이 연구의 목적은 데이터 리포지터리 인증 체계를 분석하고 Coretrustseal 인증을 추진 전략을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 대상 인증 체계에는 Coretrustseal, RatSWD, CLARIN certificate B, DIN 31644, ISO 16363, TDR 그리고 nestor 등이 포함된다. 그 중에서 Coretrustseal 인증은 타 인증의 기준 및 요구사항을 충족하고 있는 핵심 인증 체계이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Coretrustseal 인증 추진 전략을 단계별로 제안하였다. 제안된 인증 추진 전략에는 국내 데이터 리포지터리를 운영 하는 기관에서 활용할 수 있도록 연구데이터 정책 및 가이드라인 관련 목록과 인증 신청서 예시가 포함되어 있다. 이러한 CTS 인증 추진 과정을 통해 각 기관에서는 연구데이터 정책 및 가이드라인을 확보할 수 있으며 CTS 인증을 획득하게 되면 해당 데이터 리포지터리에 대한 국제적인 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

As a rapid development of electronic commerce transactions in these days, the security and private protection problems became more important matters under the electronic transaction base. Because electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there can be the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice, and very hard to verify authenticity of transaction as well. In addition, it is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not, and also have much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic commerce transactions and electronic documents, the digital signature and certification system with cryptography skill is inevitably necessary. As the wide use of digital signature together with beginning of digital government and financial transaction, not only the issuance of electronic certification, but certification market came to gradually expand. In Korea, after enacting digital signature act in 1999, the act contents were expanded to the wide range of contents complying with global standards from the end of 2001 to April, 2002, including the new clause of certification problems. And the act was put into operation now. Therefore, in this paper, we'd like to suggest development scheme through the investigation on electronic certification related problems, such as, concepts, procedures, service conditions here and abroad.

Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

민수용 항공기 산업에서는 해당 제품의 성능이 우수 하더라도 항공기의 항행 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 필요한 안전성 요구사항에 대한 적합성을 인정을 받지 못하면 법적으로 항공기에 사용 될 수 없는 특성이 있다 [1]. 이와 같이 다양하게 적용되어 지고 있는 항공 전자장비의 항행 안전성을 위하여 민간용 항공기에는 기술표준품 인증 제도를 시행하고 있다. KTSO-C113은 항공기용 다목적 전자식 디스플레이의 기술표준품을 인증하는 최소성능표준을 포함하고 있다. 기술 표준품 형식승인은 설계 및 제조에 대한 승인을 의미하여 항공기 장착하여 사용하기 위해서는 별도의 승인이 필요하다. 본 논문을 통하여 항공기용 다목적 디스플레이의 기술 표준품 형식승인 제도 및 인증 요구조건을 소개하고 적합성 입증을 위한 인증 사례를 제시한다.

Electric motors and drives consume the largest amount of electricity more than 40% of global electricity consumption. In addition, motors, drives and its components are included in the global high-trade products and the main driving source for industrial equipment and house appliances. Thus, International standards and regulations for their safety and efficiency are internationally being discussed and created for the protection of its citizens and energy saving. So, understanding the international standards and the regulation of each country is essential to enhance overseas market and to develop product. In this paper, on the basis of this background, status and trends of international standards and regulations are introduced for safety and efficiency of motors and the drives. Safety and efficiency of the IEC (International Electrotechical Commission) standards are introduced in the emphasis. Also, regulations are studied about the differences and trends in each county.

실내에서 보내는 시간이 증가함에 따라, 쾌적한 실내환경에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있다. 또한, 새집증후군과 같은 문제들에 관심이 집중되면서 실내공기질에 관한 요구 역시 증가되고 있다. 정부에서는 이러한 요구에 따라 실내환경을 관리하기 위하여 다양한 정책 및 제도를 제정하였으며, 공공건물에서의 친환경제도 인증을 필수화하였다. 실내공기질과 관련된 인증제도는 크게 3가지로 도면기반으로 인증을 평가하는 건강친화형 주택건설기준과 녹색건축인증 그리고 측정정보 기반으로 인증을 평가하는 실내공기질 인증이 있다. 이중 도면기반으로 인증을 평가는 제도들을 업무의 비중 대비 과도한 업무량이 요구된다. 친환경인증업무를 수행하는 한 회사의 인터뷰 결과 평균 업무비중보다 2배 이상의 소요시간이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 2D기반의 작업환경에서 면적에 관한 정보들을 일일이 수작업으로 측정하여 필요이상의 업무를 수행하고 있기 때문으로 분석된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3D기반의 BIM모델을 이용한 실내공기질 평가 자동화 프로세스를 제시한다. 국제표준 포맷인 IFC 파일을 이용하여 필요한 면적정보 및 자재정보를 자동으로 추출하고 이를 모델에 적용하여 자동화하는 과정을 제시한다. 본 연구는 인증을 위해 필요한 업무시간을 단축하고 업무효율성을 높이는 것에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

연구목적: 안전인증 생태계 주체별 의견 유형화를 통하여 제도 운영상의 취약점을 확인하고 미래 변동성에 대하여 안전인증제도가 빠른 회복력을 가질 수 있도록 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 문헌조사 및 자료 분석을 통해 국내·외 유사 안전인증 및 관련 사례와 국제 기준 및 국가 표준 현황 등을 확인하였으며, 안전인증 생태계의 이해관계자별로 실태조사를 실시하고 문제점 유형화 및 개선방안을 수립하였다. 연구결과: 안전인증대상기계등을 제조 또는 수입하거나 사용하는 사업장을 대상으로 안전인증 대상품에 대한 품질 만족도, 개발제조 및 사용과정에서의 장애요인, 안전인증 관련 개선사항 등 제도전반에 걸친 실태조사를 실시하고 제도 운영상의 문제점 및 취약점을 발굴 및 범주화하여 개선방향 수립 및 작동성 향상을 위한 세부 추진과제를 도출하였다. 결론: 안전인증제도의 선진화·국제화를 위해서는 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 세부 추진과제를 효율적으로 수행하여야 할 것이며, 더불어 안전인증 생태계의 변동성에 대한 회복력 강화를 위해서는 주체별 상호 관계 개선을 통하여 선순환 구조의 운영시스템 구축이 중요하다고 판단된다.

The need for standard endovascular neurosurgical (ENS) training programs and certification in Korea cannot be overlooked due to the increasing number of ENS specialists and the expanding ENS field. The Society of Korean Endovascular Neurosurgeons (SKEN) Certification Committee has prepared training programs and certification since 2010, and the first certificates were issued in 2013. A task force team (TFT) was organized in August 2010 to develop training programs and certification. TFT members researched programs and systems in other countries to develop a program that best suited Korea. After 2 years, a rough draft of the ENS training and certification regulations were prepared, and the standard training program title was decided. The SKEN Certification Committee made an official announcement about the certification program in March 2013. The final certification regulations comprised three major parts: certified endovascular neurosurgeons (EN), certified ENS institutions, and certified ENS training institutions. Applications have been evaluated and the results were announced in June 2013 as follows: 126 members received EN certification and 55 hospitals became ENS-certified institutions. The SKEN has established standard ENS training programs together with a certification system, and it is expected that they will advance the field of ENS to enhance public health and safety in Korea.
