있으나, 수준에 따른 개별학습과 상호작용 유도, 개인차를 고려한 평가 등을 수행하기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 장점을 극대화하고 단점을 좌완하기 위해서 휴대폰의 국내 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)기반 영어 학습 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 휴대 전화의 제한성을 극복하고, 이에 적합한 컨텐츠를 활용하면서, 교사의 역할을 대신해 줄 수 있는 지능형 교육 시스템을 도입하여 교사의 역할을 대신하여 피드백을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 교사와 학생간의 상호작용을 유도하여 학습의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있을 것이다.

When the wireless PKI is applied to 3G/4G mobile network which requires mutual authentication among all entities, the wired PKI procedure is not feasible for validating visited network's certifications because of the wireless environmental limitations. Also, if we depend on WAP based PKI, we cannot support confidence about certification validation since the information offered from visited network is not authenticated. Therefore, in this paper we consider various and unique characteristics of mobile environment for certification validation at 3G/4G mobile networks based on wireless PKI and then propose two certification validation procedures.

In Japan, where ISO14001 certifications have passed the 10,000 mark, the need for environmental management has taken firm root among companies. However, in the small-and medium-enterprise sector, and among tiny businesses, there are firms not obtaining ISO certification due to their concern about human resources and increased work load. On the other hand, among businesses that have already succeeded in gaining ISO certification. one does not sense any growth with regard to the continual improvement. Voices from certain quarters indicate there is a lack of incentive to keep on improving. With this background, we herewith present a new system to evaluate the level of environmental management in a company by means of a 5-step system.

인터넷의 급속한 보급에 따른 전자상거래의 확산으로 국제무역거래에 적합한 새로운 전자무역결제방식이 다양하게 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 새로운 전자무역결제방식중의 하나인 TradeCard의 특징과 경제적 효용성을 살펴보고, TradeCard가 제공하는 다양한 서비스의 내용과 그 시스템 하에서 운영되는 무역거래절차를 분석한 다음, TradeCard의 활용상의 문제점을 지적하고자 한다.

The logistics industry is based on personnel, and without talented individuals, corporate success in impossible. Therefore, we should fully understand and research China's future in logistics along with the status of related personnel in the country, and seek to establish valid measures concerning our country's logistics personnel. In order for Korea's logistics industry to develop, we should also consider professional training of personnel and the establishment of training facilities. The training of logistics personnel can promote national competitiveness, and can contributetowards the national economy. Also, the production of competitive personnel can secure the healthy and secure development of the Chinese logistics industry. In conclusion, our companies should continue professional training for current and new employees, and through internal training and certifications, improve workers' capabilities and productivity, promoting the healthy development of the logistics industry.
