PKI에 필수적인 요소인 인증서 검증에 있어 인증서 검증서버인 ETRI/VA는 인증서의 상태 검증의 적시성을 제공하고 인증경로 생성 및 검증에 대한 클라이언트의 부담을 줄이며. PKI 상호연동을 지원하고 도메인간의 인중서 정책을 중앙집중 관리한다. 본 논문은 ETRI/VA에서의 신속하고 효율적인 인증경로 생성 방법을 제안하였다. 인중기관 인증서로 이루어진 인증경로를 미리 생성하고 저장하여 사용함으로써 검증 요청시 빠르게 인증경로를 생성할 수 있고. 요청에 의해 생성된 인증경로를 저장하여 이후 동일한 검증대상 인증서의 검증시 기 저장된 인증경로를 재사용하게 함으로써 효율적으로 인증경로를 생성한다.

It becomes increasingly important to develop sustainable housing to protect environment. The certification system for long-life housing was made to use houses for more than one hundred years in 2014. The long-life housing should be able to meet new demands by change of the population structure; low birthrate, aging and increase of single households. Therefore, it is necessary to suggest a prototype of long-life housing for partial rent. The objective of this study is to suggest a prototype for dividing housing in the long-life validation complex, which has design consideration for dividable house. The construction costs of a prototype for dividing housing is evaluated by comparing with other prototype without regard to dividing housing. The results were as follows: (1) The prototype for diving housing should be added an entrance, bathroom, kitchen for tenant, and above all, maintenance fees for tenant have to be managed seperately from house owner. (2) The equipment system for dividing housing should be designed when planning the space of house. However, design for diving housing should be reflected the unit plan at a minimum on what will and will not happen.

The type approval system of the railway safety law, which was enforced in 2014, has been preferentially applied to the field of railway vehicles. The type approval system addresses railway vehicles and railway constituents. Unlike the previous system, it requires serial verification stages divided, in consecutive order, into verification of design compatibility and conformity and type test. These stages are in accord with international certification systems including TSI certification of the European commission. This study has been carried out to find and meet the design requirements for a coupler head, which is a part of the automatic coupler system; requirements were drawn from TSI and technical specifications that are subordinate to the domestic railway approval system. Through this study, it has been found that there exist 34 design requirements to acquire a complete coupler head. Among those requirements, 32 were verified by document inspection and two were able to be verified by performing FEA and gathering range analysis data.

For the past few years, personal information breach incidents, great and small, occurred constantly. Accordingly, the Personal Information Protection related Ordinances are enacted and amended persistently, and the information security products also keep advancing and developing in the same way. There are the certification systems such as Common Criteria Evaluation and Validation(CC) and Korea Cryptographic Module Validation Program(KCMVP) for the information security products. These are also strictly carried out. This paper analyzes and categorizes the 5 Personal Information Protection related Ordinances in the aspects of technical protection measures by using key words. Here are the 5 related ordinances; 'the Personal Information Protection Act', 'the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc', 'the Act on the Protection, Use, Etc, of Location Information', 'the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act', and 'the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.' Moreover, this study analyzes the association between the technical protection measures in the 5 relevant laws and the information security products that are obtaining the CC Evaluation & Validation(CC) and the products that are now produced at KISIA's member companies.

Objectives: We aimed to compare the external herbal dispensary (EHD) evaluation criteria for pharmacopuncture and the Korea Good Manufacturing Practice (KGMP) sterile medicine standards to contribute to the establishment of quality control criteria for pharmacopuncture. Methods: We obtained the KGMP standards from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the pharmacopuncture certification criteria from the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea. The EHD evaluation items were classified into three categories: facilities, quality control, and validation. The evaluation items were compared with the KGMP sterile medicine criteria to determine their conformance with each other, followed by a discussion among the committee of six experts and their consensus to suggest the items to complement the EHD evaluation criteria. Results: Among the KGMP sterile medicine criteria, 44 were related to the management of the facilities, and 32 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (66.7%). Fifty-eight KGMP criteria were related to quality management, and 42 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (72.4%). Twentyfive KGMP sterile medicine criteria were related to validation, and 11 pharmacopuncture evaluation items corresponded to these KGMP items (44.0%). Sixteen items under the pharmacopuncture EHD criteria corresponded to the KGMP sterile medicine criteria based on the consent of the experts. Among these, 4 were related to facility management, 6 were related to quality control, and 6 were related to validation. Conclusion: For the safety and quality control of pharmacopuncture, there is a need to select the criteria for the mandatory items among the proposed pharmacopuncture-EHD criteria laws and systems to ensure that the pharmacopuncture materials are produced under the pharmacopuncture-EHD in compliance with the relevant requirements. More studies are needed to secure the safety level of pharmacopuncture materials corresponding to that of conventional medicine.

정보보호 분야의 핵심 기술인 PKI는 전자정부 및 전자상거래 전반의 응용 환경에서 정보보호의 기반구조로서 그 활용의 폭을 더욱 넓혀가고 있다. 이러한 PKI를 기반으로 하는 정보보호 서비스를 수행하기 위하여 반드시 구현되어야 하는 중요 기술 중의 하나인 인증서 검증 기술은 필수 요소임과 동시에 구현 및 수행의 복잡성으로 인해 많은 논의점들이 제기 되어 왔다. 본 논문은 현재 IETF에서 제정한 RFC2459[1] 표준 문서 및 IETF Internet-Draft[2]를 중심으로 인증서 검증 기술에 대하여 살펴보고, 최근 제시된 핫이슈들을 검토하여 인증서검증 기술에 대한 문제점 및 이에 대한 확장 방안 및 응용에 대하여 기술한다.

PKI 구축을 위한 노력이 전 세계적으로 진행되고 있는 가운데 PKI의 계층구조 유형에 따라 인증관리 정책, 인증서 형식 등의 서로 다른 PKI 구성요소를 가진 인증기관(CA)들이 각기 다른 곳에 분산되어 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 CA간의 상호인증 서비스를 어떻게 제공할 것인가를 고려해야 할 필요가 있다. 특히 상호인증 서비스를 제공하기 위한 인증정책, 정책매핑, 정책제한의 확장영역은 인증경로의 유효성을 검증할 때 검증의 성공과 실패에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문은 ITU-T X.509의 인증경로처리과정에서 정책과 관련된 부분을 살펴보고 ITU-T X.509 3rd Edition의 정책관련 문제점들이 ITU-T X.509 4th Edition에서 어떻게 개선되었는지 몇 가지 예를 통하여 제시하고 앞으로 인증경로처리과정이 어떠한 방향으로 확장되고 응용되어야 할지를 기술한다.

A critical problem in the integration of stores into new and existing aircraft is the safe separation of the stores from the aircraft at a variety of flight conditions representative of the aircraft flight regime. Typically, the certification of a particular store/aircraft/flight condition combination is accomplished by a flight test. Flight tests are very expensive and do expose the pilot and aircraft to a certain amount of risk. Wind tunnel testing, although less expensive than flight testing, is still expensive. Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) has held out the promise of alleviating expensive and risk by simulating weapons separation computationally. The forces and moments on a store at carriage and at various points in the flow field of te aircraft can be computed using CFD applied to the full aircraft and store geometry. This study needs full dynamic characteristics study and flow analysis for securing store separation safety. Present study performs dynamic simulation of store separation with flow analysis using Chimera grid scheme which is usually used for moving simulations.

This paper investigates the relative effect of each ISO 9001 : 2000 quality management system's requirement and business performance. The empirical tests are conducted in ISO 9001 certification companies. As a result, the $1^{st}$, it shows the requirements positively affect performance of financial. The $2^{nd}$, also it shows the requirements positively affect non-financial performance. The $3^{rd}$ also it show the non-financial performance positively effect performance of financial performance.

공개키 기반 인증시스템에서 사용자의 실수로 비밀키가 노출되었거나 자격의 박탈, 유효기간 만료 등의 이유로 인증서를 폐지해야 할 경우가 있다. 이에 따라서 각 사용자는 수신한 인증서가 유효한 것인지를 확인해야만 한다. 이 인증서 폐지 여부를 확인하는 방법으로는 CRL, Delta-CRL OCSP 등의 방식이 개발되었다. 하지만 이 모든 방식에서의 인증서 유효성 검증은 실시간으로 처리해야 하므로 많은 통신량을 발생시키는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CRL관리의 문제점인 전송시점 차이에 따른 무결성 문제와 실시간 처리를 인한 서버와 네트워크 과도한 트래픽 발생을 해결한 FM Subcarrier Broadcasting을 이용한 효율적인 CRL 구축방안을 제안하였다.
