This paper investigates different QA standards such as KEPIC QAP, KEPIC END 1200, ISO/1EC 17025 etc. and as a result defines QA elements for Nuclear Power Plant equipment qualification(EQ) in Korea. This paper also proposes a practical QA certification system appropriate for an Integrated Organization for EQ which is being planned to be established in Korea. Since the level of the Korean EQ technology is comparatively low, the Korean manufacturers of the Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) equipment have usually used overseas EQ services. The EQ related organizations in Korea are making efforts to construct the integrated EQ system. In connection with this, it is required that the QA elements and QA certification system suitable for EQ in Korea be developed.

Purpose - The paper aims to explore the critical and uncover issues encountered to the supply-chain companies in launching halal based services in India. Research design, data, and methodology - After a meticulous review of relevant literature on the halal concept and halal logistics, researchers involved in a data collection by conducting semi-structured focus group interviews. Four groups with a maximum of 5 members each have chosen from the areas of transportation, warehousing, certification, and packaging. A total of 20 questionnaires were collected by applying purposive sampling method. Results - More than 95 percent of the chosen focus groups agreed that they know only about halal but don't have any exposure to halal logistics. The discussion has revealed that the adoption rate for halal transportation, warehousing, halal certification, and packaging is almost zero. The respondents were chosen only from transportation, warehousing, certification and packaging companies from south India which are operating throughout India. This research never attempts to be acquainted with the opinions of channel members who directly or indirectly involved in meeting customer demands. Conclusions - This is a ground-breaking effort aimed to study the critical issues related to Indian halal logistics which is beneficial to both logistic companies as well as to the academic world.

Personal registration number has been used as a means of personal identification on existing internet. However, its use on internet sites has become a major factor increasing danger of leaking of personal information. Presently, the government recommends i-PIN to minimize the collection of personal registration numbers and leaking of personal information on internet. Original purpose of i-PIN is to recognize persons by its virtual number of 13 digits instead of using personal registration number on internet websites. These days, i-PIN continues to be used increasingly as a form of certification. This study seeks to explore software service methodology of using i-PIN as a form of certification on internet websites and examples in which its other forms of self certification are used than existing i-PIN services.

In the field of secure information systems including electronic commercials, public key infrastructure(PKI) is widely used for secure services. The more PKI domains are established, the more needs we required for cross-domain certifications. Furthermore, each country has many certificate authorities(CA) which requires more complex cross certification. We may need a fast algorithm in order to fad the possible certification paths. This will be more indispensible in the growing PKI systems. Thus, in this paper we design a high-speed certification path discovery algorithm and implement it. Also we investigate the feature of operation of the system.

In this paper, proposes Kerberos certification mechanism that improve certification service of PKINIT base that announce in IETF CAT Working Ggroup. Did to certificate other realm because search position of outside realm through DNS and apply X.509 directory certification system, acquire public key from DNS server by chain (CertPath) between realms by certification and Key exchange way that provide service between realms applying X.509, DS/BNS of PKINIT base. In order to provide regional services, Certification and key exchange between realms use Kerberos' symmetric method and Session connection used Directory service to connection X.509 is designed using an asymmetric method. Excluded random number ($K_{rand}$) generation and duplex encryption progress to confirm Client. A Design of Kerberos system that have effect and simplification of certification formality that reduce Overload on communication.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to explore and investigate the status of EMR currently used in Korean medical institutions and the suitability of the existing certification criteria for Korean medicine EMR certification. Methods: The survey was conducted using a related questionnaire from September to October 2022. The survey for current status and the suitability of the existing certification criteria was conducted separately between Korean medical institutions and Korean medicine EMR companies. Results: In a survey of Korean medical institutions on the current status of EMR, more than 80% answered that the imaging system and Korean medicine EMR could be linked. Most medical institutions did not exchange clinical information between institutions. When asked about the intention to develop standard EMR of Korean medicine in the future, 57% of institutions answered 'yes'. In future, if Korean medicine EMR certification criteria are developed, all EMR companies are willing to develop the EMR that satisfy them. Looking at the satisfaction survey of the existing EMR certification criteria of the Korean medicine EMR system, it was found that high/low satisfaction was shown in various areas, and in particular, the overall clinical information exchange function was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to introduce the Korean medicine EMR certification criteria, it must be considered of the current status of EMR and applicability of Korean medicine EMR for establishment of Korean medicine standard EMR certification criteria. By developing Korean medicine EMR certification criteria, high-quality medical services can be provided to medical consumers who want Korean medical treatment.

Among the standards of CALS, CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is a standard in information share procedure which manages all data and services occurred between a contractor and a purchaser. CITIS services have some security problems like authentication problem and repudiation problem, when they are implemented using the Internet. To solve these problems, CITIS needs a user certificate system which can allow to access important information only to qualified users. This paper proposed a PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) Certificate Authority for CITIS, and created a real User Certificate System which can be adjusted to circumstances of real CITIS.

Since the advent of Bitcoin, various virtual assets have been actively traded through virtual asset services of virtual asset exchanges. Recently, security accidents have frequently occurred in virtual asset exchanges, so the government is obligated to obtain information security management system (ISMS) certification to strengthen information protection of virtual asset exchanges, and 56 additional specialized items have been established. In this paper, we compared the domain importance of ISMS and CryptoCurrency Security Standard (CCSS) which is a set of requirements for all information systems that make use of cryptocurrencies, and analyzed the results after mapping them to gain insight into the characteristics of each certification system. Improvements for 4 items of High Level were derived by classifying the priorities for improvement items into 3 stages: High, Medium, and Low. These results can provide priority for virtual asset and information system security, support method and systematic decision-making on improvement of certified items, and contribute to vitalization of virtual asset transactions by enhancing the reliability and safety of virtual asset services.
